We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra. The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.

The hotel is clean and in a great location, making it convenient to get around and access nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited options and could be improved by offering a wider variety of food. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying here again.

L'élévateur est un peu caché, mais il m'a fallu un moment pour le trouver, surtout en tant que première visite. Il serait très utile que l'hôtel puisse installer des signaux de direction plus visibles ou fournir des orientations plus claires lors de l'enregistrement, de sorte que les clients puissent facilement localiser l'ascenseur sans confusion. L'hôtel a été très confortable et confortable et j'ai été satisfait de la qualité du service que j'ai reçu. Globalement, je voudrais apprécier ma expérience 8 sur 10. Avec quelques améliorations à la signature de l'ascenseur, je pense que l'expérience des clients serait encore meilleure. Je suis heureux de rester avec vous à l'avenir.

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

La qualité et le prix de l'hôtel étaient tout à fait acceptables. J'y ai passé trois nuits et j'étais content d'avoir utilisé Grab. Bien qu'il soit possible de héler un taxi dans la rue, le coût est un point important. J'avais vu plusieurs commentaires négatifs concernant les serviettes, mais après en avoir discuté avec trois amis, nous avons compris le problème. En fait, plusieurs chambres n'ont pas l'affiche « Veuillez nettoyer » à accrocher à la porte. Si vous quittez l'hôtel et revenez le soir, les serviettes sont toujours là. Ensuite, lorsque vous demandez à ce qu'on vous les change, on vous annonce que c'est payant, ce qui agace les clients. S'il n'y a pas d'affiche, vous devez en faire la demande vous-même.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process. While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this place.

Ce que j'ai aimé : - Emplacement idéal - Service client excellent - Belle réception - Petit-déjeuner authentique et savoureux Ce que je n'ai pas aimé : - J'ai trouvé un cafard dans ma chambre - Les chambres et les salles de bain sont extrêmement vétustes et nécessitent une rénovation urgente, malgré quelques efforts depuis mon dernier séjour en début d'année - La télévision est quasiment décorative. Seules 4 ou 5 chaînes sont disponibles, mais la qualité du signal est médiocre, voire inexistante. Ce n'est pas une Smart TV, donc pas de YouTube ni de Netflix pour se divertir. - Le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais. La récente augmentation des prix est injustifiée.

Mon séjour s'est bien passé cependant, je pense que les serviettes et les draps sont vieux mais le personnel était très gentil (ils appliquent les salutations Mabuhay et Madayaw) et la réception était très attentive à mes préoccupations. Merci beaucoup

I had a wonderful stay at Cozy Condo Bed Space in Davao! The accommodation is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Sir Noel, the owner, is incredibly generous and attentive, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, checking in to see how my stay is going and ensuring I have everything I need. This place is perfect for solo travelers like me who also need to work during their stay. They provided a desk and office chair, making it very convenient to get work done comfortably. While it would have been even better to have a variety of lighting options, what’s available was still perfectly sufficient. I truly appreciate all the effort Sir Noel puts into making his guests feel welcome and cared for. It’s rare to find such a combination of cleanliness, comfort, and personal attention. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Davao, and I’ve already recommended this place to my friends. Without a doubt, I’m giving Cozy Condo Bed Space a full course rating! 😊✨
