the location is great, walk to everything. breakfast is very nice. I had problems w housekeeping. when I was arrived I was put in a room where the air conditioning didn't work and the toilet seat was broken. now if you cleaned a toilet you would know a toilet seat is broken and report it. I had to report to staff the toilet seat was broken. at the time. I didn't realize the air conditioner didn't work but after running it for 3 hours and a room was still so hot. I went down to the desk and told them it wasn't working properly. he did come up and try to get it to work but was unable to do so. there were no other rooms available and I had to spend my first night in a warm room. it finally cooled off some after midnight. The next morning. they were able to give me a next room when one became vacant. The second room wasn't as nice as the first room. I had no table and chairs. there was nothing to sit on. that second day I went on a tour and when I came back all I wanted to do was take a shower. there was no soap and shampoo in the shower and I'm naked. I had to put clothes on go to the desk and tell him I have no shampoo and soap. I also think housekeeping may have stolen my heating pad. I got to my next location and realized I don't have it. I really don't think I left it behind because I checked that room very good. I could have possibly accidentally left it in the first room and in my hurry to pack up the next morning before going on a tour from moving first room to the second room, but housekeeping could have brought it down to me in the second room.

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était très satisfaisante, sauf que nous devions marcher 3 pistes pour y arriver. Il n'y a pas de bureau de réception, mais il fonctionne comme un airbnb. Nous avons fait un tour de la porte ouverte et attendu quelques minutes dans une ”zone d'attente” avant que quelqu'un nous ait parlé de donner les clés. Cet hôtel est fantastique, perché sur une colline à côté de la porte du château de Berat, la « Ville aux mille fenêtres ». Il se trouve à quelques minutes du château et à un quart d'heure du centre-ville. Son parking privé offre une vue panoramique imprenable sur toute la ville. Les chambres sont impeccables, le service attentionné et le rapport qualité-prix excellent. Cinq étoiles !

We enjoyed our stay and definitely loved the room - spacious, aesthetically pleasing and very clean. The hotel allowed us to park on the street in front, and also had ample parking in a backlot behind it. Breakfast was at another hotel (Hotel Gega) just a minute's walk , as the main restaurant in Hotel Plaza is not ready yet. Overall, very satisfying trip to Berat!! Thank you for the wonderful service!

It’s by the boulevard, accessible to most things in Berat. Staff are kind. Great value

歴史的建造物の部屋に泊まれます。高いので、アクセスはかなりハードですが、その分景色は最高です。オーナーの人柄が最高にいい。全てが清潔で、古いけれどエアコンなど設備は整っており快適です。レストランも美味しくリーゾナブルです。駐車場はフリーの路上になんとか止められました。
