Hôtels avec Spa à Quintana Roo, Mexique

This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read.

La chambre est très mexicaine et dispose d'installations complètes. L'hôtel est très proche du bus ADO, et il ne faut que sept minutes à pied pour s'y rendre. Il est très pratique d'aller à Tulum ou à Chichen Itza. Il y a également un dépanneur 711 à proximité. Si vous avez faim, vous pouvez aller manger des boulettes de riz.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Ma chambre avait de très petites fourmis partout. Les sols de notre chambre avaient besoin d'une attention particulière. Mais je ne suis pas allé rester dans ma chambre. Les équipements ici sont excellents. Guillermo au bar de la piscine nous a préparé les meilleures boissons. J'ai adoré l'emplacement et les options de restauration. Je réserverais à nouveau ici.

Un très bon hôtel, à quelques pas de la plage. C'est dans un emplacement privilégié! C'est propre et le service est bon. Je le recommande vivement si vous souhaitez séjourner au bord de la plage. La photo que j'ai prise vient de Playa Caracol, qui se trouve juste en face de l'hôtel.

The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.

C'est un endroit agréable, pratique si vous devez vous rendre à l'aéroport le lendemain. Nous n'y avons séjourné qu'une seule journée. Le service était excellent, très poli et disponible. L'enregistrement a eu lieu à 15h, mais notre chambre était prête vers 13h30, ce qui était parfait pour nous. Vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à plusieurs endroits, cafés, restaurants et à la Plaza Las Américas. Mon seul problème était l'humidité : la chambre ne sentait pas bon, mais elle était propre. Je pense que c'est dû à l'humidité.

hôtel à Paris. À l'hôtel, le personnel est incroyable, il essaie toujours de vous accueillir au meilleur niveau. La décoration, la propreté et l'atmosphère vous font vouloir rester là pour toujours. Nous aimons la zebra. Grand prix aussi. Fait très raisonnable. Merci pour votre hospitalité et le temps étonnant à Tulum.

Останавливались в этом отели уже не в первый раз, в прошлый раз все было намного лучше, в этот раз, достался старый номер, еще и смежный, менеджер сказал что ни чем помочь не может и заменить номер не могут, в итоге пришлось ждать пока починят балконную дверь так как она не закрывалась, звукоизоляции нет, слышно все что происходит в соседнем номере и то что происходит в коридоре. В этот раз из плюсов только расположение, бассейн.
