Overall, the stay was okay. The hotel provides free parking, which is a plus. However, our first impression wasn’t great. When we arrived, the place was quite crowded and we waited around 10 minutes in the check-in line, only to be told that a RM50 deposit was required in cash. Since we didn’t have any cash on us, we couldn’t check in and had to go find an ATM first. This wasn’t communicated beforehand and made the check-in process unnecessarily inconvenient. Aside from that, the rest of the stay was generally fine. The room was clean, though not spotless. Hot water and water pressure were both acceptable. The room came with basic amenities such as a kettle, iron, hairdryer, TV, and water heater, which was convenient. Our room included breakfast, and that was actually a highlight. The food quality was good with a decent variety of options, and there was nothing to complain about on that front. Soundproofing could be improved, as noise from outside could be heard through the door, but it didn’t really bother us at night. Overall, despite the rough start during check-in, the hotel was mostly good and met basic expectations.

I researched a lot of hotels in Ipoh. Most hotels are spread out around the Ipoh “downtown”. If you’re arriving on a bus from KL, the bus terminal Amanjaya is 9km away. 20 mins on the local bus will take you to Terminal Kidd and it’s a 15 mins walk to M Boutique. I wouldn’t suggest this option if you have a lot of suitcases as the walk is on the main roads with cars and truck zipping past. Location is surrounded by industrial and car dealerships, but once arrived you’re surprised! They live up to their name - Boutique! They have been in that location for 13 years. Staff are friendly and helpful! Room (single room with no windows) was clean and comfortable and provided the amenities after a long day on the bus. And the hotel - SMELLED nice. Like a high end hotel. It was a nice treat if you’re a solo traveler looking for comfort on a budget. I tried to extend an extra night, however Trip were only showing double and twin rooms - out of my budget for a solo traveler. Asking at reception if the single room was available, they checked and I paid directly to hotel for a 2nd night. Your loss Trip! Hotel amenities were great. Hot shower, WiFi and air conditioning working. It’s a 10-15 min walk to the old city. When I arrived around 4 PM, a lot of things are already closed and quiet. Walking around in the dark back to the hotel was a little uneasy, but you can easily just arrange a car to GRAB. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and comfortable, and it came with two complimentary bottles of water. The air conditioner worked very well, keeping the room cool throughout my stay. The hotel has a good location, convenient for nearby shops and food options, and also offers free parking, which is a great bonus. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Honestly, I’m not the guy always writing a review, but today I have to. This morning around 8am, the staff from here calling me that my car had puncit. I’m feel shocked and trying to looking for mechanic to replace my tyre. I’m feel surprise that staff from there is very friendly and helpful to do me a favor and replace it together with me. I’m really feel warm and appreciated and for sure next time when I’m going to Ipoh. This always will be my First Choice. 🙏🏻 Can’t do much for you guy, just hopefully this review will be helpful.

Cet hôtel est considéré comme assez bon pour ce prix et l'emplacement est assez proche de la ville. De plus, ils fournissent le petit-déjeuner, même s'ils ne remplissent pas le lait et que le choix de nourriture n'est pas très grand. Mais vu le prix indiqué, je pense que c'est raisonnable. Oh... un autre point faible de cet hôtel est que les environs sont assez sombres et silencieux, et il n'y a pas de supérette à distance de marche.

Great stay with friends at Resandau Stay Ipoh. The location is excellent and very convenient near Ipoh town, and the amenities provided were very good. The unit was comfortable, the washroom was clean, and the service was good overall.

Location within 10mins walking distance to tourist spots. Shower water was good enough. Cleanliness needs to be much improved. The bed sheet and blanket were not cleaned and stained. The screen of the television was broken. Roadside parking space was very limited, although a covered “parking garage”provided, the scary and steep narrow entrance need to have a very skilful driving techniques required.

L'hôtel ressemble à un hôtel économique. Mais la chambre est immense. Je me demande juste pourquoi Trip dit qu'il ouvre en 2023 ? L'hôtel a l'air vieux en fait. Je pense que c'est 2023 après le covid ? Les toilettes ne sont pas du tout insonorisées. On entend tous les bruits si quelqu'un les utilise. Le petit déjeuner est assez bon pour le prix que nous avons payé. Assez varié. La salle de sport n'est pas bien entretenue. Il faut la remplacer par une nouvelle, je suppose. La piscine est correcte. L'emplacement est un point positif ! Très proche du Taman Tasik Taiping. À seulement 6 minutes. On peut juste faire du jogging. Près du zoo aussi. Les réceptionnistes doivent être plus sympathiques. Je pense que c'est tout.

Une grande maison de coins avec 9 chambres. Salle de séjour spacieuse avec chaînes de télévision. À manger avec tables. Pas de four, pas d'outils de cuisine. Un réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et distributeur d'eau avec eau chaude, chaude et froide. Les étages ont également un toilette partagé. Clean and nice. La dernière minute à 17 h sur le site a réservé cette unité. Confirmation instantanée et simple auto-contrôle instantanée. Réponse rapide de la personne chargée. J'ai réservé une chambre familiale pour 5pax au premier étage. 2 chambres avec toilette commune. Chambre8 spacieuse 1king 1single. Room9 1reine. Très confortables lits épais. TV dans la chambre ne peut pas être utilisée. La vieille mère doit aller descendre pour regarder la télévision dans la salle de séjour. Il est très confortable et confortable de s'asseoir dans la vie. Salut beaucoup d'invités en sortant et en entrée haha. Très abordable. Restaurants et attractions à proximité. Grand séjour! Merci!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour au Cititel Express Ipoh. L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu, et le personnel s'est montré aimable, serviable et professionnel tout au long de mon séjour. Ma chambre était confortable et impeccable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. L'emplacement est également très stratégique : à proximité de nombreuses attractions touristiques, de cafés et de restaurants locaux, il est facile de découvrir Ipoh. Le seul bémol est que le stationnement peut s'avérer un peu compliqué, surtout aux heures de pointe. Cependant, dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent choix si vous recherchez confort, propreté et praticité en plein cœur d'Ipoh.
