The staff were super friendly, any issues with rooms (eg light blubs breaking) were fixed in a timely manner. This is a party hostel so there is late nights with music in the bar downstairs and you can hear musics from bars on the street but Isla Colon is a party island so this is to he expected. I didn’t find the music too bad and could fall asleep each night. The staff also stopped 2 drunk guys from checking into my room (i was the only one in there and am female) late at night after filthy fridays and put them in a different room which i really appreciated

hôtel très bon en plein air. La chambre était propre, le petit déjeuner a une bonne choix et très bon. Le personnel était un peu bizarre mais très bon. L'anglais était parlé par tous, mais les filles. La perte d'une étoile est parce qu'ils ont laissé des extérieurs entrer pour utiliser la piscine. Il y a des familles et il est en pleine masse. Je n'ai jamais utilisé la piscine pour cela et j'ai réservé/payé pour avoir une. Je l'aurais donné 2 étoiles moins pour la zone et je ne serai pas de retour, mais c'est pas la faute des hôtels. La ville est sale. Les rues sont de la poussière et du sable, les restaurants ouverts étaient froids, et je me suis envoyé un poison alimentaire.
