Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

Il n'y a rien autour de l'hôtel, mais vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement. Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, il n'est pas recommandé de rester, ce qui est très gênant. Les installations sont complètes, il y a une petite piscine et une salle de gym, le petit déjeuner est un style typiquement américain, rien à redire. Il y a un lave-linge séchant en libre-service, ce qui est plus pratique !

Comfortable, proche du parc de Boston et de la rue de la Chine, vous pouvez marcher au marché de Quincy, il ya beaucoup de restaurants chinois-ouests près, et le repas est très pratique. Le service de l'hôtel est bon, nous avons réglé les procédures d'hébergement à l'avance. La salle de bain est très grande, la salle de bain est propre, les installations sont un peu vieilles, globalement satisfaisantes, la prochaine fois que vous rentrez à Boston, vous choisissez l'hôtel.

Il y a un canapé-lit dans la chambre, idéal pour que les enfants dorment seuls. Il est très proche du parc public de Boston et du centre-ville, accessible à pied. Vous devez payer des frais de séjour de 35 yuans par jour, mais vous pouvez déduire 15 yuans des frais de nourriture et de boissons du bar chaque jour. C'est également un bon choix de descendre prendre un verre tous les jours. La chambre était très calme et la literie confortable. recommander!

It was a generally good stay, with nice amenities and a spacious room. There was one issue that came up: the Trip.com website stated that the room would be on the 27th floor. However, when checking in, the reception at the Encore hotel said the highest they could give me was the 17th floor, 10 floors below what was promised, even though I showed them my reservation detailing that reserved room was on the 27th floor. A second issue to be aware: this establishment that calls itself a ”resort hotel” does not have a mini-fridge in the room. One can rent one for $40/night, which is a bit mind-boggling. The only fridge in the room is dedicated for the mini-bar. However, one cannot use that fridge because any movement of items in it would incur a charge since the sensor system, which tracks each bottle, would trigger a charge to the room. This meant I could not place my perishable item in the mini-bar fridge by shifting the alcoholic bottles to make space for my perishable items. Otherwise, this was overall a pleasant stay.

Cet hôtel est situé dans la meilleure zone de sécurité de Boston, à proximité de la mer, le paysage est également bon! Mais les installations sont relativement anciennes, le service est vraiment difficile à dire, et je sens que plusieurs récepteurs ne peuvent pas être prêts à travailler; En cas de prépaiement complet et de répétition, deux fois, je vous ai dit, si vous n'avez pas de message instantané sur votre carte de crédit, vous serez mélangé dans le truc. C'est vraiment bien, vous ne vous excusez pas, vous avez pleinement senti cette folleté et la dispersion, mauvaise note de service!

We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Prépayé 3 frais de chambre, mais seulement active mon carte de chambre pour une nuit.
