我選的房型是朝小區內開的，很不喜歡帶內窗的，喜歡通風好的房間，景色到無所謂🫤酒店的房間裏無異味，衞生很好，禁煙酒店做的還可以，就是早餐的時候總是提示我不能帶食物，產生不好的感受，然後早餐服務員有點叨，聽不下去了，很吵。酒店消費這塊不能選擇最便宜的房間，因為有點空氣不流通，長住着不舒服，下次有機會還會來路安，這家酒店的位置絕佳！

IInvitéA truly exceptional stay on Jiuhuashan
I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands.
I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of.
During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service.
But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing.
This was not a tourist activity.
It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries.
My conclusion:
This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

I booked a long stay here as a retreat and break from the work and it is exactly everything I need to unwind and recharge.
The guesthouse ran by a husband and wife team are so hospitable and go the extra mile to make sure my stay here is relaxing and I have everything I need to work and go about my day.
The room i am staying in is very brightly lighted with a desk for me to work. I have to say the bed is also very comfortable and I have been sleeping well every night.
The surrounding is so peaceful and tranquil, with gardens and flowers and mountain peaks in the distance. I am rather glad I am staying here in the valley instead of near the centre.
In terms of service, the boss is very helpful and responsive to my messages when we need to ask any question or require a pick up after the hikes. The lady boss is similarly extremely friendly, warm and kind and ensure my needs and well being is looked after every day. She cared for me like her own family.
I really appreciate them going the extra mile to help a foreigner like me who struggle with the language.
I would strongly recommend this lovely and cosy guesthouse to any local and foreigner who is looking for an amazing visit to Huangshan for a few days or up to a month. They will ensure you are well taken care of and your stay is absolutely delightful.

IInvitéJe tenais à partager mon expérience. Les personnes qui gèrent l’hôtel ont été très serviables et présentes tout au long de mon séjour. La chambre est très agréable : un peu d’humidité à signaler, mais le reste est parfaitement propre. Les hôtes m’ont offert la possibilité de choisir une chambre mieux équipée, m’ont offert des boissons et m’ont conseillé le parcours idéal pour explorer le parc. Ils m’ont également aidé à trouver un bus à moindre coût, et le gérant parle anglais, ce qui facilite grandement la communication. Un grand merci à eux ! L’emplacement de l’hôtel, à proximité de la montagne, est parfait. Le tout a été géré de manière extrêmement professionnelle.

YYueyuanqitaijingjieJ'ai emmené mes deux enfants jouer. C'était la première fois que j'habitais près d'une gare ferroviaire à grande vitesse. Je pensais que ce serait assez bruyant, mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce que ce soit un endroit calme au milieu du bruit. . C'était tellement pratique. Après être descendu du train à grande vitesse, je l'ai trouvé rapidement en suivant les panneaux routiers.
Les enfants ont trouvé incroyable qu’il y ait un hôtel si près. Les conditions sanitaires sont également bonnes, la décoration est relativement simple et claire, et elle a l'air assez confortable.
Il est pratique de prendre le métro vers diverses attractions après le réveil, et vous pouvez également stocker vos bagages, ce qui est pratique

IInvitéThe accommodation has a free shuttle to/from the station, definitely a plus! It's only a 10 minute walk, but 10 minutes with heavy luggage is something you could miss. It’s a bit inconvenient that you have to call them to actually book the shuttle, because I don’t speak Mandarin and they don’t speak English, so a call would not be possible, but maybe that’s something that Trip could improve on. When I checked out, the lady told me (through a translation app) that she could drop me off at the station, which I was very happy about.
When I checked in, I got a room upgrade as well. I was alone so I didn’t really need two beds, but the the huge room was very nice after all those bunk beds in hostels! They also offer a carpooling service to the ticket office/entrance of Huangshan for a good price! Just tell them the night before that you’d like to go to Huangshan and they will arrange a shuttle for you (mine was at 7 am in the morning and I just had to message them when I wanted to go back to the hotel in the evening).
They can offer sightseeing tips, they can recommend you something to eat. Just ask and they will help you. Sometimes it was just a bit hard to communicate, the woman uses a translation app which works just fine, but the man doesn’t, he tries to explain everything in Mandarin by using gestures, writing it down in Mandarin … but then it’s obviously not easy to understand each other. That aside, they’re both so sweet and helpful. I would stay there again, if I ever come back!
Side note, Trip does not give you the correct address of the hotel (in English). Whichever map app I used, it would send me to an open space in the street of the hotel. The hotel is actually located just a bit further next to a (very good!) restaurant, but just ask someone in the street and they will bring you to the reception of the hotel, if you can’t find it. 😉

Este lugar esta muy bien para visitar la puerta sur de la montaña. Llama al dueño del hotel, el irá por ti a la entrada sur de la montaña. Es mejor escribir un mensaje antes para que acuerden el lugar.
La cama es cómoda y los dueños son muy amables. Puedes comer ahí mismo.
Ellosnte prestan de manera gratuita un bastón de viaje si lo necesitas.
