Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort. Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day. The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

Mixed feelings and let me explain why. Everything is brand new and very well designed, studios look great, just like in photos, lighting is nice, materials used are good. From visual pov it's all perfect, but there are some things that are crucial for good hotel experience that are lacking here. First of all beds are soft, too soft for me, same I can say about pillows - they lack that premium feeling. Next issue? Water pressure under the shower is low and as it's all brand new, I guess that's on purpose and I don't like it. And one last thing that caught me off guard - even if you have breakfast included, there are ”extra options”, that are freshly made that you need to extra pay for on the spot. Tbh it's a first time I met with such solutions and I don't get it - if breakfast is included in my room rate, why I have to pay extra cash for some poached eggs? Car park has a pretty narrow entrance but spacious spots so plus for that.

En résumé, en premier lieu, les défauts sont les suivants: petite chambre, service générale, semblable à l'appartement, sans appareil de séparation, réception et chambre, un peu éloignée de la position Avantages : Le transport peut être effectué par bus à la vieille ville pendant environ 20 minutes, mais il devrait être en zone délimitée. Le prix est élevé, le prix devrait être le plus bas, à l'exception de la tournée Déjeuner en bas, 41 Zloti un repas, inattenduement délicieux, je veux manger deux plats de bébés de Ho Ho, je recommande de goûter tous Ils sont désertés.

Perfect location, all staff really welcoming and helpful. Room as described. Breakfast really good lots of variety and vegan food as well.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Wroclaw is beautiful, definitely a must.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, les chambres sont calmes et propres, si un peu auberge. Il n'y a pas de nettoyage de chambre pendant le séjour. J'y étais pendant une semaine, donc j'ai eu de nouvelles serviettes. Le petit déjeuner est raisonnablement prix et très varié. Il s'agit d'un restaurant réel à la nuit. La chambre Wi-Fi n'était pas très belle. Il fonctionne bien dans le lobby, et moins bien, si tout est possible, dans la chambre. Cela dit, c'est un bon hôtel, bien situé et raisonnablement peu coûteux.

Hotel Zamkowy at Książ Castle is in a truly breathtaking location. Staying right next to such a beautiful and historic castle made the experience very special. The buffet breakfast was great, with a good selection of food, and the cleaning standard was also good throughout my stay. The only downsides were that the Wi-Fi internet was not very reliable, and the bed was not very comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in an amazing location, with a few areas that could be improved

La location est très bonne, à quelques mètres de la vieille ville. Les personnes étaient très agréables.

Hôtel neuf et propre. Service super. Petit-déjeuner délicieux. La salle de sport est neuve, super propre et bien équipée. Nous y sommes allés une fois et je réserve déjà mon prochain séjour.

Le service et les chambres étaient propres. Cependant, la douche dans une chambre que j'avais réservée auparavant était insuffisante. Et dans les deux chambres (premier et troisième étages), la connexion Internet était mauvaise, alors évitez-la si vous souhaitez réserver pour un voyage d'affaires.

The apartment was nice and clean amenities were good. Blankets and towels were clean. I just had a problem with the staff over the phone. They had to ask a lot of questions and couldn’t find the booking quickly. Took them a lot of time to answer questions. Also, you have to log on to their app to get instructions how to open the door which is fine but it can get confusing to some people.
