Les équipes d'hôtel sont très gentilles et prêtes à répondre à vos demandes. La nourriture est parfaite et délicieuse. L'hôtel est tout à fait nouveau et propre. La location est un peu loin du centre de Munich, mais il est très pratique pour voyager. L'hôtel est à distance de la gare 1-2 min à pied.

The overall stay experience was excellent. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and efficient during both check-in and check-out. Requests were handled promptly and with great hospitality. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Facilities were in good condition and provided a pleasant environment for guests. Breakfast and dining options were fresh, well-organized, and offered a good variety of choices. Replenishment was timely and the dining area was clean and comfortable. Great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

However, this didn't ruin my stay at all! They provide fans in the room, and because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you can easily leave the windows open at night to let in a lovely, cool breeze without being disturbed by city noise. 🤝 Exceptionally Nice and Welcoming Staff The hospitality here is top-notch. The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!

I find Hotel Bayer's Boztepe to be an excellent choice for a stay in Munich. It is located near the central Bayers Street (Bayerstraße), right outside of the central train station (Hauptbahnhof) of Munich. The check-in was quick, and the introduction into the hotel's grounds was helpful. I was given a prompt tour of the hotel by the lady at the reception desk, who was notably kind and welcoming. The rooms are modern and well equipped with a minibar, a coffee kit and an Espresso machine. The bathroom is well built, and feature a good water pressure. The bed is very comfortable and clean, and the entire experience was flawless. The hotel is ranked as a 3-Stars hotel, but the relatively large size of the room, along with the well equipped and decorated facilities of the hotel, bring the overall experience closer to what one would expect of a 4-Stars hotel.

Ouah. Le service était tout simplement incroyable. Nous avons voyagé avec un petit enfant. Le personnel a organisé un joli berceau pour notre bébé, du type pliable mais avec son propre coussin, ses draps et ses serviettes propres. Le design de l’hôtel est simple, notre chambre était super propre, ça sentait bon et il y avait une belle température chaude. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir séjourné ici et félicitons la direction et les employés pour leur service centré sur le client.

The room is clean and staff is very nice I request for the hot water and they lend me the electric hot pot. The location is very close to the central station and bus stop of the lufthansa express bus from airport so it’s very convenience to go out of town or to airport as it pretty close to the transport hub. The bus terminal is also in walkable range. The room still use the key not the electric lock pad but you can leave the key to the reception and take it when your’e back. There’s luggage storage room as well.
