The hotel is very nice and cozy, small hotel sort of boutique type. Has a nice pool and a great beach with a mountain view. It's located in the city making it great to experience the city have a walk on the corniche and dine at different places. Above all the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to interact act with. My family loved it and thank the whole staff for a great stay there.

L'hôtel est très beau et a un style arabe, évidemment personnalisé selon la culture et les coutumes locales ; il possède sa propre plage exclusive et deux grandes piscines, qui peuvent soulager la fatigue des longs voyages. Parce que j'aime beaucoup la mer et nager, j'aime beaucoup ça. L'hygiène de l'hôtel est également très bonne. J'ai aussi vu un comptoir caritatif « Pink Ribbon » et j'ai acheté un sac à dos et un stylo à bille pour le soutenir ~ L'hôtel dispose d'installations de service complètes et le café local au restaurant est bon. Le seul inconvénient est que la variété du petit-déjeuner est un peu limitée. .

L'environnement est propre et protégé Bien que l'hôtel soit ancien, le petit inconvénient est que les chaussons et les serviettes de bain doubles ne sont pas payants.

J'apprécie beaucoup l'hôtel Pullman. J'y ai séjourné plus de trois fois et j'ai toujours été impressionné par la qualité des chambres et des installations. Elles sont sans conteste les meilleures de Sharjah. Cependant, j'ai trouvé le personnel de la réception parfois peu serviable et désagréable. Il ne semble pas particulièrement disposé à aider les clients, ce qui est décevant. Globalement, j'ai eu une expérience positive au Pullman, mais je pense que le personnel de la réception gagnerait à être mieux formé au service client. J'y ai séjourné. Les chambres et les installations sont les meilleures de Sharjah. Cependant, le personnel de la réception pourrait être plus serviable et aimable. Il n'est pas disposé à aider les clients. Pour moi, c'est bien, mais la réception pourrait tout de même se montrer aimable.

房間裏面是暗色調的 我們住的是一層的 所以有個幾平米的小院子 可以喝茶聊天坐坐 整體酒店環境很好 房間不多 所以人也不多 非常適合拍照。早餐是點餐制 有美式 印度 阿拉伯等各種風格早餐 每人150迪拉姆 加床200迪拉姆 標準間還不能加床 必須得換成大的套間才給加床 因此我們又付款了1400 多迪拉姆2 晚的換房間的費用。酒店在老城區 出門就是港灣 步行20 米有一個人阿拉伯餐廳 地中海色調的 味道非常好 還有一個人集市 以出售服裝為主。酒店有中文服務人員 提供中文地圖。

There was a inconvenience during check in as the receptionist told us that they couldn’t find our booking. Then I made a call to trip.com. It took 30 minutes to get this matter resolved.

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

Came to the hotel for a staycation from Dubai, and I absolutely loved it! From the very beginning, the whole experience felt special. The first thing that really stood out to me was the location. The beach, as well as many nice restaurants and cozy coffee shops, are only a five-minute walk away. Right next to the property there is also an old souk, which is probably the most popular attraction in this area. It gives the whole place a very authentic and charming vibe. The rooms (or rather villas) deserve a special mention. They are incredibly spacious, offering a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and even a private open-air area. The design of the interiors perfectly combines traditional Arabic style with a touch of modern comfort. Everything felt fresh and clean, with new furniture and thoughtful decoration. In the outdoor space, you can relax on armchairs, order sheesha, and enjoy a peaceful evening under the stars, which was one of my favorite moments. Breakfast was another highlight. Even though it wasn’t buffet-style, the quality was excellent. You can choose between an English breakfast with eggs cooked the way you prefer or a lighter option such as oatmeal. We also received a cheese and starters plate, a bread basket with butter and pastries, and my omelette with cheese and vegetables was delicious. Overall, I think this concept of a boutique-style hotel is amazing. I only wish we had something similar in Dubai. The whole stay left a truly positive and memorable impression.
