Stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good. Location is nice. Will definitely come back.

The worst front desk service in my last 25 years business travelling life. The staff is working his own and saying wait after I standing in front of the counter 3 minutes, then went off without greeting or referring to other staff. So surprise to know that he is the Sales in-charge after telling our feeling to other staff. Breakfast is excellent and staff are kind always. Cleaniness need to improve as many hairs in bathtub and water stains.

Was here for a brief stay due to work and overall the hotel was fine for business travellers. It has all the essentials required for business travellers and I felt safe to stay as a solo female traveller too

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent food and the warm hospitality of your team. However, I would like to suggest a few areas for improvement: • The use of strong scents in the common areas and rooms could be moderated, as it can be overwhelming at times. • Room cleaning could be more thorough to ensure a consistently high standard. • During my visit to the gym, I noticed that some of the equipment was not functioning properly, which limited the workout experience. one of the best in Coimbatore. nice room, good breakfast and decent services. havent tried the facilities but should be more than adequate for a couple of days/nights stay

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They accommodated us well and assisted us with anything we needed. The hotel facilities and rooms were okay. For $70/night including taxes, we were expecting a better-kept room and area. The lobby was honestly one of the nicest parts of the hotel. The pool and gym were maintained but looked old. The room was also very dated and there was rust and grim on the metal taps and drains and the pain jobs were visible on the walls and hallways. Some of the furniture was breaking or bending. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout drapes were perfect. The staff accommodated us with a late checkout and an additional night when we extended our stay.

Located close to the airport this is quite a nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the food in the restaurant is quite good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
