It was very clean and staff was amazing at helping us out.

Il est très confortable et les gens étaient agréables, mais le petit déjeuner était très subpar comparé à d'autres hôtels du même nom. Je suis parti et je mangeais ailleurs. La chambre elle-même était ok, mais odeurait un peu comme un bain et la porte de la salle de bains venait sans goût.

Got into an argument with one of Indian guys I told him my key card isn't working anymore and I need it reactivated he was like can I see your id I said my id is in my hotel room he said sorry there's nothing I can do I showed him my receipt in my email saying I booked for 3 days showed him I paid $177.50 I argued with this man for about 10 minutes then he rolled his eyes and was like **** it with some attitude and activated my keycard to my room I then went up stairs grabbed my id and went downstairs and threw it in his face . The place is a dump will never stay there again.

Hotel was oké for a flight layover. I had an issue with the shuttle service I waited for almost 2.5 hours to be picked up and each time i called they said they were on there way and finally they said oh the driver did not see me. Finally when I see him he had an attitude….. even in the return trip to the airport he had an attitude in the car like someone ate his breakfast…. On check out there was a guy at the reception, he was super friendly and great sorry I don’t remember his name but if he reads this, he know. We spoked about traveling and Mexican food, he made the overall experience worth it and people like these we need more in the hospitality service

L'hôtel est un hôtel de côté de la route, à droite de l'autoroute dans une ville très petite, il était très ancien, et la décoration n'était pas correspondante, je pense qu'un homme a été décoré et peint LOL, Rien correspond à rien de lol, mais ma chambre était propre ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, très bon, très bon. Je suis une personne à minuit, donc j'ai décidé de vouloir un peu de pop-corn à midi, la micro-onde soit courait à chaud, soit je comptais un mauvais pop-corn. Mais en moins de 2 minutes, il brûle vraiment mal, j'ai mis les alarmes de fumée ....lol et la chambre s'étouffe vraiment mal même le matin quand je suis parti. Je suis sûre que j'ai réveillé mes voisins, donc je suis désolé pour ça. Si vous avez juste besoin d'un endroit pour dormir sa belle et ne vous coûtera pas un bras une jambe ! Je resterais encore.

So many issues to list: 1) I had booked a non-smoking room - the hotel did a bait-and-switch and gave me a smoking room instead. 2) The AC unit was barely functional, the room temperature never got below 84 degrees. 3) The bathtub drain was essentially non-functional, taking in excess of 20 minutes to drain after showering. 4) The A.D.A. grab bar in the shower was loose and wobbly, hanging by a couple screws. 5) Half of the ice machines were non-functional, and the other half were absolutely disgusting with dirt and rust. 6) Complimentary breakfast consisted of a barely lit dirty room, with a gallon of milk set out on the counter for who knows how long. And several other minor problems.

From check-in to check-out, we had a very enjoyable experience. Our accessible room was spacious, clean and the bathroom is what one should expect in a room for particular needs with wide doorways, a roll in shower and lower height countertop. Most rooms we have utilized at other hotels seem to only add grab bars and think that is enough to make it an accessible room. At check-in we were invited to be a part of their community with offerings of local events going on. We enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant. The breakfast that was included in our reservation was more than adequate with several hot food items. If we are ever in Warroad again this will be our only choice of lodging.
