I didn't know that the room type I booked was at the other far end of the apartment building. Not only did I feel cast aside due to the distance, but the lobby area didn't look anything like a hotel. I barely saw any hotel staff around until the day I was checking out. The room was big, but for the most part, it looked dated, particularly the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with only a bread toaster, a frying pan, a wooden spoon (that really looked like it was time to replace), two glasses, two sets of cutlery, a teapot, and a small creamer pot. There was no electric kettle, not to mention coffee cups. There was no dish towel and again, not to mention kitchen soap. One cooking hob didn't work while the other kept beeping when switched on and stayed cold. There was a mineral water dispenser, but the water from the hot tap was only 70% hot. You can't make a cup of coffee or tea with water that isn't hot enough. I didn't have a good experience when making phone calls to book the 3-hour city transportation. I had the same experience on the first morning when I asked about the breakfast that was to be sent to my room. It was set to be delivered at 9 a.m. I made a call at 9:05 a.m. and was told that they would prepare it right away. When delivered, there were a few missing items: fresh milk for my coffee, orange juice, and a teaspoon for the coffee. I had to make a call again to request them. (I had already mentioned to the staff the night before what I would like to have for my breakfast.) On the next day, I made a call at 6 a.m. to request the same type of breakfast to be sent to my room at 9:30 a.m. Hours later, close to 9:30 a.m., I made a call to room service again to inquire if they were sending my breakfast already. My call was passed from one person to another until the third person who spoke to me seemed unaware of my 'order'. By this time, I was very upset. He said he would attend to it right away and have it delivered to my room in ten minutes. By the time it arrived, it was 9:58 a.m. Nonetheless, the chicken porridge on both mornings were absolutely delicious. The Soto Medan which I ordered as a room service was tasty too. My sleep on both nights was pretty uninterrupted despite the honking from the heavy traffic. On Sunday, after my Fajr prayer at 6-ish, there was music, announcements, etc., from an event downstairs that lasted for three hours. During checkout, staff was going to hand me 800,000 IDR until I told him that I had only made a deposit of 500,000. It was then I realized the amount written on the deposit receipt; the number 5 looked more like an 8. That must be why he wanted to return a security deposit of 800,000. He was grateful when I told him about the amount I made as a deposit and I told him to give feedback to his colleague about her handwriting (the one who did my check-in was a female staff). Overall, this hotel was just alright for me. The lobby, front desk, and the staff at these two parts of the hotel were great. If there were a next time for me, I'd try the hotel side instead of the apartment, but it's likely there won't be a next time here.

J'ai adoré le personnel, mon séjour était agréable surtout le cadre calme soft et accueillant. Une des réceptionniste m'a le plus marqué c'était Ririn. Elle était wonderfull. Je vous conseille ce hôtel

Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Le personnel de la maison n'était pas là pour aider à corriger la situation. Things I dont really like: TV program, nothing interesting for me and not useful at all Too less power outlet and the fact that there is too small table for the kettle and water bottle.....

We have glued to this hotel for the last 2 or 3 years😀, everything is good, nothing to complain about. From arrival to check out, all staffs are well trained and functioning well. In this 2026, we have done 2 trips to Medan and stayed here + got the same room as I requested. We are coming back on 20 May and hopefully will get the same room too😊😊

A place that has passed its prime...A decent place for the price paid. No complaints about that.. Great superb location to everywhere.. between 2 hospitals ...and walkaway from malls.. still recommend to take a trike or grab a car . About the hotel... Receptionists were friendly and attentive 2 last elevator to reach floor Rooms are super spacious a king and a twin Have 2 toilets... So no need to scream and shout for a spot But sad thing... Place is poorly maintained Pillows past their shelf life. Toilet floor are slimy... It's a dry toilet I know but cleaning it with water and the smell.. uhh don't get me to start.. sewer smell plus pee smell.. uhhh not a fan.. have to buy moth ball and fresher to make it smell good House keeping... Shall not say much.. not the best. Don't know if they sweep or mop the floors .. So if location is a thing.. a good place to stay if u are not fussy. A decent place that's pasted it's prime

L'hôtel était introuvable sur Waze et Google Maps jusqu'à ce que nous le demandions à quelqu'un. Le personnel de la réception ne maîtrise pas bien l'anglais et a du mal à comprendre notre anglais et notre indonésien approximatif. J'ai réservé une chambre sur trip.com en promettant un lit king-size, mais le personnel de l'hôtel a affirmé que toutes les chambres économiques étaient équipées d'un lit queen-size. Nous avons trouvé les informations de réservation trompeuses et nous nous sommes sentis floués. Il n'y avait pas de papier toilette dans la salle de bain et j'en ai demandé deux fois. J'ai promis de le livrer, mais je ne l'ai pas fait. Les oreillers de la chambre ne sont pas adaptés à une personne normale et mon partenaire doit retirer plus de la moitié de leur forme artificielle pour réduire sa taille (je mesure plus d'1,50 mètre et lui plus d'1,80 mètre)… sinon, il est IMPOSSIBLE de dormir avec ce genre d'oreiller.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité d'une attraction touristique majeure. Cependant, il est un peu vétuste et la propreté laisse à désirer. Outre la serviette qui sentait mauvais, le mobilier est démodé. Les toilettes sont tachées. Les draps sont déchirés. La réception des chaînes de télévision est mauvaise. De plus, l'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur. Je me demande pourquoi ils n'ont pas fait toutes ces réparations ? Le seul point positif de l'hôtel est le buffet. Il y a beaucoup de choix et la plupart des employés sont aimables et serviables. Non. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel après cette expérience. Merci.
