Pas de baignoire. L'absence de peigne était le principal problème. Il n'y a pas de porte, seulement un rideau ; les personnes sensibles au bruit risquent donc de mal dormir. Pensez à apporter votre shampoing et après-shampoing. L'accès est un peu difficile. Le moindre bruit peut être gênant et perturber le sommeil. Pas de boissons offertes le soir. L'absence de serrure est un point négatif. Pas de porte-gobelets près du lit. Une prise de courant uniquement, pas de port USB. Pas de climatisation (important). Note globale : ★★★★★ 5 Le principal atout de cet endroit est son prix abordable et ses équipements assez complets. Cependant, malgré le calme appréciable, le principal inconvénient est le bruit. Cet endroit ne convient pas aux personnes discrètes. • Il n'y a pas de baignoire dans la douche, donc on ne peut pas se réchauffer tranquillement, mais le simple fait de pouvoir prendre une douche est déjà un plus, donc ça me convient. • Conclusion C'est un bon endroit où séjourner si vous êtes pressé et que vous avez besoin d'un hébergement de dernière minute, mais si vous prévoyez d'y passer la nuit, il est préférable de réserver un hôtel à l'avance.

A charming and authentic Japanese experience A charming, Japanese inn, with everything beautifully traditional. Lovely-quality yukatas are provided for guests to wear during their stay — not unusual in Japan, but these were noticeably better quality than we have experienced elsewhere. The ryokan is run by a husband-and-wife team, who were eager to please and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed a delicious Japanese dinner and breakfast, both served in the privacy of our own room. It was wonderfully relaxing and gave us the feeling of being guests in a Japanese home rather than simply staying in a hotel. Our bath was prepared for us as soon as we arrived, which was a lovely welcome after our bike ride. The bathroom is shared, as is common in smaller Japanese guesthouses, but we had no complaints whatsoever. Overall, this was a genuinely authentic experience and one we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended — and a lovely place to reach by bicycle!

I had a great time at Ryokan Tsukasa in Sendai. I booked it because of its proximity to Sendai station. I was in Sendai with my friend to watch Yuzuru Hanyu's ice show and to visit the various spots in Sendai notable to him, and this Ryokan was a great base for us. The owners are friendly and warm, even though they didn't speak English, I still understood what they were trying to communicate to me well enough as the layout of the accommodations is very clear and easy to figure out, and when my friend joined me later, she speaks Japanese and was able to fill me in on any details I might have missed. There is a Japanese style breakfast provided every morning freshly prepared with any choice of egg you prefer, and it was one of my highlights of staying here, it was so filling and delicious. Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you ever visit Sendai!

Le bâtiment lui-même n'a pas l'air très fort et peut-être même l'air sleazy, mais la chambre elle-même est grande, presque comme un petit appartement. Très confortable une fois que le chauffage est tourné. Clean as well. A environ dix minutes à pied de la station JR Ishinomaki. La chambre n'est pas aussi petite que les hôtels commerciaux japonais. Je recommanderais et resterais là encore quand je serai dans la zone d'Ishinomaki/Onagawa.

This place is a rustic ryokan with stories. While it is not luxurious ryokan, but I had great experiences. Room is rather small but that’s all we needed. There are public bath and private baths available. I enjoyed using public bath. Dinner and breakfast were good. Not overwhelming but very tasty. Staffs were nice and very attentive. At the last day, grandma came and greeted us during departure. The ryokan also offered to drop us off at the train station.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Tetora. We were looking for a Japanese styled room in Sendai and couldn’t find anything suitable and close to the airport. Tetora was a great find - 20mins to airport, huge Japanese tatami room, lovely onsen, incredible value for money. But the best part was the service. Mr Suzuki the evening manager was the kindest friendliest man we met in 4 weeks in Japan. We will be back next year for sure.

Les petits et moyens chats sont bienvenus. Compte tenu des frais de nettoyage des animaux Il y a un endroit pour faire un tour de chiens. La plus grande chambre a un réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes, un massage, un frigo. Et du vin à boire.

Very close to a JR station, very reasonable price, excellent traditional Japanese food and onsen, comfortable room, friendly staff, but the only shortfall is no luggage storage is allowed after check out at 10 a.m. (not even the same day storage). We have to carry the luggage to the public locker of the next JR station for temporary storage.
