Je retournerai ici.   Le petit déjeuner et le personnel étaient vraiment exceptionnels. La chambre était bonne, tout travaillait et le dîner en chambre qui est 24/7, était excellent. Nous sommes arrivés à 2 heures et le repas, à l'époque, pour les voyageurs faimeux était vraiment apprécié. Le Holiday Inn vous offre un excellent personnel et vous souhaitez les aider.   Je n'ai pas donné cinq étoiles pour la propreté car les sièges de toilette pouvaient/doivent être nettoyés mieux.

It's not that great. They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.

It was nice stay I. Chennai , good location , staffs are supportive and friendly , lots of shopping malls and entertainment near by , Overall very good hotel for reasonable price .

C'était une joie de séjourner à l'hôtel Raintree. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis, avons pris le meilleur petit-déjeuner et tout le monde a rendu notre séjour une expérience formidable. Nous sommes même restés deux nuits supplémentaires et avons eu l'impression que c'était le meilleur choix pour séjourner au Raintree St. Mary's Road pour notre visite à Chennai.

Fantastique !!! Super classe : la chambre au top, la cuisine incroyablement delicieuse, la salle de gym impeccable, et le must : la piscine a debordement au roof top avec un jardin arboré et 3 spa-pool + 2 steam baths. Je recommande vivement !!!

My initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return. Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted. The second room had multiple functional problems: * Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty. * Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine. * Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter. Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols. While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.

The room is a total disappointment. Check in on 3-June-2026 for room 2066 (not to sure), change to 1004 and on 5th night, change again to 1020 due to beeping noise as the door is unable to close properly. My colleagues, Rasal PM and Muhamed Ali (2064 to 2020) either have only hot water and disappointing room.

We enjoyed our stay in esthell resort. We have been upgraded to newly constructed executive rooms. It was awesome. Amenities, games were enjoyed by myself and my kids. A wonderful place for kids to stay and enjoy.

Stayed at The Residency Towers, Rameswaram for 3 nights from May 9th to May 12th. The hotel is conveniently located near the temple and other key attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Some of the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had dinner at the hotel once — the buffet was excellent. The security personnel and hotel driver were very friendly and even helped us arrange local transportation for sightseeing. The rooms were neat and clean, with housekeeping done regularly and efficiently. We also used the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

Merci beaucoup pour le personnel chaleureux et hospitalier d'ibis sipcot, j'ai passé une excellente semaine à Chennai. La chambre est propre et le lit est très confortable. Le personnel de l'hôtel est incroyable ! Il y a un grand centre commercial près de l'hôtel et il y a un grand supermarché. Marchez pendant 10-15 minutes. La route en Inde est un peu difficile à parcourir. En fait, il y a un bar à jus à côté et vous pouvez acheter des boissons et de l'eau évaluées
