Très bonne location. Facile à atteindre. Beau vue, personnel amiable. Très proche de l'ascenseur, un peu bruyant. Et les lits sont vieux et pas très confortables.

I recently stayed at the Canmore Inn & Suites on Bow Valley Trail. While the property itself has potential and offers a convenient base for exploring the Rockies, my experience was significantly dampened by a factor I wasn't prepared for: a major local hockey tournament. The ”Tournament” Factor I was unaware upon booking that my stay coincided with a Canmore hockey tournament for U11 and U13 divisions. To say these teams ”took over the hotel” would be an understatement. The volume of children was overwhelming. This translated to: The Pool Area: Practically unusable for other guests; it was packed to capacity with kids from morning until night. Common Areas: Hallways and the lobby were very loud and, at times, felt uncontrollable. Lack of Supervision: There was a noticeable lack of adult/parental supervision in the public spaces, leading to a chaotic atmosphere that isn't ideal if you're looking for a relaxing mountain getaway. Staff and Noise Management To the hotel’s credit, the noise did mostly settle down by 10:30 PM. I spoke with the front desk, and they mentioned we could issue formal noise complaints if needed. However, it felt like a losing battle given the sheer volume of groups. The staff are clearly used to this, as these local tournaments bring in consistent bookings for the hotel. While the team was polite, they seemed stretched thin by the high occupancy and the energy of the young athletes. The Room and Amenities Pros: The location is excellent—close to downtown and Highway 1. The rooms are generally spacious, and the mountain views from the upper floors are a highlight. Cons: The property is showing its age. Some fixtures felt dated, and the cleanliness in the high-traffic common areas suffered due to the heavy foot traffic during the tournament. Final Verdict The simpler solution here is a matter of timing. If you aren't in town to participate in or spectate a tournament, check the local sports calendar before booking. If a U11/U13 tournament is on, I would recommend staying elsewhere. If you are here for the hockey, this is clearly the ”hub,” but for the average traveler, the lack of peace and quiet makes it hard to justify the price point during these peak weekends.

Ils ne me donnent pas la clé de la deuxième chambre, comme j'avais indiqué le nom de mon fils sur elle, pendant la réservation. Donc, quand il est arrivé 2 heures plus tard, j'ai dû payer une autre 100 dommages. Il semblait plutôt intéressant. J'ai payé pour cela par travel.com, pourquoi ils n'ont pas pris la dommage juste quand j'y suis arrivé, comme j'avais réservé les chambres pour ma famille. Tout le reste était bon.

Il prend environ 20 minutes à Uber de l'aéroport d'Edmonton. Le coût était d'environ 33 $. Il y a également un restaurant coréen à proximité, mais pas une distance de marche .... Tous les horaires ont été réglés par Uber. Le son de la climatisation dans la chambre .... Il était si grand ... Je me suis désactivé et je me suis couché quand je dormais.

Plus, the ski shuttle stop is just steps away, which is a massive plus in January. The Amenities: After a cold day outside, the 8-person hot tub and dry cedar sauna were highlights. They were well-maintained and exactly what I needed to thaw out. The Staff: From check-in to check-out, the service was genuinely warm. They were happy to provide local tips and made the process seamless. On-site Dining: We grabbed breakfast at El Toro Restaurant inside the hotel. The food was surprisingly good—definitely a step above your standard hotel fare—and very convenient on a chilly morning. A Few Considerations: Noise Levels: As some other travelers have noted, the walls are a bit thin. I could occasionally hear activity in the hallways and the hum of the heating system, though it didn't ruin my sleep. Parking: The underground parking is a great perk (especially to keep the snow off the car), but it is limited and quite tight. If you’re arriving late in the evening during peak season, you might have to hunt for a spot. Room Vibe: The rooms are clean and functional, but they do feel a bit ”classic.” If you are looking for ultra-modern luxury, this isn't it—but for a cozy, budget-friendly mountain base, it hits the mark. Final Verdict: A fantastic mid-range option for winter travelers. It’s clean, cozy, and perfectly situated. I’d definitely stay here again for the convenience and the hot tub alone!

The room is spacious for 4 of us, very clean and modern. The lodge is very close to the downtown, we enjoyed walking everyday to explore the city center. The indoor pool is always busy, and our room location is very far from the pool so we didn’t try the pool, but I was happy enough to have a hot tub every night in our room after the activities. The view from our room is also beautiful especially when it snows. The lodge has a spa, a hair salon, an a ski shop. I checked the price of the gloves at their shop is very reasonable. The parking garage is very convenient (although we have to pay for it). The breakfast is good with reasonable price for kids. Some front desk staffs (one Filipino lady and one local) were not friendly but most of the staffs were nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out, they provided pre-check in via whatsapp and always checked us if we need anything.

La salle de bain pour la piscine est petite - vous devez changer dans votre chambre avant de aller à la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est inclus - et l'expérience la plus pauvre de notre séjour. À l'entrée, vous recevez des bons de papier à rembourser au petit déjeuner (7-10 am). Il y a des pâtisseries, du yogurt, des pommes, des oeufs, des marrons de hash, des ham/sausage et des waffles faites à domicile. Ils ont besoin d'un processus plus efficace pour garder le trafic de petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est un déjeuner de la maison. Vérifiez - notre vérification était bonne, mais on nous a dit que nous ne pouvions pas utiliser la piscine après le vérification à 11 heures. J'ai dû retourner plus tard ce après-midi pour récupérer un objet que j'ai oublié dans la chambre (qui, grâce à leur email, m'a été envoyé) et Emily était là, ce qui était une note positive à notre sortie. Ma fille lui a même acheté un paquet de cookies du marché vendredi sur la route, en vous remerciant pour son service pendant notre séjour.
