L'emplacement est très bon. Il est à 0 distance du Skytrain. Il est très pratique d'acheter une carte de métro d'une journée pour aller partout, y compris l'aéroport, les magasins urbains, l'hôtel est très propre et hygiénique, et il y a un lieu de divertissement. Il y a un délicieux restaurant pour le déjeuner en face du hall de l'hôtel. Il est fortement recommandé.

J'ai séjourné à Vancouver pendant trois nuits avec ma fille. L'environnement est très bon, près du quartier financier de Vancouver. La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné la première nuit n'était pas satisfaisante. Après avoir contacté la réception pour le service chinois, l'hôtel a spécialement envoyé un. Dame chinoise en charge du service de ménage dans la chambre. J'ai communiqué avec moi (je suis vraiment désolée d'avoir oublié son nom, le service était très bon) et j'ai changé de chambre à temps ; le service de préparation de la chambre était également très bon ; dans les environs à 20 minutes à pied ; j'y resterai la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Vancouver. Le bureau de front était très aimable et agréable compte tenu de notre arrivée à la minute. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables avec micro-ondes mais pas de chaudière à eau chaude.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, avec une grande pelouse et des fleurs dans la cour avant. C'est très pratique pour manger, boire et jouer. Il accepte les animaux de compagnie et est gratuit. L'hôtel est grand et ancien, avec de nombreuses chambres. Les couettes sont douces et très confortables pour dormir.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is truly a hidden gem—both the food and drinks were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the room. It was quite noisy, so I turned it off before bed to get a better night’s sleep. However, I woke up early in the morning to find it had turned itself back on and the room temperature had dropped to 18°C which was uncomfortably cold. I mentioned this to the front desk during check-out and the staff member sincerely apologized and assured me they would look into it. I appreciated the way the situation was handled. And the other thing is the room is a bit overpriced.

This amazing hotel was renovated in 2024.  It is bright, clean, high ceilings give an open atmosphere.   The breakfast room is spacious!  Excellent selection for breakfast including eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice .   Desk staff were lovely.  This hotel was a great surprise!  Fabulous location in Penticton and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! Very quiet location and we especially enjoyed the lower level room opening into the beautiful grassy courtyard area. A short walk to the pool and hot tub! And the breakfast was simply delightful. All the staff were friendly and we would like to commend the fine, professional and helpful staff at the front desk - always a smile that made the day bright! Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un séjour très agréable. La chambre était conforme aux photos et parfaitement propre. Le personnel était également sympathique et aimable.
