At breakfast, coffee was not served despite ordering, and during the buffet dinner, I was asked to settle my bill within the first hour due to a crowded restaurant. 3.Room Amenities: The mini-fridge in my room was non-functional, and I chose not to request a replacement. 4.Pest Issues: I encountered mosquitoes in my room. After informing the front desk, anti-mosquito spray was applied. 5.Billing Confusion: My most significant issue occurred during my first meal at the Italian restaurant. After signing the bill with my room number, I received a call asking for credit card payment. Initially, I thought this was standard procedure. I requested the waiter to verify my guest status with the front desk, explaining my stay was registered with my passport. However, five minutes later, the waiter knocked on my door with a payment machine, insisting I settle the bill. This was both embarrassing and confusing, as I had already verified my status. Despite my attempts to clarify, I felt pressured to pay after a long flight and a full day of meetings. When I contacted the front desk for clarity, I was told the issue was due to not providing a deposit, which I was never informed about at check-in. I emailed the hotel manager the following day but did not receive a response. 6. Check-out: I was incorrectly charged for mini-bar expenses, but the front desk ultimately waived the charges.

Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability. However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.

La plupart des restaurants connus comme al goni, handi, palongki sont plus proches et nous n'avons pas de problèmes pour trouver un endroit pour manger. Le petit déjeuner buffet est servi pour deux matins de notre séjour et il y a des variétés dans les menus pendant deux jours, de sorte qu'il est devenu agréable car il n'y a pas de répétition significative. La piscine est juste étonnante et nous avons eu de la joie là-bas. Nous avons une chambre pour deux lits pour quatre personnes et tout était très bon. Mais ce que je mentionne à propos de l'hôtel est la propreté. La salle de bains commune dans le lobby est trop odeuruse pour ne pas l'utiliser. La salle de bains dans la salle précédente n'était pas si propre. La chambre est confortable et confortable. Si vous regardez dans ce cadre, l'hôtel Cox Today sera la première option jamais choisie. A part cela, ce voyage était trop bon. Even when traveling abroad, I have not encountered such a practice in other hotels. During our stay, we consumed some food and paid the bill at the time of check-out. Everything was settled properly, and we completed the check-out. However, about 30 minutes later, the hotel called and claimed that we had consumed two chocolates and had not paid for them. I clearly denied this, but despite my explanation, they repeatedly insisted. Eventually, I was compelled to pay for the chocolates via bKash.

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour au Sayeman Beach Resort à Cox's Bazar. Les chambres étaient propres, spacieuses et très confortables, avec belles vues qui ont fait notre séjour encore plus relaxant. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Voyage avec un groupe plus grand peut parfois être difficile, mais le resort a géré tout très bien, ce qui rend nos vacances sans stress et mémorable. Je ne pensais pas que l'hôtel était meilleur que je ne l'imagine. Les chambres étaient au plus haut niveau, tranquille et confortable. L'hôtel est autour du marché de la nuit, pas mal.

Our stay at The Peninsula was exceptional. The amenities were complete and the staff were accommodating. The diversity of choices in the breakfast buffet was also amazing. I look forward to staying in it again in the future.

Nice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke.

Еда в отеле просто восхитительная! 3 ресторана и небольшая кофейня.Каждый день предлагали разнообразные блюда, и я смогла насладиться как местной кухней, так и итальянскими и индийскими деликатесами. Не могу не отметить свежесть продуктов и великолепное оформление блюд.Особенно порадовал рыбный ресторан с столиками возле бассейна.Есть несколько баров с горячительными напитками .И кстати фирменный бельгийский шоколад ручной работы , очень понравился . Отель предлагает два бассейна: один бесплатный и другой платный. Оба бассейна очень чистые и ухоженные, а атмосфера вокруг них создает прекрасные условия для отдыха, приятная музыка .Платный бассейн особенно понравился — там всегда было достаточно мест для отдыха.Супер спа, спасибо за массажи Супер аквапарк . По уровню сервиса и комфорта этот отель вполне сравним с лучшими курортами Турции и Египта. Огромное спасибо главному менеджеру за организацию такого замечательного отдыха! Я обязательно вернусь сюда снова и рекомендую всем, кто ищет идеальное место для отдыха на Кокс Базаре!

good hotel, new, clean , hotel management is helpful, i will choose again. need to fix some issues though. price is good for the service
