C'est la meilleure valeur dans Playa Del Carmen. La meilleure pression pour le trésor, surtout si vous réservez sur cette application. Bon repas. Bien restaurant de bières est également super. Tout est propre et moderne, mais pas le plus récent. C'est notre aller à l'hôtel. Seules les plaintes sont arrêtées, y compris le tequila premium (Don Julio) dans le total inclus

Personnel très gentil, nous avons permis de rester dans les espaces communs et d'utiliser la piscine même après le check-out.  Plage privée avec suffisamment de lits pour tous, et dans une position excellente, vu la taille réduite de l'hôtel. Je vous conseille tout le monde

This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

J'ai séjourné ici pour une visite de Pingse avant de me rendre à Cancun pour un complexe hôtelier. Je suis arrivé tard et je pensais seulement dormir, mais la plage privée était vraiment agréable. C'était si joli et la piscine était agréable, donc c'était dommage que je ne puisse pas l'utiliser. C'était un si bon endroit où séjourner que même le chauffeur Uber a dit que c'était vraiment bien. Il se trouve à distance de marche d'un grand supermarché dans le centre-ville et, à bien des égards, Il s'agit d'un hébergement d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Une très bonne expérience! Le personnel est incroyable et tout le monde est toujours prêt à aider.

One key thing about Hacienda Paradise Hotel : In the heart of Playa Del Carmen ( perfect location ) 1 min from Main Street & 10 min from the beach by walk. This is already a good reason to choose this accommodation. Front desk not very friendly. Rooms are a bit old but for the price and location this is a very good deal. Recommended for budget travellers 👍

Un très bon hôtel, à quelques pas de la plage. C'est dans un emplacement privilégié! C'est propre et le service est bon. Je le recommande vivement si vous souhaitez séjourner au bord de la plage. La photo que j'ai prise vient de Playa Caracol, qui se trouve juste en face de l'hôtel.

Hi  Very easy check in. Hotel is  beautiful a real authentic Mexican feel. Staff were very helpful. Food was tasty and server very attentive.  Felt save there. I would visit again.

We went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location   of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Tout d'abord, l'hôtel est très agréable et le x-park est également très sympa. Il y a de nombreux restaurants, vous pouvez essayer une variété de plats et le service de chambre est excellent !!!! Cependant, il se trouve à une certaine distance de l'aéroport. L’intérieur de l’hôtel est si grand qu’il est préférable de se référer au plan pour s’orienter !
