La station est très proche du port. Les trains sont électriques, il n'y a pas de bruit. Un tour de trolley/train est à quelques pas comme le port maritime. La cuisine de la communauté est un bonus et la terrasse est parfaite pour un café et une pâte au soleil du matin ou un cocktail du soir. La chambre d'hôtel était spacieuse. Conçue pour les voyageurs d'affaires avec table de travail et éclairage, elle a bien travaillé pour nous. Bathroom. Water hot and good water pressure. Utilisation of the ancient elevator was fun. We were given check-in instructions on WhatsApp and they worked as suggested except that we didn't know which door was to our hall when the elevator stopped. Il est à gauche mais facilement terminé quand la clé n'a pas fonctionné sur l'autre porte. Il y a un bouton pour pousser quand il essaie de quitter les logements dans la salle et la sortie avant. Il n'y avait pas de moyen de chauffer la cuisine communautaire pendant notre visite, mais il semble que l'hôtel travaille à la correction de cette situation. Les chambres étaient très confortables, les éclairages étaient bons, les chambres étaient propres et confortables. Nous avons emprunté une chaise supplémentaire de la cuisine car il n'y avait qu'une chaise dans la chambre et nous voulions tous deux nous asseoir à côté de notre fenêtre. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Nous avons apprécié le Café Central à un coin proche. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants, de cafés et de pâturages, et de bars de vins sur les rues proches ou plus loin sur la Via Roma. Nous mangeons au Caffe Roma et au Café Bistrot. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, et nous avons été très bien situés.

Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Hôtel situé dans une zone industrielle et un quartier. La Chambre était petite, la décoration n’est pas belle, le matériel (climatisation, sèche cheveux, frigo) est vieux. Pas de balcon. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais C’est tous les jours c’est la même chose. Il n’y avait pas de barman au bar pendant notre séjour.

Le service était très bon, le personnel était très aimable et soigné, tout problème ou demande et mes besoins étaient réunis. La chambre était très confortable et confortable. The only negative to this place is that it's in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it's either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. Le centre-ville est situé à environ 30 minutes de bus et à 20 minutes de marche des magasins les plus proches. Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, il n'est pas valable de rester à moins que vous ne puissiez sortir de voyage.

Ok so this might take some time but I think everyone should know what follows before even thinking on book at this hotel. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! It's a scam!!! I did book here for 13 nights and I literally had to go away after two nights as the rooms are ridiculously old, full of issues, and incredibly uncomfortable!!! After the first night, I woke up with extreme back pain due to the extremely poor quality of the mattress!! Seriously the worst ever slept on in 20 years of travelling!!!! The staff at the reception though, very kindly did agree to change my room. Unfortunately, the new one was even worse and with more issues!!!! I could not sleep at all due to a very loud machanic / electric noise coming from the bathroom's ceiling that goes off every 2 minutes sharp!! Literary every 2 minute period you had to listen at this strong noise which made impossible for me to sleep. So at 2am I had to go to the reception to ask to fix the issue which unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed as that is the way it is in that hotel!!! Apparently for them it's normal!! In addition the super loud music from the restaurant downstairs it is on up to almost 1am!!! What a fraud!! Furthermore, even in this room qthe mattress was so old and flat that you couldn't sleep on it!! (see pictures attached) The bathroom of both rooms (so I suspect all of them) have no windows nor a fan!!!! Seriously????? In a 4 star hotel bathrooms without ventilation????? What a joke!!!!! I've been travelling for 20 years this year, and I have honestly not seen anything so badly maintained in my travel life!!! Probably the owners is friend to someone at the council, and paid them to get the 4 stars, tipical Italian situation. This is a real scam. This hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars. No gym, no pool, horrible mattress, no ventilation in the bathrooms nor a windows, noise!!! What on earth. I had to cancel the rest of my staying (10 more nights) and book somewhere else which did cost me 30% more. The only positive thing that can be saved from this experience is the staff. From the very kind ladies that clean the rooms, to the staff at the reception (both the day and night staff) and the people at the restaurant, they are all very good, professional and people with good heart. What a waste, I hope for them that they can find a better job in a better place as they deserve. Very disappointed of booking to sell this horrible place as a 4 star hotel. Unbelievable. Ridiculous.
