Восхитительный отель для поездки в Кортину. Спасибо персоналу за бесплатное увеличение категории номера. Также мне помогли с печатью документов. Номер потрясающий - новая сантехника, очень тепло (горячие батареи), чистое постельное белье. В номере есть чайник, чай, кофе и сливки. Есть бесплатный автобус для поездки на ближайшую горнолыжку в Сан-вито.

L'hôtel dispose d'installations vétustes, la chambre avait une odeur de moisi, il n'y avait pas de climatisation ou ils ne la laissaient pas s'allumer et la chaleur était brutale, la salle de bain était très petite, le petit déjeuner était merveilleux

La chambre était très confortable et très confortable. Pas de contrôle à distance et de blocage de la plongée et de la climatisation non fonctionnelle . Mais le personnel a essayé de réparer autant que possible et a reçu un climatisateur portable la nuit dernière . A proximité de tous les restaurants et avec nos chaises pour la plage, l'hôtel a travaillé gratuitement.

Hôtel confortable avec parking privé.
On pouvait sentir le propre partout, depuis les couloirs jusqu'aux chambres, le personnel sympathique et serviable, notre chambre était très grande avec un coffre-fort et un réfrigérateur. Nous avons demandé un oreiller supplémentaire et un kit de courtoisie et ils étaient prêts à satisfaire nos demandes.
Emplacement idéal pour rejoindre les différents villages de Garda et à deux pas de la zone commerciale d'Affi.
Bon petit déjeuner.

Il proprietario dell'hotel è una persona molto entusiasta! ! Perché? Prima di tutto, lo ammiro molto. È in servizio di notte e lavora sodo! In secondo luogo, questo hotel ha una lounge e puoi goderti la musica e il bellissimo paesaggio di notte! ! Poiché il mio amico ha detto di portarmi fuori in altri posti, sono tornata in hotel molto tardi quella sera. Sono stata accolta dall'entusiasmo e dalla pazienza del proprietario dell'hotel! ! Perché ero molto felice quella sera e un po' alticcia. Ho detto al capo che volevo tuffarmi in piscina nuda, e il capo non ha rifiutato, e ha anche preparato un asciugamano da bagno per me e mi ha chiesto di prestare attenzione al mio corpo! È davvero una persona molto cordiale!! Anche la colazione è molto sufficiente! ! Prima di fare il check-out, il capo mi ha persino dato un asciugamano da bagno con il logo del loro hotel da tenere come souvenir. Grazie mille! ! TTaiwC'était un endroit agréable. Il n'y avait pas grand-chose à faire, principalement quelques piscines et un bar modeste. Le bar était ouvert, mais limité, car il était en cours de décoration. Ce n'est pas si proche du centre-ville de Venise. Le point positif, c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de navette pour l'aller et le retour. Il y avait des horaires fixes et le prix était très raisonnable. La chambre était correcte, j'en avais déjà eu une comme celle-là. J'ai eu quelques problèmes : un pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas correctement et l'évier ne s'écoulait pas très bien, ce qui a pris un certain temps. Dans l'ensemble, c'était correct et c'était propre.

ЮЮрий ХлутковWe’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this.
We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room.
This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing.
Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom.
On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience.
Other downsides:
* terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle;
* extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests;
* in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities.
Positive points:
* very good location;
* the room itself was clean;
* coffee was available in the room.
Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

11300617****L'hôtel se situe à 2 kilomètres de la gare de l'île. La navette de 1,50 € (départ le 31 décembre) vous emmène en quelques minutes à la Piazza della Rôtie. Le bus n° 5, de la Piazza della Rôtie à l'aéroport, est très pratique. L'hôtel est propre et le personnel accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner était moyen, voire médiocre. De plus, ni chaussons ni articles de toilette n'étaient fournis – typique des hôtels européens ! (L'hôtel vend du Coca-Cola à 4,50 € la canette ; inutile d'en acheter, tournez à droite et dirigez-vous vers le parking souterrain où vous trouverez un distributeur automatique qui le vend à 1,60 €.)

AAdam23We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations.
You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right!
We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed.
The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible.
A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated.
Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus.
All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

IInvitéWe arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor.
I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases.
The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would.
The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed.
The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it.
The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it.
The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket.
The safe was not working.
The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them.
The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working.
You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool.
The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off.
The bathroom bin was broken and filthy
The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am.
I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice
I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy.
We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour.

❤❤️travellingMy flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it!
Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic.
The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom.
If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross.

IInvitéLa location est idéale, vous arrivez rapidement à pied de l'aéroport et à pied partout. Il y a des bars autour et c'est une zone tranquille. Ce qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est les instructions de check-in, car j'ai été assez précoce pour vous faire le check-in et j'ai eu des problèmes quand j'arrive. Le bon est que vous répondez et vous résolvez rapidement, je dois souligner cela. La vue de notre chambre était magnifique, il donnait un petit patio. Je recommande sans aucun doute
