Hôtels 2 étoiles à Minnesota, États-Unis

Le service de l'hôtel est enthousiaste, l'assainissement est propre et propre, la chambre est chaude et large, la position de l'hôtel est excellente, le personnel de nettoyage de la chambre est également très gentil, la sœur de la réception est également enthousiaste, le prix de la chambre est également très pratique, le prix est élevé! J'ai reçu plus d'une expérience confortable et confortable et de la fumée humaine, ce qui est mon évaluation de l'hôtel.

The facility was clean and the staff was helpful when asked. I was treated with a smile. I feel as though it is over priced  for what it is shouldn’t be more than a 70$ a night hotel at most. The bed was at a slant so my feet were above my head, so I felt like I was sleeping slightly inverted. The TV wasn’t the best either, as I was trying to watch the football game with a blur because the refresh rate of the tv  was to slow. It was hard to watch tv through the blur, but I was thankful to have a TV. The biggest issue was the shower!!! It was incredibly odd and didn’t fit me (5’11, 225lbs). The pressure was the only thing successful about it. I had to fight the shower curtain throughout the entire shower and the entire bathroom was wet because the shower head is positioned in the middle of the shower pointed out towards the center of the bathroom, vs at one end pointed towards the opposite end, like usual needless to say. Then I had to dry up the floor once done with the shower with every towel that was in the bathroom as it was soaked because of the funky weird layout.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. L'hôtel est un peu plus bas et plus ancienne que vous l'attendait du prix mais le lit était confortable, la chambre était propre et le personnel de check-in était agréable.

L'hôtel était bien pour un layout de vol. J'avais un problème avec le service de navette j'attendais près de 2.5 heures à être pris et chaque fois que je les appelais, ils disaient qu'ils étaient là et finalement ils disaient oh le conducteur ne me voyait pas. Enfin, quand je l'ai vu, il avait une attitude..... même lors du retour à l'aéroport, il avait une attitude dans la voiture comme quelqu'un a mangé son petit-déjeuner.... À la réception, il y avait un type, il était super amical et je regrette que je ne me souvienne pas de son nom, mais si il lèse ça, il le sait. Nous avons parlé de voyager et de nourriture mexicaine, il a fait l'expérience globale la mérite et des gens comme ceux-ci nous avons besoin de plus dans le service d'hospitalité

Don't be afraid of what it looks like on the outside (it could use an update). The room we stayed in was very clean and updated! There was a humongous TV, a microwave, a full sized fridge, and a stove/ oven. The sink and shower were modern, and the floors have been redone with laminate. When we checked in, the front desk person was efficient, but not super friendly. The person in the morning was fabulous! She was very friendly and helpful. For breakfast, there were a variety of juices, yogurt, granola bars, packaged muffins, and coffee. I would definitely stay there again with my family. The only other issue, was that we had a hard time figuring out how to find the cable on the TV. The directions that were provided in the room were missing a few steps! We figured it out though!

L'hôtel est un hôtel de côté de la route, à droite de l'autoroute dans une ville très petite, il était très ancien, et la décoration n'était pas correspondante, je pense qu'un homme a été décoré et peint LOL, Rien correspond à rien de lol, mais ma chambre était propre ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, très bon, très bon. Je suis une personne à minuit, donc j'ai décidé de vouloir un peu de pop-corn à midi, la micro-onde soit courait à chaud, soit je comptais un mauvais pop-corn. Mais en moins de 2 minutes, il brûle vraiment mal, j'ai mis les alarmes de fumée ....lol et la chambre s'étouffe vraiment mal même le matin quand je suis parti. Je suis sûre que j'ai réveillé mes voisins, donc je suis désolé pour ça. Si vous avez juste besoin d'un endroit pour dormir sa belle et ne vous coûtera pas un bras une jambe ! Je resterais encore.

So many issues to list: 1) I had booked a non-smoking room - the hotel did a bait-and-switch and gave me a smoking room instead. 2) The AC unit was barely functional, the room temperature never got below 84 degrees. 3) The bathtub drain was essentially non-functional, taking in excess of 20 minutes to drain after showering. 4) The A.D.A. grab bar in the shower was loose and wobbly, hanging by a couple screws. 5) Half of the ice machines were non-functional, and the other half were absolutely disgusting with dirt and rust. 6) Complimentary breakfast consisted of a barely lit dirty room, with a gallon of milk set out on the counter for who knows how long. And several other minor problems.

From check-in to check-out, we had a very enjoyable experience. Our accessible room was spacious, clean and the bathroom is what one should expect in a room for particular needs with wide doorways, a roll in shower and lower height countertop. Most rooms we have utilized at other hotels seem to only add grab bars and think that is enough to make it an accessible room. At check-in we were invited to be a part of their community with offerings of local events going on. We enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant. The breakfast that was included in our reservation was more than adequate with several hot food items. If we are ever in Warroad again this will be our only choice of lodging.

The room was large with plenty of space. The pillows were small which was different, and the mattress was kind of hard. One of the lamp shades was ripped and falling off the lamp. The room was fine for our one night stay for a funeral.The location was good. The hotel just needs some updates and repairs. . Breakfast was good!
