Hôtels 3 étoiles à Basse-Silésie, Pologne

Notre séjour à l'hôtel Europejski Wrocław a été une expérience mixte, avec des domaines positifs et des améliorations. Le processus était simple et sans problème, ce qui ajoutait à la convenance de notre voyage. L'hôtel est situé dans une zone de 3 étoiles, à proximité de la ville, de la ville et de la ville. Ils étaient absolument délicieux et parfaits pour le temps d'hiver froid ! L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Malheureusement, les murs étaient assez minces, et nous avons pu entendre nos voisins parler, ce qui a affecté le confort général. La maison a fait un excellent travail pour s'assurer que la chambre était agréable, bien qu'elle ait suivi strictement le système de la marque « nettoyer ma chambre ». Le café était très confortable et très attentif, même si un membre du personnel avait un peu d'anglais. Le petit déjeuner était cependant sous-marin, surtout par rapport à nos séjours antérieurs à l'Hôtel Hetman à Varsovie et à Hampton par l'aéroport de Hilton Krakow, qui offre une expérience de petit déjeuner plus variée et de meilleure qualité. Globalement, alors que l'hôtel a ses avantages, tels que son emplacement, son procédé de réservation facile et un personnel ami, les conditions de la chambre, le petit déjeuner et les incohérences de service laissent la place à l'amélioration. Cela dit, ne manquez pas le vin moulé et le thé d'hiver si vous restez ici !

Mixed feelings and let me explain why. Everything is brand new and very well designed, studios look great, just like in photos, lighting is nice, materials used are good. From visual pov it's all perfect, but there are some things that are crucial for good hotel experience that are lacking here. First of all beds are soft, too soft for me, same I can say about pillows - they lack that premium feeling. Next issue? Water pressure under the shower is low and as it's all brand new, I guess that's on purpose and I don't like it. And one last thing that caught me off guard - even if you have breakfast included, there are ”extra options”, that are freshly made that you need to extra pay for on the spot. Tbh it's a first time I met with such solutions and I don't get it - if breakfast is included in my room rate, why I have to pay extra cash for some poached eggs? Car park has a pretty narrow entrance but spacious spots so plus for that.

I stayed here with a friend for one nights and was honestly surprised by how well-equipped the apartment was. We had a microwave, induction hob, cooking utensils, dishes, and even a proper sink and workspace—it’s the kind of setup you usually don’t get at this price range. The room was clean and bright, the bathroom was spotless, and yes—the air conditioning actually works! It was such a relief after spending a long hot day walking around the city. There was no hairdryer, which is something to note, but overall the comfort level was great. Location-wise, it’s a bit far from the city center—we decided to walk and it took us about 50 minutes on foot (yes, we’re a bit crazy). But it’s also reachable by public transport if you prefer not to go full-pilgrimage mode like we did. All in all, it’s a great spot for travelers who want a quiet, clean, and functional base for exploring Wrocław. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, all staff really welcoming and helpful. Room as described. Breakfast really good lots of variety and vegan food as well.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Wroclaw is beautiful, definitely a must.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, les chambres sont calmes et propres, si un peu auberge. Il n'y a pas de nettoyage de chambre pendant le séjour. J'y étais pendant une semaine, donc j'ai eu de nouvelles serviettes. Le petit déjeuner est raisonnablement prix et très varié. Il s'agit d'un restaurant réel à la nuit. La chambre Wi-Fi n'était pas très belle. Il fonctionne bien dans le lobby, et moins bien, si tout est possible, dans la chambre. Cela dit, c'est un bon hôtel, bien situé et raisonnablement peu coûteux.

Hotel Zamkowy at Książ Castle is in a truly breathtaking location. Staying right next to such a beautiful and historic castle made the experience very special. The buffet breakfast was great, with a good selection of food, and the cleaning standard was also good throughout my stay. The only downsides were that the Wi-Fi internet was not very reliable, and the bed was not very comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in an amazing location, with a few areas that could be improved

La location est très bonne, à quelques mètres de la vieille ville. Les personnes étaient très agréables.

Hôtel neuf et propre. Service super. Petit-déjeuner délicieux. La salle de sport est neuve, super propre et bien équipée. Nous y sommes allés une fois et je réserve déjà mon prochain séjour.

Expectations met, good cost/benefit. While I stayed just for a night, a small tip that I think would improve a lot for those staying longer: add some pots to the kitchenware instead of just a tiny frying pan!

The apartment was nice and clean amenities were good. Blankets and towels were clean. I just had a problem with the staff over the phone. They had to ask a lot of questions and couldn’t find the booking quickly. Took them a lot of time to answer questions. Also, you have to log on to their app to get instructions how to open the door which is fine but it can get confusing to some people.
