They upgraded my room at no cost due to room availability which is lucky for me. The room was spacious and well airconditioned though we had to turn it off since the weather was cold already. As expected they welcomed my 7 dogs and we had a comfortable stay. Hope to go back again soon

I’m happy that they granted my request to transfer to another room. The price is reasonable, and the location is excellent. This is one of the reasons why I always choose this hotel whenever I need to stay in Laguna.

Nous sommes restés à Sulyaps pendant 3 nuits, alors que nous sommes restés à San Pablo et je dois dire que nous sommes totalement étonnés de la beauté qu'il y a. À partir du moment où nous sommes arrivés (trop tôt pour nous rendre visite) et nous avons été accueillis et accueillis avec le plus grand sourire et le plus enthousiaste et soignant personnel. Ils ont bien stocké notre bagage et nous avons allé au restaurant pour un petit déjeuner que nous avons payé et je dois dire que ça valait tout le monde. Le petit déjeuner est typiquement philippin et il est absolument délicieux et les portions sont généreuses avec l'eau et le café libre. Nous avons été exposés dans les jardins avec des arbres bonsai et une belle cage d'oiseaux exotiques en bas d'un beau chemin plein de belles plantes et d'arbres, sculptures et images décorées jusqu'à ce que nous ayons ainsi nos chambres. L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Il y a un petit peu de frigo dans la chambre qui aurait été un bonus, car c'est trop chaud et nous aimons un verre froid. Mais quand je reviendrai à San Pablo, je ne resterai pas ailleurs, car ce lieu a aussi beaucoup de charme rustique et est très attrayant à l'œil où vous regardez (et nous n'avons pas pu voir le musée) c'est une bijoux absolue. Donc si vous vous trouvez à San Pablo, c'est là que je vous recommande fortement, vous ne serez pas déçu 😁🙏😁🙏😁🙏

Nous avons séjourné toute la nuit après avoir vu les artifices de feu montrer le 30ème La chambre était propre et le service de la chambre était bon Nous avons eu une lumière éclatante dans le cr et le problème a été réglé en 5 minutes L'hôtel est à côté du centre de Sta Lucia et de la station LRT De nombreux jeeps sont également disponibles pour aller à de nombreux endroits Recommander fortement pour le prix Nous avons été ici dans le passé et nous continuerons à rester ici dans l'avenir Merci Sogo

It’s rare to find a place that perfectly balances style and comfort, but Ysabella Suite nailed it. The suite was impeccably clean, well-lit, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. I especially loved the cozy ambiance—it felt like a boutique hotel but with the warmth of home. The bed was super comfy, the WiFi was fast, and even the little touches, like the complimentary coffee and charming decor pieces, made a big difference. The location is also ideal—peaceful, safe, and just a short drive to Cavinti’s scenic spots. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. They’ve truly created a space where guests can unwind, recharge, and feel cared for. If you’re looking for a serene escape with boutique vibes and modern comforts, Ysabella Suite at FYLL Homes is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to friends and family!

Scandi Scandi Square room was cozy, quiet, peaceful, and very secure. The room is complete with everything you need—microwave, ref, utensils, mugs, plates, glasses, table, extra chairs, even toothbrush, toothpaste, and tissue. The staff are super friendly and very approachable. Kinda wished there was a hair blower and iron too lol, but overall it was a super great stay. The location is very convenient with easy access to immediate needs—there’s a pharmacy just outside the compound, sari-sari stores, karinderyas, and O’Save is just around the corner. Transportation is also very accessible since the property is near the highway, with a tricycle terminal at the subdivision entrance. Grab is easy to use as well. Will definitely book again!

I recently stayed at Urbantel in Lucena and overall, it was a very good experience. The location is perfect — right at the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and key landmarks. It's very convenient whether you're visiting for business or leisure. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. I appreciated the minimalist design and the efficient use of space. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which is a big plus. The bathroom was also spotless and well-maintained, with strong water pressure and hot water available. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I also liked that they had security in place, which made me feel safe during my stay. One small area for improvement might be the parking, which can be a bit limited especially during peak hours. But overall, my experience at Urbantel was very pleasant, and I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Lucena. Highly recommended for those looking for clean, affordable, and conveniently located accommodations in the city!

Just one problem the staff forgot the towels inside the room. They apologized with their mistakes for not providing towels in the room. I hope there will be no more mistake next time.
