This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read.

The service was very good. The location is excellent for my needs, as close to the bus station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and shopping nearby. The hotel restaurant has a very friendly staff. The food is good too.
It was my 4th stay at the hotel and I would stay there again.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Ma chambre avait de très petites fourmis partout. Les sols de notre chambre avaient besoin d'une attention particulière. Mais je ne suis pas allé rester dans ma chambre. Les équipements ici sont excellents. Guillermo au bar de la piscine nous a préparé les meilleures boissons. J'ai adoré l'emplacement et les options de restauration. Je réserverais à nouveau ici.

Un très bon hôtel, à quelques pas de la plage. C'est dans un emplacement privilégié! C'est propre et le service est bon. Je le recommande vivement si vous souhaitez séjourner au bord de la plage. La photo que j'ai prise vient de Playa Caracol, qui se trouve juste en face de l'hôtel.

The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.

Spacious and clean room. During our stay the whole block was out of electricity but both Roy and Fernanda have been absolutely amazing and couldn’t do more for us.

hôtel à Paris. À l'hôtel, le personnel est incroyable, il essaie toujours de vous accueillir au meilleur niveau. La décoration, la propreté et l'atmosphère vous font vouloir rester là pour toujours. Nous aimons la zebra. Grand prix aussi. Fait très raisonnable. Merci pour votre hospitalité et le temps étonnant à Tulum.

Останавливались в этом отели уже не в первый раз, в прошлый раз все было намного лучше, в этот раз, достался старый номер, еще и смежный, менеджер сказал что ни чем помочь не может и заменить номер не могут, в итоге пришлось ждать пока починят балконную дверь так как она не закрывалась, звукоизоляции нет, слышно все что происходит в соседнем номере и то что происходит в коридоре.
В этот раз из плюсов только расположение, бассейн.

La cuisine était excellente et le service était très bon.
La seule chose qui était que certains ont eu un peu trop de plaisir à la piscine et ont eu des accidents qui ont fait tout le monde évacuer la piscine pour le nettoyer, mais il y a d'autres piscines et lagunes que vous pouvez vous détendre pour y remédier. Assurez-vous d'essayer les tacos de poissons dans le restaurant de la plage et le restaurant de toit vegan était également très bon pour le petit déjeuner.
Assurez-vous également de vous rendre à XPLOR .... il est si bien fait ... et nous avons eu le plus de plaisir là. Nous regrettons de vous y aller à Xelha ... vous y allez demain matin et vous y êtes coincé jusqu'à 4h où vous pouvez retourner librement comme XPLOR. Nous regrettons de ne pas essayer les autres parcs qui faisaient partie du parc.

Don’t stay here is you expect to be close to downtown. It’s at least a twenty minute walk to downtown, including if you just need a quick drink from a convenience store, and having to take a taxi each time quickly adds up! Don’t even think about walking to and from the hotel after sunset as the mosquitoes will eat you very quickly (you won’t even make it half way). Hence, I sort of wished I picked any hotel closer to downtown as I believe their premium is worth it just on this fact alone.
Don’t stay here if you want variety with the included breakfast. The complimentary breakfast will have you searching for the rooftop entrance across the street, climb the stairs to be presented three preset breakfast options; omelette or scrambled eggs with either cheese or ham or pancakes. Granted, a bit of fruits and yogurt is included along with the eggs, but it’s pretty basic. Though I’m not complaining when you get to have freshly prepared breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Holbox white beach! Just don’t expect much nor to have a variety of options. But it will get the job done! Breakfast was 8:30-10:30am and we hung around past that to enjoy coffee on the rooftop WIFI.
Don’t stay here if you are expecting a good pool experience. The two small pools on the property aren’t running all the time so it doesn’t look appealing to get into.
Don’t stay here if you are expecting a view from your hotel room. You won’t see any bit of the ocean - just the hotels in front and behind this hotel.
We upgraded from the Double Room to the King suite and really glad we did because we got a nice balcony and comfortable bed with plenty of different pillow options. We also looked into upgrading to the King suite with bathtub option but glad we didn’t opt for it as the bathtub didn’t look appealing and just took up all the living room space. We wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, with perhaps some living room furniture, otherwise you just get a basic bed with nightstands, TV with basic cable and basic bathroom. The water pressure was good and quickly warmed up. The room AC was great and didn’t need to be run long. The issue mainly was the poor insulating as we heard out downstairs neighbours and likely would have heard whoever was across from us if there was anyone. There was no safe or iron in the room unfortunately.
If beach clubs are your thing, there are three decent options very close by. We checked out “HAU” beach club directly across from this hotel. This beach club didn’t have a minimum, had a generous happy hour (4-7pm), but unfortunately we got diarrhea after their mojitos. Although they were delicious mojitos so it’s hard to regret it.
I primarily booked this place to get a great spa experience and they exceeded my expectations. Thus, based on this experience, this hotel deserves nothing less than five stars.
I also can’t forget to mention the hotel staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Shoutout to all the concierges and especially including Mateo, Almira and Marianna in the reservations department!

IInvitéJ'adore séjourner dans cet hôtel, mais si j'ai l'occasion de revenir, je le choisirai peut-être. C'était mon premier séjour à Cancún et j'ai choisi cet hôtel. J'y ai passé un séjour merveilleux et enrichissant, mais si j'avais l'occasion de revenir, je dirais que je n'y retournerais qu'avec une chance sur deux. Voici les points forts et les points faibles :
Ce que j'ai aimé :
J'ai réservé la formule tout compris : tous les repas et boissons étaient gratuits. Les repas et boissons au restaurant sur la terrasse et sur la plage étaient plus que parfaits. La qualité des plats était excellente, le menu était excellent et les fruits et boissons étaient absolument délicieux. La chambre était très spacieuse. Malgré notre petit balcon, j'étais tout de même très satisfait. L'hôtel dégageait une atmosphère charmante qui me rappelait Santorin, en Grèce. La chambre était très propre, fraîche et toujours bien approvisionnée en boissons. L'hôtel proposait également de nombreuses activités. Personnellement, je voulais me reposer, donc je n'ai pas participé, mais il semblait y avoir beaucoup d'options.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé :
Même si c'était une formule tout compris, j'ai entendu dire que certains restaurants haut de gamme n'étaient pas inclus et qu'il fallait payer un supplément pour y dîner. Comme je n'y suis resté que deux nuits et trois jours, j'étais satisfait du restaurant sur la terrasse, mais si j'étais resté plus longtemps, j'aurais probablement voulu les essayer. J'étais également mal à l'aise face aux techniques de vente insistantes pour les massages. Au début, l'hôtel m'a offert un massage simplement parce que j'étais canadien. Cependant, lorsqu'ils ont appris plus tard que j'étais étudiant, ils l'ont immédiatement annulé, prétextant qu'il était réservé aux professionnels en activité. Je ne voulais pas de massage au départ, mais je n'ai pas apprécié qu'ils me le proposent juste pour obtenir des informations, puis le retirent si brutalement.
Un autre inconvénient était le bruit. Le soir, c'était très bruyant, avec des chants de karaoké dès 21 h 30 environ. Jusqu'à presque 23 h. Pendant la journée, on entendait aussi le bruit des forages des travaux de construction qui duraient des heures. Si vous cherchez un hôtel calme, ce n'est vraiment pas l'endroit idéal.
Lors de ma première réservation sur Trip.com, j'avais réservé une chambre avec un lit king-size. Mais à l'enregistrement, l'hôtel m'a indiqué qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre king-size disponible et a plutôt essayé de me vendre un surclassement en chambre avec vue sur l'océan, un grand balcon et un lit king-size pour 160 USD. J'ai refusé, et finalement, on m'a donné une chambre avec deux lits queen-size, un petit balcon et une demi-vue sur l'océan. Honnêtement, j'étais quand même satisfait.
L'hôtel est situé à peu près au milieu de la zone hôtelière, ni trop au nord ni trop au sud. J'avais réservé une camionnette privée et le trajet depuis l'aéroport a pris environ 20 à 25 minutes. On m'a dit que le centre commercial La Isla était à proximité, mais en passant, j'ai remarqué que de nombreux magasins étaient fermés. Si vous vous attendez à un centre commercial animé, vous pourriez être déçu, alors gardez cela à l’esprit.

DDrumjayI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place.
Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway.
Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more.
Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more.
Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too.
Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down.
Tips and Notes
-its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room.
-tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well!
-in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action!
-bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool.
-bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it!
-2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out
-there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time.
-while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

Amenities at the sister hotel next door were better than ours but because you can access both, this was not an issue.
Friendly, helpful staff and good food from the three restaurants we tried. All inclusive drinks in our package were local and not very enjoyable - this would be my only gripe!

La piscine est bonne, mais la mer n'est peut-être pas très propre.
Boissons et nourriture sont délicieuses à 10 heures.
