L'excellent hôtel de luxe est un hôtel de luxe et un hôtel de luxe. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'équipements à côté de la piscine, mais tout le personnel que nous avons rencontré était magnifique.

Nous sommes arrivés hier, car nous avons eu une bonne expérience avec Comfort Inn. Nous attendions 10 minutes pour que quelqu'un arrive au bureau frontal, d'abord assigné une chambre avec un odeur étrange fort. Le petit déjeuner n'a servi que les restes d'hier jusqu'à l'arrivée de la clientèle à 8 h 30. Cette installation est difficile par I-4, et le bruit de l'autoroute a maintenu l'un d'entre nous réveillée beaucoup de la nuit. Il est difficile de voir comment les tarifs sont aussi élevés que ceux de TripAdvisor. L'accès routier est difficile à découvrir et mal marqué. Pas de restaurant réel près -- il a été recommandé d'aller à une autre sortie de l'Interstate à un Longhorn Steakhouse, qui était bien. Le seul point clair était que ce coût était HALF de deux autres hôtels de chaîne à proximité ( prix élevés à cause de Disney World).

J'ai séjourné à la Fountains Mar 19th-26th. Avant d'arriver, j'ai appelé et parlé avec Kim, Natalia et Ariana. Toutes ces dames m'ont donné un service client exceptionnel. Lire quelques commentaires m'a un peu nerveux. À partir de l'arrivée à la sortie j'ai eu un grand temps. La maison était propre, une grande location, aucun voisin fort les sources de la rue étaient belles à regarder et à entendre. Mon seul problème était les RACCOONS, et ils l'aimaient ici. Soyez prudent parce qu'ils sont hors du jour et de la nuit. Deux étaient dans le jardin un jour près de la porte du patio, et la communauté avait tout ce que j'avais besoin, Publix, Pizzeria, Chili's, Red Robin, First Watch, Subway, Jersey Mikes, Dunkin Donuts pour nommer quelques-uns. Le voyage à Disney Parks était super sans trafic 15-20 min, avec le trafic 30 min. Merci d'une grande expérience. J'ai séjourné dans le Unit 8157

CK en bureau était le meilleur que j'aie jamais connu et j'ai voyageu toute ma vie, maintenant 66 ans. J'ai choisi de manger toujours des sandwiches de viande de bœuf fabuleux en pâte de Deli sur le sol de la fondation! L'hôtel est tout à fait sur service. J'ai un chien de service et ils étaient VERY loging, contrairement à l'an dernier TRIP Hotel je reste à ce que illégalement me payé 200 $, donc je suis juste quitté à 10 h. pour leur dire cela après mon entrée. Il est illégal de payer un chien de service. Merci à l'OMNI pour le savoir !

Le resort était fantastique. Plusieurs options pour les piscines. Vous pouvez choisir un calme ou un occupé si vous le souhaitez. Beaucoup d'activités disponibles pour toutes les âges. Je recommanderais certainement Holiday Inn Resort à n'importe qui.

I booked this place last minute on *********** after deciding to extend our time by a few days in Orlando. The options were slim pickings but after watching some YouTube reviews and such we decided to do it. My family and I checked in on a Saturday for 2 nights. I called 2 hours prior to the 4pm check in to see if the room was ready as they offer early check in if available. I was informed the room had been ready for quite sometime now and we could head over and get checked in immediately. Upon our arrival everything seemed great. It was clean and nice looking, the lobby was nice as was the gated community feature. After unloading our items we started seeing red flags before even getting to the room. The elevator up to the room was in poor condition. The appearance of the doors to the different units were worn down and beat up looking. Upon entry into room I was not impressed. We scooped out the rooms and bathrooms and immediately started seeing issues. In the main shared bathroom the tub had what I thought was chips in the bottom of it and turned out to be large pieces of dirt. There were also NO towels. In the main bed bedroom the safe would not lock. The issues only got bigger from there. The living room furniture had crusted food smears on it, several low areas on the walls had bright orange maybe Cheeto smears from a small child with maybe Cheeto fingers. The giant mirror hanging in the entry way had hot Cheeto or taki smeared all over it. Absolutely disgusting!!! I am a mom of 3 I get it kids eat they get yucky and touch stuff BUT also as a former housekeeper who has spent years working in a hotel this was unacceptable. In the kitchen the cabinets had really old spills running down them including some gooeyiness running down the front of the dishwasher. I immediately called the front desk and gave them a list of issues with the cleanliness and they apologized and said someone would come fix it all. I advised we were going to the pool area for a few hours and would be back. The nice girl on the phone assured me it would be taken care of. My family changed into swim suits and headed to the pool. Upon arriving at the pool it was nice set up. However the type of people that were mainly there were not the type I would prefer to have my kids around. It was a rather “rough crowd” I am an African American/Hispanic woman and the people that were at that pool were animals. It was very unappealing, however we kept to ourselves found an empty corner in the pool and made the best of it. At the end of our pool time my husband who used to be a life guard years back had to pull a baby out of the water not even 2 yrs old from the pool near where he was standing because the parents just were not watching and she did not come back up after jumping in. After he grabbed her out and looked around for her parents he gave the baby back to them and instead of making sure she was ok the mother starts yelling at the dad that he was suppose to watch her and they conti
