Hôtels 3 étoiles à Préfecture de Tirana, Albanie

I honestly don’t know which words can fully describe how amazing our stay was at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. First of all, the staff were absolutely incredible. The owner, Mr. Jata, is such a welcoming and kind person who truly makes you feel at home. Ernest was also extremely helpful and gave us many useful tips about the country, which made our trip even better. Mr. Jata even helped us arrange a taxi at 3am because our flight was at 6am something we really appreciated. They offer shuttle services upon request for an additional fee. The room we booked was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the restaurant, bar and even housekeeping all worked hard to make sure our stay was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. One of my favorite places in the hotel was the terrace on the 3rd floor. The view from there is absolutely breathtaking. It’s the perfect place to relax with a drink or simply enjoy a peaceful moment. The traditional breakfast was honestly one of the most delicious breakfasts I’ve had during any of my vacations in Europe. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. The hotel is also perfectly located. Nearby, you can visit Lake Farka, which is beautiful. Just make sure to wear good shoes because some of the roads are a bit steep. There is also a bus stop about 14 minutes walking distance from the hotel, and from there you can go directly to Tirana city center. The city center is about 30 minutes away by bus and only 15 minutes by car. Communication was never a problem because Ernest speaks perfect English, and the bar staff speak English very well too. There is honestly so much more I could say about our stay, but this review section probably isn’t big enough to describe everything. We traveled as a duo ( my sister and I) from the beautiful island of Curaçao and we truly had an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. You will not regret staying here!

Останавливались на одну ночь, месторасположение удобно, близко к автобусной станции. Номер не большой, есть чайник и чай. Большой торговый центр, на такси 5 минут, пешком 20. При отеле есть ресторан, но мы поздно приехали и поужинать не успели, хозяйка очень общительна.

The room was okay and everything but they wouldnt let us use the AC. I turned it on at night cuz my kids sleep better when its cooler, and they came up the stairs and shut the power off to our room. We needed our phones charged for the next day as we had big plans the next morning and we woke up to them dead. Also, on top of no power and AC or wifi, they yelled at us for leaving 2 shopping bags of garbage. Saying she just rents the rooms, shes not a maid. I was unaware that there was public dumpsters on the streets- I thought they were business owned like in the states where if you put trash in it you get fined. She also got mad that I stripped the beds before we left and I think was saying she had someone coming in an hour and now she will have to make them wait. So the whole experience was of that of staying at someones house when they dont want you there. Also I paid a $10 deposit and they didnt return it.

We had a great stay at Vila Jasmine. The owner Aldina was very responsive from the time we made the booking. We arrived around 3am and she waited and welcomed us warmly. Room was simple but spacious and clean. It was great having a table with 2 chairs in the room. Wifi was fast and heater works great. Aldina was very helpful. She gave us lots of info and helped us with our planning. Vila was right in the town itself so everything was within walking distance. There are many cafes and shops within the area. The airport bus also stops about 5 mins away from the Vila and the bus to the bus terminal is also around less than 10 mins away. We enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed chatting with Aldina who is always smiling. There are rooms on the ground floor and the 2nd floor rooms are accessible via small stairs in the garden.

L'attitude du personnel était désagréable. La chambre se trouvait au 3e étage et il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur. La chambre en elle-même était correcte, mais il n'y avait pas de bouilloire, le réfrigérateur était en panne, la salle de bain était spacieuse mais la douche petite, il n'y avait ni brosses à dents ni sèche-cheveux. Le petit-déjeuner était correct et identique chaque jour. Cet hôtel convient si vous cherchez simplement un endroit où dormir, mais je pense qu'il existe d'autres établissements près de la place pour un prix similaire. Ces derniers me semblent de meilleures options. L'hôtel devrait offrir une meilleure formation à son personnel en matière de service client.

En payant 25 £ la nuit, je suis plutôt du genre à ne pas trop m'attendre ! Pourtant, le Tirana offre toujours un excellent rapport qualité-prix, même si certains équipements de base sont cassés ou manquants ! Un lit propre et confortable et une climatisation efficace sont essentiels, et ils l'étaient effectivement. La salle de bain était un peu décevante : il manquait des vis au pommeau de douche, ce qui compliquait le réglage de l'eau chaude. Une odeur étrange se dégageait de la bonde de douche, mais elle disparaissait avec l'eau. Les toilettes étaient propres et du savon de qualité était fourni. Il n'y avait pas de rambarde dans l'escalier menant au deuxième étage, et personne à la réception pendant mon séjour de deux jours. En revanche, j'ai trouvé des informations utiles sur le Wi-Fi (très bon) et l'accès à l'hôtel. Rapport qualité-prix : 8/10 ☺️

The room is very neat and cool, the breakfast is commendable, and the location is strategic, but I was shocked when I was told I could not have a guest in my room even after paying for 2 persons when I booked. I was never informed about this and felt embarrassed when the receptionist was telling me this right in front of my guest, and almost turned my plea down, and it took close to 15 minutes before she accepted as she was struggling to understand my English. If adults can't be with visitors in privacy in a hotel, where do you expect them to stay with their visitor after paying two persons price? It was so embarrassing that I had to move elsewhere the next day.

Pour le petit-déjeuner, nous avons le choix entre 3 menus différents. Aucun fruit n'est donné. L'emplacement est excellent avec 2 bus se dirigeant vers le centre-ville où il y a beaucoup de touristes. L'un des bus est Tiran E Re. Ce bus fait le tour de la ville dans les deux sens. Vous pouvez prendre un autre bus depuis le centre-ville jusqu'à un téléphérique. Le nom du bus est porcelaine. Vous pouvez prendre le bus Tiran E Re depuis la gare routière de Tirana, où se terminent les autocars. L'hôtel Arc est à l'abri des regards depuis la route principale. C'est juste derrière le bâtiment ALES (ci-joint) que passent les deux bus. Il y a beaucoup de commodités à proximité. Vous pouvez manger au KFC, aux pizzerias, etc.
