Check-in was a breeze and Veronica at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room, because I cleaned up water spilt on the floor, I found the white toilet paper turned absolutely black AND with ***** hairs on it to boot. All this within 1sq ft. I called the lobby and asked how often the floors were mopped. I was told “every day.” I related what I had found to the contrary and was asked if I wished to change rooms to which I said “yes!”. When I went down to retrieve the new key, I took the wadded toilet paper with me and she took a picture of it before throwing it in the garbage! There were two very large, well lit, vending machines in a hallway off the main lobby, and the ice machine was in good working order and the ice, clean and solidly frozen.  I decided I was too tired to check and see if the new rooms’ floor was dirty or not so I proceeded to not ever walk on the floor with my bare feet. The day manager, Mari, was very nice and the coffee was hot fresh out of the thermos on the side table…hot water and tea bags also available. If you detest “sweet ‘n low” bring your own natural sugar. I ran into the head of housekeeping and happened to mention how disgustingly dirty the floors were in my first room, and I informed her that the night manager had taken a picture of what I had wiped up on my piece of toilet paper and she said she would go and ask to see it. I later learned that Mayra had indeed done so. So that was good attention to detail. Everything in the room worked fine including the remote and TV, the microwave was spotless and looked brand new and it even had a childproof lock on it for those families traveling with curious offspring that haven’t internalized the meaning of “NO” yet 😵💫. The refrigerator was spotless and new looking as well. WiFi was strong and reliable. I walked by the pool, which I noticed was closed (understandable for this time of year!). It was full of water, but I must say that it looked the equivalent of a Louisiana swamp and I was prepared to see a ‘gator come climbing up those darkened, slimy stairs at any point in time.😆 The parking lot at night is VERY well lit around the entire property which is a very welcome sight! Being right off the interstate doesn’t provide for any exciting venues to walk to but there IS a wonderful grocery store (HEB) .7miles away straight down Rundeburg on Lamar/Rundeburg. Other than that there are a plethora of food trucks doling out South American ‘cuisine’ just yards from the front of the hotel as well as across the street. I didn’t try any of them so cannot opine. I hope this was worth the read, if indeed you got this far! Cheers!🥂

Much better than the last time and I am absolutely grateful that we could work things out and the staff was amazing and the communication has definitely gotten so much better and what a blessing may all are so from my last review till now please exclude that I was disrespectful I wasn’t understanding And they have things going on that they had no control over and I should have been a better person which I was not absolutely amazing staff blessed by God and a heart of gold and I’m thankful that they took my apology for my rudeness of the last review. It was an all God trip this time and that’s the only way I can say it is Love God first and the things that we do wrong he’ll help correct even if we’re stubborn old mules, and I’m just thankful that they forgave me and what a blessed visit it was I’m cleaning this was 100%. They went above and beyond on all levels and just so much more so don’t question when you stay here I never will again they are very forgiving people even when we make mistakes and get misconstrued and I’m grateful for that, I thank God for this visit again and the ability to have a safe place to stay and very caring and loving people All ages  and hearts of gold so the one thing I can say I’ve learned all this before we use our sharp tongues and source to tear somebody down or tear a place down. Remember our wrongs cause no one is perfect even if we have to eat the crow at least do it with learning and understanding that the next time that could actually hurt a business and take away from them and that’s not right beyond lovely people people of God I’m grateful for everything and anything and I can’t say in detail, but I just can’t say enough that treat him like gold. They deserve it. Don’t treat him like crap. We’re all human. Please remember that God gave us a chance to love and cheer people up. Remember, they have good days and bad days too like we do. They deserve respect, honor, and being treated like class not beneath our feet, and these people are way above and honorable and classy, and I’m thankful for them! y’all have a blessed day just remember who you tear down you may not get a second chance to fix it hope and pray that God will let you fix it his way not our way. Thank you to the amazing staff the building and everything I was truly blessed to just be in the presence of y’all and magnificent of being around y’all and your nice building and I thank God for people like you have an absolutely blessed day and trust God with your life you’ll fix what we can’t fix!

L'hôtel est à environ 10-15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport ; il est propre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur ; les conditions sanitaires sont propres ; il n'y a rien dans la chambre, la cafetière, la tasse, tout doit aller à la réception ; la chambre est insonorisée, le bruit de l'avion se fait entendre ; Il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde, il n'y a pas d'affaires autour, il n'y a pas de restaurant, de supermarché ; il n'est pas commode de marcher; Je pense toujours que le petit-déjeuner est similaire à l'hôtel dans lequel j'ai vécu. Il y a un restaurant spécial, petit-déjeuner buffet américain typique : pain aux œufs sur le plat, petit-déjeuner, yaourt, fruits, etc. En attente ; le résultat fut décevant, juste en face de la réception de l'hôtel, avec des barils de café et des bains à remous ; quelques biscuits ; rien d'autre; transfert pour une nuit dédiée.

Hôtel très fonctionnel avec petit déjeuner basique et un joli parc calme à proximité, à 20 minutes du centre-ville d'Austin. J'ai séjourné à la fois dans une chambre basique avec un lit queen et dans une suite (elles se sont avérées identiques), autour de l'éclipse du Texas en avril 2024. Avantages : * Même la chambre la plus basique est très fonctionnelle : bureau et chaise ergonomique pour travailler sur ordinateur, mini-réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, canapé, lit confortable * Petit déjeuner basique jusqu'à 9h : burritos et biscuits au micro-ondes, œufs durs, lait et céréales, pommes, oranges, café, jus * Personnel très serviable (a gardé mes bagages, a reçu les colis, a imprimé les étiquettes, a prolongé ma réservation plusieurs fois) * Joli parc calme pour se promener ou faire du jogging, à 3 minutes à pied (le sentier MetCenter Hike & Bike). Presque personne à chaque fois que j'y suis allé. * Petite salle de fitness avec 3 machines cardio * Service de navette à 8 $ vers l'aéroport, plus prise en charge gratuite depuis l'aéroport * L'ascenseur fonctionne maintenant Inconvénients : * Le Wi-Fi était extrêmement rapide dans le hall, mais au 3e étage, il était instable et se déconnectait brièvement plusieurs fois par heure. Comme la plupart des autres hôtels, le Wi-Fi vous expulse également 2 fois par jour et vous devez vous connecter (avec le même mot de passe). Je ne comprends pas vraiment l'intérêt de cela, et si la déconnexion se produit pendant un appel vidéo, vous êtes foutu jusqu'à ce que vous vous reconnectiez 💥, OU si vous êtes sur votre téléphone, il passe aux données et consomme de la bande passante pour gérer la vidéo. Microtel, veuillez arrêter cette pratique stupide. * Le Wi-Fi du téléviseur n'a fonctionné que le premier jour (afin que d'autres appareils puissent s'y connecter et y diffuser), et jamais depuis. * Le quartier n'a rien d'intéressant à moins de 5 minutes à pied, mais se trouve à environ 15 minutes en Uber du centre-ville d'Austin. Les Ubers mettent environ 5 minutes pour arriver. Donc, comptez 20 minutes pour arriver au centre-ville. * Les murs ne sont pas très épais, donc je pouvais entendre les voisins cogner des objets dessus, mais dans l'ensemble, les deux chambres étaient calmes. * Le matelas grinçait un tout petit peu. * Le petit-déjeuner se termine à 9 heures. D'autres endroits proposent le petit-déjeuner jusqu'à 10 heures. * La suite est peut-être légèrement plus grande, mais je n'ai vu AUCUN avantage par rapport à la chambre de base. Cela ne vaut vraiment pas la différence de prix. Exactement la même disposition et le même mobilier. Je ne vois pas pourquoi ils facturent plus cher.

Our experience was solid. Here are my pros and cons Pros: The pricing was fair. Rooms, for the most part, are clean and maintained. Rooms are spacious. The position of the aircon is good, doesn't blow straight at you like some other places. The Room didn't smell. Both the shower and sink have good water pressure. The service was solid, the lady we met was welcoming and she got straight to the point. Rooms are equipped with a microwave and fridge which is convenient. The beds are spacious and the mattress is supportive. Cons. The carpet in the room as well as the tiles in the bathroom are a bit sticky. Not sure if that's due to the high moisture or if they are not cleaned well. Some might find it nasty. The gym only has a cable machine which is alright but some more equipment would have been much better. They advertise saying they have a great breakfast however it isn't anything crazy. Just some eggs, waffles that you have to make yourself, and some coffee. Not much variety overall. This is nitpicky, but the furniture is a bit old and could use some polish/maintenance. The biggest con for me was the location, its located right beside the frontage road which is in theory good, but during rush hour the road becomes completely jammed with cars. Especially at the time of writing this review because there is a lot of construction going on nearby so driving in and out of the residence can be dangerous and annoying. Overall: This place is great for staying a couple nights on a short trip however I wouldn't recommend staying here long term. Its safe and has mostly everything you need.

Nous cherchions un hôtel près de notre famille. Nous avons reçu une suggestion de Trip.com pour prendre un gêner à La Quinta Inn & Suites Sea World. Le prix offert pour notre séjour de longue durée était invincible ailleurs. Je l'ai lu et j'ai eu quelques inquiétudes, mais vous ne savez pas. Maintenant, ce que je vais mentionner, je ne dis pas légèrement parce que je voyage en grande partie. Nous avons été accueillis par une jeune dame nommée Samantha. Elle était probablement la meilleure clef de bureau que j'ai jamais rencontrée. Elle était invitante, respectueuse et bienvenue à La Quinta. Elle a demandé comment était notre jour et nous a assuré que notre séjour serait aussi confortable qu'elle le pouvait. L'hôtel était propre et sûr. Je me suis réveillé pendant la nuit et je regardais dehors de la fenêtre pour vérifier mon véhicule. Le café et la chambre sont les deux fois chauds et froids. L'hôtel était un hôtel non-fumeur, mais je jure que quelqu'un avait déjà fumé dans la chambre. L'arôme n'était pas trop mauvais, mais je pouvais le dire. Il était tolérable mais malheureusement. Vous avez confiance dans les visiteurs pour suivre les règles, mais pas tout peut être contrôlé. Merci beaucoup à la meilleure clef de bureau Samantha qui nous a achetés pendant notre visite de semaine.
