Le Wi-Fi était quasiment inexistant. J'ai eu beaucoup de mal à me connecter pendant tout le séjour. La connexion était très brève et se coupait sans cesse. Le parking était limité. Bien qu'il soit inclus dans le prix de la chambre, vous pouvez obtenir un parking VIP près de l'entrée en payant le concierge. Sinon, c'est une question de chance. Le petit-déjeuner, pourtant vanté par tous, n'a rien d'exceptionnel. On trouve mieux ailleurs. Le Santika Premiere est l'un des meilleurs.

L'hôtel est agréable, en plein centre-ville. Le service est excellent. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié. Mme Deya a été particulièrement serviable lors de mon départ.

Had pleasant stay for 1 night , the location is excellent, staff were all very friendly and breakfast was a nice way to start the day, would definitely recommend for the location and friendly service especially for family with young children

The jacuzzi, steam room and pool are a little worn down but the gym is huge and the spa is nice. The room itself was really comfortable and well-kept. Also, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from DeliPark Mall Medan, which is a huge mall. All in all, I would stay here again if I visit Medan again in the future.

Hôtel agréable et de bonne qualité. Surclassement gratuit. Personnel de la réception, notamment M. Eko, très aimable et serviable. M. Tahar et l'équipe de cuisine du restaurant nous ont préparé un excellent petit-déjeuner pendant deux matins. Séjour globalement très agréable. Chambre très belle et propre.

Karibia hotel always be my favourite choice as its very convenient to nearby town . Its closed to my friends here in Indonesia. Receptionist ramah , housekeeping juga bagus . Restaurant juga bagus , menu sarapan nya pelbagai and worth it. Always come back here again . Salam dari Malaysi

This hotel is actually better than I thought it would be. I got an executive room for a really good price. The room had air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator, and a safe. The food is cheap, even cheaper than a lot of the food outside the hotel. I had Nasi Goreng Kampung, Seafood Capcay, Corn Egg Soup, and three servings of rice, all for only 120k. And it was all delicious! There's a big variety of food and drinks in the morning, but you have to get there early!

Bon endroit avec personnel courtois et utile.La distribution de nourriture était bonne et goûtée délicieuse.Très spacieux.Les nettoyeurs nettoient aussi la chambre comme je l'attendais.Très propre et propre.L'homme de la porte frontale et le récepteur étaient toujours souriant et offert de l'aide. - Oui.

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est proche de l'USU et des centres commerciaux. J'apprécie l'hospitalité de l'établissement : le personnel d'entretien nettoie les chambres tous les jours et change les serviettes quotidiennement. Le menu du petit-déjeuner est un peu limité et, pour les boissons, on ne sert que du café, du thé, de l'eau plate et de l'eau pétillante d'orange tous les jours. Le wifi est rapide. La chambre standard économique est assez petite et ne peut accueillir que deux personnes. Si vous souhaitez venir avec vos enfants, réservez une chambre plus grande. Si vous cherchez un hôtel pas cher à Medan, bien situé et offrant un bon service, je pense que le Batik est le meilleur choix. Je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel.
