Hôtels 3 étoiles à Sumatra-Ouest, Indonésie

I was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room

Padi Eco Lodge - A Mixed Experience L'hôtel dispose d'un personnel amiable et de chambres propres qui nous ont accueillis. Cependant, marcher à la propriété de la zone de stationnement est très loin, et le chemin est sombre à la nuit. Le café se démarre à 8 h, ce qui est tard pour les invités avec des horaires précoces. Un temps d'ouverture plus tôt, comme 7 h, serait plus pratique. Les installations de la salle de bain étaient minimalement lavage corporel, sans shampooing disponible. Globalement, il est un bon endroit pour rester, mais il y a de la place pour améliorer les conforts et les équipements.

Nous sommes globalement heureux, propres hôtels bon personnel, l'éclairage de la chambre est un peu sombre. la nourriture n'est pas mauvaise. Belle veranda ouverte au 9e étage qui est agréable de s'asseoir et profiter du soleil. BON HOTEL À SER EN BUKIT TINGGI

The hotel is near to Jam Gadang. About 5 minutes of walking, Breakfast is OK. Service is great. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. A bit of climbing the stairs to get to the reception area.

It’s just interesting to stay in the old Dutch building, which is a historical building in the centre of the town. If you’re interested in the topic of UNESCO, that’s a must place to visit around Padang area. The hotel itself is just fine. It has nice cafeteria outside where they serve breakfast and you can eat at other times. The biggest issue that I had was sounds coming from outside, the road, and then early morning siren calling for pray. But that’s part of the experience and I was during Ramadan.

The foods of breakfast must be improved...the chicken was overcooked and hard...the coffee only has sugar...no creamer or brown sugar as optional...pastries are perfect and yummy...

Le lit était vraiment confortable, la salle de bains était sale et ils ont à changer le siège de toilette qui était ancien.Location était grande. Le petit déjeuner était mauvais.

Emplacement idéal, lit confortable, chambre de taille moyenne. Belle vue depuis l'étage (coucher ou lever du soleil). L'hôtel possède un restaurant panoramique sur le toit offrant une vue magnifique.
