The hotel is a bit dated. Service is very good. Excellent breakfast (especially. egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms). Pool is good but lacking a hot tub. Self parking for $39 a night is a bit too.much.

Le service était excellent ; n'ayant pas nos cartes de crédit, un membre du personnel a utilisé la sienne pour gérer le dépôt et l'enregistrement sans le moindre problème. Nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants ! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour à Chicago.

My Honest Experience After Reading Negative Reviews I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.

La position de l'hôtel est excellente, à cinq ou six minutes à pied du centre de l'exposition, il y a un restaurant italien en bas, un sous-marin et un magasin confortable à l'autre côté de la rue. Il n'est pas loin de la ville chinoise, il y a environ 15 minutes à pied. Je suis particulièrement loué que l'hôtel puisse parker pour le char et le parking. Il est très pratique. La chambre n'est pas très grande, mais globalement, elle est très bonne.

L'hôtel semblait très bon, mais nous avons eu un problème majeur. Après plusieurs essais, même le personnel ne pouvait pas obtenir la carte clé pour travailler. Un autre salon était fourni, mais malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu accès aux médicaments, aux produits d'hygiène féminine, aux toilettes, à la nourriture/à l'eau. Le service de voyage a indiqué que personne ne répondrait au téléphone quand ils essayaient de nous aider. Il n'y a pas avant de demander que les informations soient mises à la ferme avant le matin suivant. En conséquence, j'ai dû sortir et acheter des besoins. Malgré le coût et les inconvénients tous Trip.com offerts étaient $5 en pièces, ce qui est inacceptable. L'hôtel a dit qu'ils rembourseraient notre carte mais depuis que nous avons réservé Trip, ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Cela dit, le personnel était courtois et professionnel, un membre du personnel nous a même emprunté un câble de téléphonie qui était apprécié. La chambre était propre, le lit était très confortable et c'était la meilleure partie du séjour. Le petit déjeuner : je ne recommande pas le petit déjeuner. Les offres étaient très similaires à d'autres hôtels, mais la préparation semble être le lien faible. Par exemple, le sauce semblait juste avoir évanoui et était plus froid que le temps de la chambre. Les œufs étaient aqueux avec des bouts bruns dans eux, peut-être à partir de la brouillard du fond. TLDR: Nous avons besoin de quelques minutes de marche, et sans nos difficultés avec les cartes clés et le petit déjeuner, cela aurait été une bonne valeur.

I booked to stay for just one night between my flights. The airport shuttle was very reliable. I wish I had known that if I requested, they would pick me up at terminal 5, but I walked to terminal 2 without knowing this. Their shuttle service operates 24 hours, every 45 minutes. The hotel is within walking distance to a metro station, so I took a quick trip to downtown. I booked this hotel just for its location and I was not disappointed. One thing, the room is not soundproof. Air conditioner was very loud I ended up turning it off, but the noise from the planes were pretty big as well. I could hear what the couple next door was doing at night very clearly. If you’re traveling with kids, that’s really something you should keep in mind. Also, every time the people next door opened their doors, I could hear them so clearly to the point it sounded like they were opening mine. I feared for my life every time they went in and out of their room. Honestly, that goes away if you wear your earplugs, which I did not have at the time. If this wouldn’t bother you, you’d be more than fine staying here.

lobby is on the 2nd floor, check in was a breeze, no need to see the passport .. just gave me the key and we were set to go we stayed for 4 nights, but there was no Cleaning done.. i have to request for an extra towel since we are 4 in a room and they only provided for 2. we run out of body soap in the next day and had to pick it up in the lobby , and no one came to install it .. so we just put it in the corner.. not on the wall location was good, easy to get into public transport , if not too sensitive its a walking distance to the magnificent mile.. gym was Ok , laundry service is 3$ each cycle.. and you need to install an app to pay... and you can't load exact amount so if you are going to do a single laundry just use the credit card you pay 3.25 though, but you only pay for what you use.. apple pay or tap to pay not working.. so bring your CC with you, another thing, if you use the app, it will let you know if the laundry is done.. but some people still don't come down to remove their clothes to need to ask the lobby to take it out and put in the rack provided breakfast was nothing special., if you wake up late many people already and hard to find a table, and the refill is not too fast.. only a handful of variety for the food. coffee and tea are available the whole day as long as its not yet depleted..

Pas mal du tout, service moyen, l'emplacement n'est pas mal, agréable près de Chinatown et du Star Bucks Coffee à côté. Nous sommes partis trop tard, c'est notre propre erreur, mais pas de pitié, ils n'étaient pas complets, pourtant ils ont facturé le plein tarif. L'employé a fait de son mieux mais la propriétaire était raide. Pour le reste, un bon séjour.

La chambre est très confortable et confortable. L'un de mes endroits préférés était de passer du temps sur la terrasse extérieure. La lobby était pleine de vie avec un grand DJ créant une vibe amusante, et j'ai apprécié que la sélection de la nourriture et de la boisson incluait des options de qualité plutôt que des repas typiques. J'aimais aussi que les salles et les jeux ne se trouvent pas juste là pour décoration ils étaient en fait appréciés par les invités, ce qui fait que l'hôtel se sent social et invitant. Il est clair que le Moxi était conçu pour rassembler les gens tout en fournissant un endroit confortable pour se dégager. Ce séjour m'a complètement remporté. Mon prochain séjour sera certainement à une propriété Moxy. Je ne peux pas attendre d'expérimenter un autre emplacement, et je recommanderais très fortement Moxy Chicago à quiconque cherche un séjour amusant, élégant et mémorable dans la ville!

I had higher expectations from this place considering the price of the room. From pictures online before booking, it looked bigger. Room wasn't as spacious as thought it would. My biggest thing was how outdated a lot of the things looked inside. A mini boom box was there, super small fridge, tv with no option to Bluetooth or cast and the shower head was really gross and grimey including entry doorway to stand up shower. Looked like a $10 Walmart showerhead with little to no water pressure. Super Mini bottles are provided for showering so definitely take your own stuff overnight. Glad I got the standard room as it would be an indicator of me going back and getting a pool included one which is neat $600. The cabinets were dusty, buttons to lights had a broken one and were in a really odd spot right where you sleep and lay your head at. Best part honestly was the front desk service she was super nice and the jacuzzi was ok. Bed sheets were decent and bed was comfortable but felt like I was sinking in some spots probably needing replacement soon too. By the time I had checked into it was late and no use of asking for change but hindsight wish I would've.
