It felt like spending some time at your grandparent's place. The owner and staff are warm and attentive. The building is old but well-maintained and clean. I could keep my luggage before check in time in the receptionist area. The location is near the Basilica of Saint Claire, if you're taking the Assisi Link Bus Line C from the station, get down at V.Della M.Dell'Olivo stop and it's a 3-min walk from the stop (downloadingmoovit app will be helpful). There is a small elevator so you could take your suitcase easily to the room. The bathroom was quite slippery when it was wet so I had to be careful not to fall down. Basic amenities are provided except tooth paste, tooth brush, and hair conditioner. If you only need the basics, this hotel is sufficient.

Globalement très bonne expérience, excellente position et vue panoramique. Personnel très poli. Petit déjeuner OK, raisonnable pour le prix de l'hôtel. Je le recommanderais certainement!

Staff very polite and helpful. He showed us and give us a map of the top city attractions and the walk itinerary to do. The hotel is quite charming, an old palace with frescoes ceiling. But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects. Very good price for the location, in the city center, with parking (extra charge) , and only 15 minutes pleasant walk to reach the main fountain plaza.

The staff are so friendly. Basically the vibe is chill and welcoming people from all over the world. You just chit chat with anybody there or you can also enjoy your own time. No AC in the summer but only fan , not sure how it feels in winter. Nice coffee and rooftop, with cold water refill 🫶🏻

Everything is nice except the staff in the reception area. She keeps claiming that breakfast is not included for my booking, until the booking detail is shown to her. The communication within the property needs to be improved as it may severely affect the experience

Location was perfect. Close to mini metro and situated within the old town. Has the basic amenities needed for short stays. My only issue was that you can hear the banging of doors and noise in the corridor inside your room. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Le patron est enthousiaste. Si vous ne comprenez pas l'anglais, utilisez un traducteur pour résoudre le problème. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation, le ventilateur électrique est également très bon. La salle est grande et l'ensemble est bon. L'emplacement est en face de la gare et il est pratique de prendre le bus et le train panoramiques.

Great location. Very near all major attractions. Personnel was very friendly.

Le site est grand, donc il est comme un resort privé. La vue d'Assis du jardin est l'accent de cet auberge. Les chambres sont de qualité raisonnable. J'ai visité l'hiver. Je voudrais revoir l'été et expérience de la piscine et du restaurant.
