very comforting and i enjoy being alone the staff are very accommodating

The place was clean and spacious with a breath taking view. The only issue was when we arrived at the property, the front desk was trying to reach out the owner to know the room number but all numbers from the website was not reachable.

We stayed at Regency 2. We had no trouble with cleanliness. Everything was clean and the location was good. There was a Mcdonald’s right beside the hotel and we were one ride away from SM Molino and SM Bacoor. A complain that I have is that the bathtub was unusable as the drain is open with no lid or option to close.

Wi-Fi est bon, rapide et très fiable disponible 24/7. Le lieu est situé près de presque tous les beaux endroits de Tagaytay et près de Batangas et Cavite. Nous avons un grand séjour. The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was nice and accomodating. The television has Netflix, but the hotel has a weak Wi-Fi signal. There were towels and slippers, and they also have hot showers. The hotel is easy to access and has a 7-11 near it.

A lovely, romantic stay. A unique experience. Me and my girlfriend had a fabulous time. Next to the beach a classy restaurant bar, serving delicious food.

I was expecting our room to face a very beautiful view of mountains and nature but turns out ti be a view of untrimmed grasses and the parking lot. Anyway, I appreciate the accomodation and the location since it is near the central business district.

The bathroom was clean, with hot and cold shower options, and basic toiletries were provided. A small desk area made it easy to use my laptop when I needed to catch up on work. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with check-in and check-out. They were also helpful in giving directions and answering questions about nearby attractions. The front desk was efficient, and the overall service felt smooth and hassle-free. I felt safe and comfortable during my entire stay. The hotel maintained good cleaning standards, and common areas were well-kept. The building felt secure, with proper access controls, and I noticed that health and safety protocols were being observed. The de luxe room was fine, but there's no fridge in the room.Comes with free breakfast but not a lot of choices.When we checked in they asked if what breakfast would we like to have the following morning,my husband chose a sandwich and they said ok since sandwiches are part of their free breaky.But end up receiving a call the following morning telling us that there's no available sandwiches. The worst thing is we didn't sleep properly because of the noises from other guest,there were slamming the door at midnight, knocking and yelling to their rooms,obviously because they dont have spare key.A kid screaming and crying at 2am and throwing tantrums to the parents,and parents just ignored him and let the kid do whatever he wants.It felt like we were not in a hotel but in a market .It's very noisy at night. In short the guest can just do whatever they want eventhough it was in the middle of the night the cause disruption to other guests.The hotel should inform their guest to be aware of not making so much noise most especially if it is late at night already. Salute to the guard on duty,his service was very good.
