The hotel residence is very cozy to stay the style is a kind of vintage ambience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Facilities are good, transportation is very accessible and convenient.

The hotel is clean and in a great location, making it convenient to get around and access nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited options and could be improved by offering a wider variety of food. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Je suis resté une nuit (petit déjeuner inclus). L'entrée et les chambres étaient propres et il semblait y avoir peu de bruit provenant des couloirs et des autres pièces. Même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisé, il y avait un jacuzzi au 5ème étage et il semblait que les familles en profitaient. L'emplacement était pratique car il était proche d'un centre commercial. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était bon en goût et en variété, mais le nombre de places était un peu petit, donc il y avait beaucoup de monde à la recherche d'un endroit pour s'asseoir.

Hotel vraiment a 2 pas de l’airport, offrant même un petit dej au A mart d’en bas donc assez sympa. Par contre il est vraiment vieillot, vieillot, les carreaux sont cassés, la peinture sur les murs écaillée voir retirée par endroits, il mérite un gros rafraîchissement. La SDB est vraiment dans le même genre par contre caffé savon gel douche. Nous avons eu un problème avec la douche puis le lavabo n avait pas d’eau. Hotel vraiment Ok pour 1 nuit pas plus.

J'ai eu un séjour agréable à l'hôtel Sogo dans l'ensemble, et je voudrais partager mon expérience. L'hôtel était propre, confortable et bien entretenu. J'ai également apprécié le personnel, qui était gentil, agréable, et toujours prêt à assister quand j'avais des questions ou besoin d'aide. L'élévateur est un peu caché, mais il m'a fallu un moment pour le trouver, surtout en tant que première visite. Il serait très utile que l'hôtel puisse installer des signaux de direction plus visibles ou fournir des orientations plus claires lors de l'enregistrement, de sorte que les clients puissent facilement localiser l'ascenseur sans confusion. L'hôtel a été très confortable et confortable et j'ai été satisfait de la qualité du service que j'ai reçu. Globalement, je voudrais apprécier ma expérience 8 sur 10. Avec quelques améliorations à la signature de l'ascenseur, je pense que l'expérience des clients serait encore meilleure. Je suis heureux de rester avec vous à l'avenir.

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

We stayed at Red Planet Davao for 2 nights. Overall, the hotel room was clean, and we appreciated how nice and accommodating the front desk staff were during check-in. The location and cleanliness made our stay comfortable. However, we had one issue during our first night. I had a sudden gout flare-up when we arrived, and the pain became unbearable to the point that I couldn’t walk. My partner had to go down to buy medicine and dinner for us. Since only one key card was given at check-in (which is also needed to keep the room power and aircon on), he asked the front desk for another key. Unfortunately, they said only the person whose name was under the booking could request it. Even after explaining that I could not walk due to a health issue, they still required my signature first. He had to go back upstairs, get the paper signed, and then return downstairs again. In an urgent situation, this process felt very time-consuming and frustrating. My suggestion for improvement would be to proactively offer two key cards when two guests are checking in, instead of waiting for guests to request it. Also, in urgent health-related situations, I hope the staff can show more flexibility and understanding. Despite this experience, the room itself was clean and the staff were polite. With better handling of situations like this, the guest experience would be much better.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au cœur de la ville, et mon partenaire et moi avons eu un excellent service, surtout quand un incident nous a amené à visiter l'hôpital. Le personnel a été exceptionnellement coopératif pour fournir un rapport d'incident, qui a été incroyablement utile pour notre processus de remboursement des assurances. L'hôtel est un peu plus ancien et les équipements peuvent être améliorés, mais je me suis senti très confortable pendant notre séjour. Je recommande cet endroit.

Ce que j'ai aimé : - Emplacement idéal - Service client excellent - Belle réception - Petit-déjeuner authentique et savoureux Ce que je n'ai pas aimé : - J'ai trouvé un cafard dans ma chambre - Les chambres et les salles de bain sont extrêmement vétustes et nécessitent une rénovation urgente, malgré quelques efforts depuis mon dernier séjour en début d'année - La télévision est quasiment décorative. Seules 4 ou 5 chaînes sont disponibles, mais la qualité du signal est médiocre, voire inexistante. Ce n'est pas une Smart TV, donc pas de YouTube ni de Netflix pour se divertir. - Le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais. La récente augmentation des prix est injustifiée.

I had a wonderful stay at Cozy Condo Bed Space in Davao! The accommodation is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Sir Noel, the owner, is incredibly generous and attentive, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, checking in to see how my stay is going and ensuring I have everything I need. This place is perfect for solo travelers like me who also need to work during their stay. They provided a desk and office chair, making it very convenient to get work done comfortably. While it would have been even better to have a variety of lighting options, what’s available was still perfectly sufficient. I truly appreciate all the effort Sir Noel puts into making his guests feel welcome and cared for. It’s rare to find such a combination of cleanliness, comfort, and personal attention. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Davao, and I’ve already recommended this place to my friends. Without a doubt, I’m giving Cozy Condo Bed Space a full course rating! 😊✨
