hôtel à Paris. À l'hôtel, le personnel est incroyable, il essaie toujours de vous accueillir au meilleur niveau. La décoration, la propreté et l'atmosphère vous font vouloir rester là pour toujours. Nous aimons la zebra. Grand prix aussi. Fait très raisonnable. Merci pour votre hospitalité et le temps étonnant à Tulum.

L'hôtel le plus cher dans la région de Tulum Beach, la mer magnifique, les boissons sont bienvenues, vous pouvez réserver le paysage de la mer pour manger, la mer magnifique... L'hôtel ne peut pas descendre directement en mer, donc le prix est plus beau. Je pense que le long de la mer n'est pas loin. Il y a une plage blanche à cinq minutes de marche. La chambre est grande, il est toujours chaud tous les jours, le service est très bon, surtout le prix est la moitié de nombreux hôtels à côté de cette plage, très parfait!

This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read.

Terrible location, fantastic service, même mieux que dans les photos!

The hotel is beautiful and overall pleasant, but it left mixed impressions. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the property. However, we later discovered that the cenote was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it was under reconstruction, and this had not been communicated in advance. Construction started around 7:30 a.m. and continued throughout the day. The noise in the morning was not too disruptive, but during the day, when the main work was happening, it became quite loud and dusty around the pool area. Workers were constantly passing by, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The floor in our room was sticky upon check-in, and on one of the days, the cleaner left dirty towels on the floor. The location is good if you are looking for a quiet and remote place. We woke up to the sounds of birds and saw lizards around the property, which was lovely. However, it also means that you need transportation to get anywhere, as there is little infrastructure nearby. For us, this was not an issue we actually enjoyed the seclusion. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a boho style and looks stunning. Despite the drawbacks, I would still consider coming back one day.

C'était notre troisième séjour ici (grâce au jacuzzi dans la chambre). Malheureusement, ce fut aussi le dernier. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec jacuzzi. La climatisation était en panne, impossible de l'éteindre, et il faisait un froid glacial. Nous avons demandé à ce qu'on l'éteigne. Ils ont envoyé quelqu'un. Nous avons attendu un moment devant la porte. Ils ont fini par l'éteindre, mais l'air glacial continuait de souffler et ils nous ont dit : « C'est comme ça, on ne peut pas l'éteindre… » Bizarre ! Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Une fois dans la nouvelle chambre, nous avons constaté que le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas du tout 😂. La puissance des jets était quasi inexistante. Le niveau d'eau baissait rapidement, nous avons donc dû le remplir plusieurs fois dans la soirée. Le lendemain, nous avons demandé à nouveau une réparation ou un changement de chambre, et ils ont encore envoyé quelqu'un. Nous avons attendu un moment devant notre chambre, car nous ne voulions pas laisser nos affaires sans surveillance (environ une heure). Ils étaient toujours en train de réparer le jacuzzi et, exaspérés, nous sommes allés à la piscine. Ils l'ont « réparé » en quelques heures, et devinez quoi ? C'était toujours pareil ! 😂🤌 J'ai emmené la responsable dans la chambre et je lui ai montré la « puissance » des jets. Elle m'a dit que ça fonctionnait. Je lui ai fait remarquer que je voyais bien que ça fonctionnait, mais que la puissance était insuffisante et que ce n'était pas un jacuzzi, mais une simple baignoire avec des robinets. Elle a répondu que c'était le mieux qu'ils pouvaient faire. Je lui ai expliqué que j'avais déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel et que je savais comment un jacuzzi devait fonctionner. Celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas, et j'ai demandé une autre chambre avec tous les équipements en état de marche. Elle m'a alors répondu qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres disponibles dans notre catégorie, à part celle avec la climatisation en panne. Je pensais qu'ils feraient un effort pour régler le problème ou proposer un geste commercial, une excuse, par exemple. Mais rien. Ils nous ont laissés dans une chambre avec un jacuzzi hors service, alors que je leur avais expliqué à plusieurs reprises que j'avais réservé cette chambre uniquement pour le jacuzzi. Ils se sont excusés et ont quitté les lieux. Je suis extrêmement déçue et je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds. J'avais adoré cet hôtel lors de mes deux premiers séjours, mais la qualité se dégrade. C'est pourquoi il n'a que 3 étoiles sur Google, Booking et tous les autres sites. N'y allez pas si vous tenez à votre patience.

房型選擇：（此處有巨坑建議避坑） 我們預訂的是“海風房”，入住的時候和我們説給我們房型升級了 等我們入住，才發現給調劑去了“泳池房” 兩者之間的區別是海風房位於酒店海濱第二排，可以有自己的露台但是不是貼着大海，可以感受到海風 泳池房其實就是叢林房多了個泳池，完全感受不到海風 經過協調，終於把我們要的海風給我們了，原來當天“海風房”超賣，免費再升級到“海濱房” 但是真的很吵！是吵到完全睡不着那種 因為是帳篷材質，晚上海風呼呼的，一點都不隔音，然後海浪拍打礁石的聲音已經不是白噪音的級別 是需要耳塞才可以睡覺的那種，千萬不要聽信酒店的免費升級，“海風房”是唯一建議的選擇 蚊子： 是衹要你一出門就可以滿腿被咬那種 出門前一定記得噴防蚊水 無論多近的路都需要 這家的海灘是幾乎走不上去的，因為不清理，所以臭味還是很嚴重的 這家的野奢還是“野”為主，洗澡需要在露天，這個感受是可以的，水熱很重要

Hive Cancun ist eine moderne, stilvolle und sehr gepflegte Location, die mit ihrem besonderen Design und einer angenehmen, exklusiven Atmosphäre überzeugt. Die Architektur ist außergewöhnlich, alles wirkt hochwertig und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit, das sichere Umfeld sowie die vielfältigen Restaurants, Shops und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Sowohl tagsüber als auch abends fühlt man sich hier rundum wohl. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der private Pool auf dem Dach des zweistöckigen Zimmers. Dieser bietet ein hohes Maß an Privatsphäre, einen wunderschönen Ausblick und sorgt für echtes Luxus-Feeling. Der Pool macht den Aufenthalt besonders und hebt das Erlebnis deutlich von anderen Unterkünften ab – ein echter Pluspunkt. Das einzige, was etwas problematisch sein kann, ist der relativ weite Weg zum Strand. Dafür überzeugt Hive Cancun jedoch mit Ruhe, Komfort und einem exklusiven Ambiente abseits des Massentourismus. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung: modern, hochwertig und mit einem besonderen Extra, das den Aufenthalt unvergesslich macht. 🌴✨
