Hôtels 3 étoiles à Stirling, Royaume-Uni

L'hôtel est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable. Nous avons reçu un fan de poussière et brisé pour combattre la chaleur, mais malheureusement personne ne s'est excusé quand nous l'avons amené au personnel que nous devions laisser la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit pour essayer de combattre la chaleur. Je sais que ce n'était pas la faute des individus, mais un bon service à la clientèle parlerait de pardon au client et aucun des 4 personnes dont nous parlions n'a fait une excuse et ils semblaient aussi désorientés.

We are a couple and booked for a double room but given 2 singles room. Only found out when we went into the room. Went back to reception to show booking made for double, only then we were informed that there was no availability. We would have appreciated if this was made clear during check-in rather than finding out by surprise (with disappointment) and having to go back to reception to clarify.

Comfortable stay, hotel a bit dated but clean and functional, staff mainly friendly, issues at breakfast with staff working really hard but not able to keep up with food replenishment, told by manager to use a paper cup as no clean cups available, had to ask twice for coffee machine to be filled with milk. Reasonable choice of breakfast items, unfortunately no pastries though. Good amount of free parking available, staff clearing and cleaning tables friendly and hardworking.

Le service est très bien réservé. La chambre était propre et confortable, mais très difficile à garder une connexion WiFi dans la chambre (a dû rester dans la salle de bains pour obtenir tout WiFi utile). Avoir un bon séjour et recommandera à d'autres marcheurs de West Highland Way à se traiter à un séjour en route.

L'hôtel est situé dans une grande localisation pour explorer Stirling à pied, ne peut pas le battre! C'est un hôtel de base mais a tout ce dont vous avez vraiment besoin, sans frills. Le personnel était rapide et utile, parking sur le site. La salle de bain aurait pu être plus propre, la pression de douche n'est pas grande. Mais les chambres étaient calmes, le lit était confortable.

I really loved my stay The Allan Park. Such a nice cozy homie place. Very spacious room that has everything you need, staff is really helpful and friendly, cozy lounge room with a fireplace. The only thing I would suggest adding is the hook on a bathroom door for a towel. Would love to stay here in future and highly recommend for anyone.

We received such a warm welcome and friendly service. The room was clean, warm and contained more than what we expected. The hosts did everything they could to make us feel welcome and provide us with everything we needed. I would recommend to all travellers.

Nice pub and rooms, ideal stopping off point travelling up north near Stirling. The restaurant is good, with reasonably priced classic pub food and selection of beers. Unfortunately we left too early to have the full Scottish breakfast which was included.

Hotel has a great atmosphere very friendly staff and the room is big and cosy bed. The breakfast is superb and plenty to choose from have booked another night there on my return back down from the Highlands.
