This apartment has full amenities. It comes with a kitchenette. In addition, there is free usage of of laundry n dryer for free. Even free usage of bicycles too. Check-in is fully online...NO reception. Enjoyed the stay

The view from the room was absolutely stunning and easily the highlight of our stay. We were given two rooms, which made the stay very comfortable for our group of 3. The shower had great water pressure and was honestly one of the best we experienced during our trip. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Gosau, this hotel offers great value for money. There’s also a sauna and fitness room available. One thing to note is that the sauna follows the traditional Austrian style, where guests are expected to use it nude. The bathroom layout was a little unusual, with the toilet and shower located in separate areas, which felt slightly inconvenient at times. As for the breakfast, there weren’t many options. We also tried the hotel’s dinner buffet (€29 per person), and it was quite decent.

L'hôtel est très charmant, très confortable et très chaleureux, avec une sauna privée. Le petit déjeuner était bon et la nourriture délicieuse. Ajoutés points qu'il est proche de la jette qui transporte les passagers à la gare et de la gare.

Un ensemble de maisons en bois très propre, calme et chaleureux. L'emplacement est pratique, à côté de la gare, et le parking est pratique et gratuit. Au pied des Alpes, il convient très bien aux loisirs et aux vacances, et les ustensiles de cuisine sont très complets.

Le double standard que j'ai séjourné, vous aurez deux excursions (uniquement 2) dans votre chambre et vous n'aurez pas le lit. Vous aurez un débris dans la salle de bains qui est plus petit qu'un gallon/deux litres. Le restaurant est très cher si vous voyagez sur un budget (40 € Weiner Schnitzel, donc je recommande de trouver autre chose à manger. Il est à environ 12 euros par matin et un cappuccino vous rend à environ 8 euros dans le restaurant.  Si vous prévoyez d'explorer la zone, vous voulez certainement une voiture ou une moto, N'ayez pas besoin de transit public ou vous finirez par payer beaucoup pour les taxis.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees. As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise. 2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received. Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received. To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

L'hôtel est une marque Marriott, donc ils ont une grande attention aux clients. Malheureusement, j'ai eu des problèmes avec la propreté de la toile et la pression de l'eau dans la douche et j'ai immédiatement signalé. J'ai reçu le soutien total de la gestion. En particulier, Taj de la réception est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour aider et rendre mon séjour agréable, Merci beaucoup Taj: ces subtilités tournent ce qui aurait pu rester une mauvaise expérience en une mémoire agréable. Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel ! My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

Nice staffs and easy checkin and out.Great location and they got a spacious parking lot. They got the self serviced laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Great choice for road trip travelers or backpackers. But our room needs more cleaning, there are still dust and others’ hair when we get in the room.

Everything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.
