Nous avons eu un séjour agréable à Fuzhou InterContinental. Logé dans un stand-by haut-sur-le-champ, l'emplacement est confortable. Classic InterContinental experiencesteady, reliable quality you'd expect anywhere. Our room was comfortable, well-kept, just a touch of wear. Le grand merci à Amy à la réception, qui a bien sorti un check-out tardif pour nous, super utile. Tout a largement correspondu aux normes mondiales de la marque sans grands hiccups. Recommander une séjour sans souci.

This must be my worst stay in a hotel for the last 3 years. The rooms are huge but their sound proof is so bad that when anyone on the same floor closes his door, my room door quakes. So you can imagine how you feel when you are in deep sleep and you are suddenly awaken by a loud bang. Every so often. Middle of the night.  Secondly, the aircon in the room continuously blew cold air. Seems this is the setting of their central aircon and my room was an icy 20 degrees throughput. Location wise, it is near the old town but not so near that you can easily walk. Yes there are limited public buses but limited services near the hotel and their frequency leaves much to be desired. Your best bet is go for ride hailing. Fortunately these are very affordable and the city of Zhangzhou is small. Safety box in the room did not work. And yes I did follow the operating instructions  On the plus side, hotel has outdoor hot spring pools but I didn’t try them as the weather was too cold. Manager apologised profusely and tried to compensate us with fruits and bottled water. In my mind it did not make up for 4 nights of poor quality sleep.

We have had a very pleasant 3-day stay for the first time at this hotel. Most impressed with the very courteous and efficient customer service delivered by all the frontline staff. We would like to highlight the excellent service rendered by their duty housekeeping staff named 郑惠川. She always greeted us with a pleasant smile.She has kept the room in tiptop condition throughput our stay and has promptly and effectively handled each and every request of ours. We were particularly touched by her one small gesture, as illustrated in the little note she sent us (attached). We would appreciate it if our compliments about 郑惠川could be conveyed to the hotel management. We also noted the excellent location of the hotel in the old city of Quanzhou. Would strongly recommend the hotel for anyone who wish to explore the old city.

C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Le service à la réception est excellent et j'ai même eu la chance de bénéficier d'un surclassement. Tout d'abord, les chambres sont toutes équipées de commandes vocales, ce qui est très pratique. Il y a aussi un mode veille avec un seul bouton. L'environnement est très agréable, on a vue sur la mer depuis la fenêtre, et les chambres sont très bien équipées et propres !

La chambre est assez grande et le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. L'attitude du service est également bonne. La chambre a l'air relativement propre et tout est complet. Mais je ne sais pas pourquoi j'ai trouvé plusieurs fois des insectes noirs et très petits sur le lit. J'y suis resté trois nuits et je les ai tous trouvés. J'espère juste que l'hôtel pourra découvrir quel est le problème.

這個月第二次入住這家酒店了，依然很驚艷～三五百塊錢能體驗到這種環境服務。。。真的想不到，很多老五星也沒這住得舒服。服務超好。 是今年新開的，房間設施都很新，而且沒有新房味，全屋智能，床品沙發都很新，設計得也很柔和、沒什麼稜角，待着就覺得很舒適～ 位置：旁邊是沿着九龍江一大片度假區，離古城也很近，不管是遊客或本地人都很適合好嗎。。。白天逛逛古城玩一玩，傍晚江邊看看落日，餓了走一兩百米去龍江歲月飯店吃特色菜，吃完喝個茶泡個温泉消化下，熱騰騰回酒店喝點酒美美入睡。。。真的從頭放鬆到腳 服務：入住前有提前聯繫，溝通很清楚仔細，態度超好，會站在你的角度幫你省錢。最後還給升級了房型，江景超絕，體驗感拉滿～入住期間管家也很熱情，有什麼需求都第一時間幫忙解決，和長者説話很耐心，住的很開心～ 環境：平台定有包含温泉票，很高質量，温泉也是新的，不像別的雜草叢生蚊子亂飛。毛巾飲品更換都很及時，將近二十個池子，工作日不會人擠人，可以家人幾個泡一個池子聊聊天，幹蒸一下，吃個自助餐，超級好睡～

Il a été accueilli pendant une nuit à la recherche d'une expérience de pointe et il a certainement été livré ! Le personnel de la chambre de front Benson et Lainely ont été très utiles à notre hébergement et facile à comprendre. Avez dîné tard ( je recommande fortement le riz frit de Beijing et de riz Fujian) et le petit-déjeuner buffet. Emily, du restaurant, était très patiente et compréhensible pour nos besoins quand elle est venue à la cuisine qui a quelque chose pour tous. Je recommande cette situation pour un couple qui veulent partir et profiter de quelques-unes des plus belles choses de la vie.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Intercontinental Quanzhou, and I must say, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff, Lucus greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel instantly at home. Check-in was seamless, and they even offered a toy doll to my daughter, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, immaculate, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What really stood out, though, was the attention to detail. Every part of the hotel, from the lobby to the dining area, exuded elegance and care. The breakfast were also fantastic. The varieties of foods were huge and the food was delicious, Throughout my stay, the concierge team provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, and the housekeeping staff kept the room in pristine condition. I also appreciated the seamless checkout process, making for a smooth end to an outstanding stay. All in all, intercontinental delivered a world-class experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, stress-free getaway. The combination of top-tier service, beautiful surroundings, and attention to detail made this a stay to remember.

Conveniently located in the city. Going to scenic places using taxi is fast and easy. The hotel has many facilities; swimming pool & gym for working out. Lots of restaurants nearby if you don't want to travel far.

We had a wonderful stay at this picturesque hotel, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Our private villa was beautifully designed, evoking the tranquil ambiance of a Banyan Tree resort. While the villa's secluded location required a buggy ride to reach the lobby, the service was exceptionally quick and attentive. The hotel's stunning backdrop, set against the majestic Wuyi Mountain, was truly unforgettable. However, to maintain its high standards, some areas of our villa required attention, including the floor tiles, countertop, and tub, which needed refurbishment. Additionally, the living room carpet appeared worn and dirty. With some focused maintenance, this hotel has the potential to exceed expectations and solidify its reputation as a premier destination.”
