Sangat puas. Bagus. Mewah ..nyaman . Pingin balik kesana lagi. Murah banget Pelayanan sangat” ramah.. maksih banyak

Nous vivons à 8/10. Il est très loin de la jungle, il faut beaucoup de temps à pied (environ 260 yen), donc la position est de 3 points, mais l'hôtel lui-même est un service, une clairance, un repas (cheveux), un équipement (vous pouvez voir YouTube, etc. sur ＴＶ). Je pense que le prix à l'entourage de la rhum est un peu élevé, mais si vous voulez une clarté, vous devez le faire. En outre, ils se sourirent lentement jusqu'à ce que vous parliez anglais lors de l'embarquement et que vous évaluiez le personnel à 5 heures.

Good place to stay, very nice ambience, calming but unfortunately there was a drone flying in the morning when we still at our jacuzzi (fyi the jacuzzi located semi outdoor), and we dont know whose drone is that from hotel or others visitors, we just need a lil bit privacy. And lucky us we got so noisy neighbour, we saw 3 adults and 3 children?? How come one room for soo many people? The parents saw the TV so loud till midnight & the kids crying in a lot of time :”) when we ordered the bbq they said its gonna be got 2 can of gas, but they only give us 1, the stove and the pan they charged us separately and the pan really not worth for using anymore sorry. And there is no discount for the lack of the portable gas. Hopefully they can improve how to manage about term & cons to stay at this property. Thank u

Tempat yang bagus dan nyaman. Sangat strategis dan dekat dari berbagai tempat wisata. Pemilik/pengelolanya juga ramah dan informatif sekali(Pak Rofiq). Terima kasih banyak, next time pastinya akan repeat order kembali di villa cabin ini❤️

My room washroom encounter the stinky smells on the 1st night, very unfortunate the phone inside the room also out of order too. I’ve to close the door properly before sleep yet still have unpleasant smells in the room. I’ve told the night shift front desk officer about it, however he seems don’t understood and didn’t get the issue settle. Hence, I’ve requested to upgrade on the next day to the day time front desk officer, Herman if the issue can’t be solved. However, it’s fully booked, so I felt upset and helpless. Therefore, I’ve stressed to him I’m unable to give good rating in this case and get him to my room and experience it. He immediately understood the issue and get someone to resolve the issue after I went out for early dinner. Afterwards the issue only comes back in a while and gone. Herman had got the cleaner take note of the issue too over the 6 days 5 nights stay. I would like to give the compliment to Herman for this case. Besides, though the breakfast served only simple food, however I think is good for nutrition and everything are fresh. Especially the juice and fruit sections.

It's been wonderful staying here, but the hotel itself needs to be renovated. The staffs were nice and kindly provide many great information about the city.
