I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable with good facilities. The staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay, making check in and general requests smooth and efficient. Overall, a reliable and comfortable option for a short stay.

This hotel was fabulous, definitely recommend the stay. Staff are friendly, rooms kept clean, lots of things to do if you do not want to travel outside the hotel. Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the perfect break.

We had a fantastic relaxing one night stay. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The food in the Scotts bar was amazing. And the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back again. The use of the spa facilities and towels was an added bonus.

Les clients sont généralement loués par la propreté, les installations et le personnel aimable, bien que certains pensent que les tarifs de la chambre et les frais supplémentaires sont coûteux.

L' hôtel a vu des jours meilleurs malheureusement.. Il était peut-être une fois une chaîne d' hôtels majeure mais les propriétaires actuels se battent pour rester au-dessus des problèmes. .La première chambre qui m' a été offerte a eu un odeur de vapeur formidable. La seconde option était meilleure . Mais globalement, je ne pouvais pas recommander un séjour ici.

Stayed for one night, was lovely sitting outside in the garden area having a beer. Rooms were fine. Gym is needing an update The receptionist ladies were lovely. Would stay again 👍

The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful. Our room was spacious and the bathroom had a lovely large shower. We had breakfast on our last morning and it was delicious and hot, buffet style with cereals and pastries too.

Very good location. Nice rooms and very comfy bed.  Didn’t make use of breakfast so can’t comment about that.  Staff were incredibly kind, courteous and helpful.

La location de l'hôtel n'est pas très confortable. Il n'y a pas de bons équipements de transport, supermarchés et restaurants dans la zone environnante. Vous devez marcher pendant un moment pour atteindre la gare et les restaurants. Le bureau de l'hôtel était très bon, mais l'hôtel n'a pas fourni d'équipement complet, comme les pantalons et les sèche-cheveux.
