J'avais réservé un lit queen size, mais on m'a fourni deux lits simples rapprochés. Quoi qu'il en soit, les lits et les oreillers étaient très confortables. Il n'y avait pas de service de blanchisserie. Le personnel de la réception m'a bien aidé à trouver une laverie automatique à proximité et m'a fourni l'adresse d'une laverie automatique. Un bon système d'enceintes Bluetooth était disponible dans la chambre.

Bien que l'hôtel soit en banlieue, le transport est très pratique c'est l'avantage de l'hôtel. Mais la salle est très petite et trop bondée pour deux personnes. De plus, l'hôtel ne prend pas de petit-déjeuner. Dans l'ensemble, le prix n'est pas élevé.

Séjour très satisfaisant, très bien situé près de la station S-bahn à moins de 4 minutes à pied, nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits, il y a un supermarché et une pharmacie juste en face, bon petit déjeuner, la chambre était super propre et neuve, personnel sympathique, fortement recommandé !

Very nice and clean hotel. Modern inside and some rooms are quite big. Had a twin room this time and was sufficient. Breakfast is very reasonably priced but I never used it due to time constraints. Will stay again.

I stayed at the Sure Hotel by Best Western München Hauptbahnhof for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience.
I booked the hotel via Trip.com and stayed in a single room, which was clean, compact, and perfectly adequate for a short city stay. Everything was well maintained and tidy, and the room had everything I needed.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It’s directly opposite Munich’s main train station, which made getting around extremely easy. I arrived from the airport on the Lufthansa Express bus, which conveniently stops right outside the hotel—a huge plus after a flight. The hotel is also surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, and it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, so sightseeing was effortless.
Check-in was smooth, and the man at reception was very friendly and welcoming, which always makes a good first impression.
Breakfast was included in my rate. While the selection was a bit limited, it was perfectly adequate to start the day and everything was fresh.
I paid £61 per night, which I felt was very good value considering the central location, cleanliness, and convenience of transport connections.
Overall, this hotel is a great option for solo travellers or short stays in Munich, especially if you want to be close to public transport and the city centre. I would happily stay here again.

Hôtel adéquat au prix. Petits déjeuners très savoureux, grand choix de fromages, jambons et plats chauds (saucisses, œufs brouillés). Le plus gros inconvénient est que la réception est fermée la nuit... Nous sommes arrivés après 23 heures et avons dû appeler le numéro indiqué. Les codes des boîtes à clés étaient dictés, ce qui nous permettait d'entrer dans l'hôtel et dans la chambre.
Il n'est pas possible de se garer sur le parking payant pour le moment.

Le prix est très abordable. C'est un style appartement. Il est à 10 minutes de la gare. Dans une belle ville. Pas mal. Il est sûr de marcher 2 kilomètres jusqu'au centre de la ville.

La position géographique personnelle se sent un peu éloignée, la gare de la métro peut arriver, à 5 minutes à 8 minutes de la station de métro. Parce que le festival de la bière, l'hôtel de la ville est sans chambre, sans hausse trop, donc vous avez choisi cette maison.
La chambre est peu grande, mais les cinq sont complètes, c'est que l'eau de lavage est un peu lente, il y a un phénomène d'accumulation d'eau pendant le lavage, d'autres sont bons.

Ich war mit meinem Partner für eine Nacht in dem Hotel. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich gewesen und hat uns perfekt über alles aufgeklärt. Auch der Check in war super leicht. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Nürnberg wollen kommen wir definitiv wieder in dieses Hotel! 🍀

A noter que l'hôtel ne fournit pas de chaussons et pas d'eau minérale. L'eau du robinet est de l'eau potable directe, vous pouvez donc la boire en toute confiance.

IInvitéWe received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service.
The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty.
The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement.
The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner.
The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs.
There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

IInvitéI felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

\\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

The location is very close to the central station and bus stop of the lufthansa express bus from airport so it’s very convenience to go out of town or to airport as it pretty close to the transport hub. The bus terminal is also in walkable range. The room still use the key not the electric lock pad but you can leave the key to the reception and take it when your’e back. There’s luggage storage room as well.

La position de quitter le centre-ville est de 20 minutes de route. L'hôtel est à côté de l'appartement des étudiants, avec une petite cuisine et des ustensiles de cuisine, vous pouvez facilement manger.
Il y a un supermarché Aldi et APZ, et un restaurant chinois.
La chambre a une balcone, le seul défaut est de traverser la route, un peu désolé.
Il y a aussi un lave-linge payé, un lave-linge 3 euros, un asciugais 2.5 euros
