Super süßes und neues Hotel. Wir waren nach Renovierung die ersten Gäste. Es wurde uns jeder Wunsch erfüllt und sich um uns gekümmert. Empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall weiter und würden sofort wieder her kommen. Da es etwas außerhalb liegt, ist ein Roller zur Fortbewegung sehr sinnvoll, diesen kann man direkt im Hotel mieten. Landschaft drum herum ist wunderschön. Klare Empfehlung 👍

The hotel and surroundings are amazing! Beautiful gardens all around you… the hotel is a big garden with villas that are actually houses. I loved it! The food at the restaurants are good and reasonable price. Good variety of food at breakfast. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are great, staff is kind. Golf cars are available often to take you to the different facilities. Rental bikes in place, Spa and gym. Highly recommended even though a bit isolated from main sight seeings locations 20-30 min average but Grab (taxis) come quickly to pick you up when need it.

I'm a solo backpacker and I'm used to staying in small hostels. Wow, what a difference! It feels so good to be back in comfort! These are very comfortable bungalows. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, as does the Wi-Fi. The bathroom is spacious and hot water is readily available. There's even a swimming pool. The location is really nice: the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the Tam Coc pier. This location allows you to be away from the hustle and bustle, in a very peaceful environment surrounded by rice paddies. There's no view directly from the hotel, but the surrounding area is beautiful and pleasant to explore. There are also several restaurants nearby. Breakfast is excellent, prepared on-site with several options to choose from. I particularly recommend the honey pancakes, which were delicious. They are served with fresh fruit and juice. It's also possible to rent scooters or bicycles, as well as book transfers and various activities directly on site. I highly recommend this place, whether you're a solo backpacker looking for a comfortable break, a couple, or a family. The quality-to-comfort ratio is excellent. The family who runs the place is very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.

This is a great hotel. Really good quality rooms for the price. Our host was so kind and knowledgeable, and flexible too, for example arranging a late checkout for a small fee. We hired bikes from her and did laundry too. The rooms were really comfy with a great AC that doubled up as a heater (it was cold when we stayed!) I really appreciated the location: it's on a side street so you dont hear the chaos of the main street. It's also right around the corner from a great restaurant called Mami. 100% recommend this hotel!

Nous avons également séjourné dans cet hôtel à Ninh Binh. La location est bonne, entourée de beaux verdures et d'une atmosphère pacifique. Nous avons séjourné dans un bungalow qui était confortable, et le personnel était très aimable, bienvenu et toujours prêt à aider. La seule question avec le bungalow était la forte odeur de fumée. Il était remarquable tout au long de notre séjour et ne semble pas disparaître. Je suis très sensible aux fortes franches, donc il était un peu inconfortable pour moi. Je ne suis pas sûre qu'il ait été utilisé pour garder les moustiques loin ou pour une autre raison. Notre plus grande déception était la piscine. Malheureusement, elle n'a pas l'air très propre. Nous avons remarqué des insectes flottant dans l'eau, y compris un cochon, et il y avait beaucoup d'enfants, donc nous avons décidé de ne pas nager. L'hôtel était très confortable et très confortable.

A very friendly family runs this small homestay. We felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A delicious breakfast was also provided, and if the weather is warm enough, you can use the pool. Otherwise, it's also pleasant to relax on the sun lounger in front of the pool. Many thanks to the whole family who run this homestay and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

J'ai bénéficié d'un surclassement dans une chambre avec baignoire, mais elle se trouve à l'étage inférieur et est accessible par un escalier en métal et en bois. Les toilettes sont également à l'étage inférieur, ce qui est assez gênant la nuit. J'ai aussi trouvé pas mal d'insectes dans la chambre, probablement à cause de l'environnement naturel. La température de la douche est difficile à régler. C'est assez décevant. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est agréable et la nourriture du restaurant est délicieuse.

Room was comfortable, service was lovely and accommodating. A great location to many attractions making it convenient to get transportation. Theres a swimming pool with days beds, showers and bathroom were clean also provided shampoo & bodywash provided. Breakfast was not too bad, fruit platter and orange juice was complimentary. there's a koi fish pond and cute kitties and an elderly dog chilling at the home, a coffee shop linked to the hotel at the front with good options.

I stayed here while traveling alone and the service was 10/10. Lim, the receptionist was the kindest, most accommodating host I’ve ever met. She gave me advice on my itinerary every day and went above and beyond constantly: When I woke up late and missed breakfast hours, she still made sure I was fed. When I got caught biking in the rain, she lent me a traditional Vietnamese hat. And when I checked out for Hanoi, she packed me water and snacks for the journey. The hotel has breathtaking mountain views. The only small con is that it’s on an inner road, so a few parts of the walk there aren’t lit at night. But it’s still very accessible — just in the quieter part of town, which I actually loved. The hospitality was truly above and beyond. I felt safe, cared for, and at home the entire time. Will definitely be back :)
