Ce que j'ai aimé : - Emplacement idéal - Service client excellent - Belle réception - Petit-déjeuner authentique et savoureux Ce que je n'ai pas aimé : - J'ai trouvé un cafard dans ma chambre - Les chambres et les salles de bain sont extrêmement vétustes et nécessitent une rénovation urgente, malgré quelques efforts depuis mon dernier séjour en début d'année - La télévision est quasiment décorative. Seules 4 ou 5 chaînes sont disponibles, mais la qualité du signal est médiocre, voire inexistante. Ce n'est pas une Smart TV, donc pas de YouTube ni de Netflix pour se divertir. - Le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais. La récente augmentation des prix est injustifiée.

The hotel residence is very cozy to stay the style is a kind of vintage ambience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Facilities are good, transportation is very accessible and convenient.

Ideal for families who just want to relax and stay in the heart of Davao City. Near major malls and beside the hotel is the ppark and durian museum. They booked us in the 3rd floor which is very accessible for kids to dive into the pool. Our breakfast was great, we encountered a minor incident but the kitchen manager handled it very well. We will definitely book again soon. The price deal was good also. Thank you, Apo View!

Bien que l'hôtel bénéficie d'un extérieur luxueux, la chambre laissait à désirer avec un mobilier démodé. La climatisation, bien qu'efficace, a tendance à être un peu bruyante la nuit. Du côté positif, les toilettes et la salle de bain sont propres et offrent de l'eau chaude et froide. L'emplacement est un point fort, idéalement situé à quelques pas de GMALL. Cependant, l'enregistrement s'est avéré un peu long par rapport à d'autres hôtels. Un parking spacieux à l'arrière est disponible, mais l'absence d'entrée par porte dérobée depuis le parking nécessite une promenade jusqu'au hall principal. Le petit déjeuner, même s'il n'a rien d'exceptionnel, est satisfaisant.

Hotel vraiment a 2 pas de l’airport, offrant même un petit dej au A mart d’en bas donc assez sympa. Par contre il est vraiment vieillot, vieillot, les carreaux sont cassés, la peinture sur les murs écaillée voir retirée par endroits, il mérite un gros rafraîchissement. La SDB est vraiment dans le même genre par contre caffé savon gel douche. Nous avons eu un problème avec la douche puis le lavabo n avait pas d’eau. Hotel vraiment Ok pour 1 nuit pas plus.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sogo overall, and I would like to share my experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities worked properly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the staff, who were polite, accommodating, and always ready to assist whenever I had questions or needed help. Their professionalism made me feel welcome and added to the positive experience. One thing I found a little difficult was locating the elevator. Since it is somewhat hidden, it took me a while to find it, especially as a first-time guest. It would be very helpful if the hotel could install more visible directional signs or provide clearer guidance upon check-in so guests can easily locate the elevator without confusion. Aside from that minor concern, everything else was excellent. The hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, and I was satisfied with the quality of service I received. The cleanliness, affordability, and convenience made my stay enjoyable. Overall, I would rate my experience 8 out of 10. With a few improvements to the elevator signage, I believe the guest experience would be even better. Thank you to the entire Hotel Sogo team for your hospitality. We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

Nous félicitons le Red Planet Davao de nous avoir permis d'arriver plus tôt, car notre vol était très matinal. Le personnel de la réception était très accueillant, serviable et facile d'approche. L'hôtel a des règles concernant le ménage et le changement des serviettes, mais compte tenu du prix de notre séjour de trois nuits, nous comprenons ces règles. La chambre était propre, la douche fonctionnait bien et la pression d'eau était bonne. Nous avons apprécié le sèche-cheveux fixé au mur près du miroir. Le lit et l'oreiller étaient confortables. En résumé, notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été une excellente expérience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process. While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this place.

The location is a bit far from the city but you can get around easy especially if you're travelling by car. Clean rooms and bathrooms. I would stay longer here if i could.
