L'environnement est très bon, très propre, le lit est confortable, éloge cinq étoiles ! A noter que l'hôtel ne fournit pas de chaussons et pas d'eau minérale. L'eau du robinet est de l'eau potable directe, vous pouvez donc la boire en toute confiance.

Les équipes d'hôtel sont très gentilles et prêtes à répondre à vos demandes. La nourriture est parfaite et délicieuse. L'hôtel est tout à fait nouveau et propre. La location est un peu loin du centre de Munich, mais il est très pratique pour voyager. L'hôtel est à distance de la gare 1-2 min à pied.

We received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service. The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty. The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement. The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs. There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

We were pretty satisfied with our room and felt it was well appointed for the price. We got the twin bed room and felt it was pretty spacious with lots of room for our things. They had a closet area, two stools, a table, side tables by the beds, and a small TV. The wifi was pretty strong during our stay too. The bathroom was good too with good shower pressure and temperature. They have an all in one body wash/shampoo so you may want to bring your own products. The hotel does not use key cards but instead has codes to unlock the doors. The beds were comfy and the linens were clean and new. The pillow was thin but it was fine for what we needed. The temperature is pretty easy to control in this room with an AC unit and radiator but we didn't need either in December. We got a good night's sleep both nights at this hotel. The area is quiet when it matters but it should be noted that the nearby church starts ringing its bells at 8 am and some of the businesses nearby make a bit of noise later in the night as they close. The hotel is in a decent area with lots of convenience stores and middle eastern restaurants nearby. It is about a 10 minute walk away from Munich's Central Station and has good tram access around the area to get to most of Munich's major sites pretty quickly. We did get lots of walking done while in Munich and felt the area our hotel was in was pretty safe. The hotel does have a small common area in the lobby and a small garden. You can get a drink or some snacks at the front desk. The hotel does offer breakfast for an additional fee on the top floor and if you are a member through their application you can get a slight discount. There is a parking garage underneath the hotel and some street parking nearby. You may need to call ahead to confirm parking because it is a small hotel and street parking is limited. They offered luggage storage for us when we arrived early but needed time to clean the rooms so they could not provide early check in. The front staff were nice and efficient.

Overall the hotel was great, a little out of the main city centre, but a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, with about a 20-minute train ride to the city centre.

The overall vibe of the hotel is very peaceful and traditional, making it a relaxing home base. A Quick Tip on the AC: It is important to note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. However, this didn't ruin my stay at all! They provide fans in the room, and because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you can easily leave the windows open at night to let in a lovely, cool breeze without being disturbed by city noise. 🤝 Exceptionally Nice and Welcoming Staff The hospitality here is top-notch. The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. They are happy to give you local tips, recommend nearby bakeries for breakfast, and help you navigate the local transport. It truly feels like a warm, family-run business. 🅿️ Amazing Free Parking! One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel le après-midi, et la réception a fourni des informations claires et utiles lors de l'entrée. Nous avons réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, et le lit de canapé avait déjà été préparé avant notre arrivée. Tout le café et les boissons sur la table étaient complimentaires, mais le minibar n'était pas, comme l'a expliqué le personnel lors de l'enregistrement. La zone de douche peut devenir un peu de roulette après l'utilisation, de sorte qu'il ne faut pas porter les roulettes de la chambre dans la salle de bains, car vous pouvez potentiellement rouler sur le sol mouillé. La pression de l'eau pour la tête de douche était forte et la température de l'eau était stable tout au long de notre séjour. La seule réaction que j'ai est le bruit de la rue principale.Notre chambre était située au 6ème étage et face à la ligne de tram. Nous avons pu entendre les gens parler en bas, ainsi que le bruit quand un tram passe. Si vous êtes un léger sommeil, c'est quelque chose à garder en tête. L'hôtel est très confortable. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants sur la même rue, et il n'est qu'à environ 150-metre à pied à la station S-Bahn/U-Bahn. Vous pouvez également accéder à la gare centrale de Munich par le sous-passe. La rue est très occupée, avec beaucoup de gens se réunissent dans la zone. Pour la sécurité, l'hôtel exige une carte clé pour entrer dans le bâtiment après 10 h et avant 8 h. Vous aurez également besoin de votre clé de chambre pour accéder aux ascenseurs.

This is my second visit to the hotel throughout my two weeks travel in Europe. This time, the hotel surprised us by giving us a larger room with two toilets. It is much more convenient for a family of three, all adults. Coffee machine provided. Two TV. However. The Wi-Fi was not stable. For our departure, we needed to go to Munich airport. There were Lufthansa Airport Express Bus right outside the hotel, every 20 minutes. It is so convenient and cheaper than taking trains.
