This resort feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and every bit deserving of its 5-star reputation. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and thankfully free from any cigarette smell. The laundry room was another pleasant surprise, equipped with new and well-maintained washers and dryers, with detergent provided for guests' convenience. All meals are included and served in the dining hall, making the stay truly hassle-free. The food was consistently good, with hotpot available for dinner. Drinks, snacks, and refreshments were also available throughout the day. It would be difficult to leave this place without gaining a little weight! 😜 Given the size of the resort, guests may occasionally need to use the resort's transportation to get around. Fortunately, the waiting time was minimal, and we were able to travel between locations quickly and efficiently. One minor drawback of the resort's impressive size is the walking distance to some rooms. The accommodation blocks are built in a circular layout, and our room happened to be located on the opposite side from the escalator landing. This meant walking past nearly 50 rooms every time we returned to our room. While this could be inconvenient, we did notice that the rooms closer to the escalator often had a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor. By contrast, our section at the far end was completely free of smoke odours, which made the extra walk worthwhile. Whether these were designated non-smoking rooms, I'm not entirely sure. What truly sets this resort apart is the range of activities and entertainment on offer. Guests can enjoy camel rides, ATV adventures, flying fox rides, guided stargazing walks, and nightly concerts and performances complete with spectacular fireworks displays. 🌌🐪🏍️🎆 For those looking for a Club Med-style, all-inclusive holiday with a unique desert setting, I would highly recommend this resort. It offers a memorable experience that combines comfort, adventure, entertainment, and excellent food in one remarkable destination.

L'hôtel est grand et dispose de nombreuses chambres. Il est très bon d'être au milieu de l'herbe ouverte et du parc. Pas loin de la ville, vous pouvez sentir l'atmosphère de l'herbe. L'auberge a pu un peu, mais il n'était pas trop mauvais, donc je pouvais me laisser s'y tenir. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, les lits et les lits étaient confortables et se reposaient bien sans aucun mal.

I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

There were a few frustrating issues with our stay here. First off, the property is in a neighborhood that is accessed through a guarded gate. Hotel instructions after booking said to reach out to them to inquire about car parking and accessibility. I e-mailed the hotel a week prior and didn't hear back. I e-mailed again 2 days before our stay and did not receive a response. That was already frustrating. Once we arrived at the guard gate on the day of the check-in, the guard ordered us to drive away. He had absolutely no interest in even looking at our reservation or helping. The least helpful person we have met in China so far, he just basically yelled at us. I ended up having to walk to the hotel, where a staff member had to phone the guard to eventually let us in. Overall, this was a totally wasted, frustrating hour. Once we got assigned a room, it was evident a large dog had stayed there for several days. The room smelled very bad, which even the staff member agreed with. So, we had to ask for a room change. The new room was ok - the bed was nice and soft, however it lacked in some cleanliness (toothpaste splashes on the bathroom mirror etc.). The staff was definitely nice and tried their best to rectify all the issues, however, we would probably choose another hotel in the future. Not the 4* experience one would hope for.

這邊滿意，沙灘度假，帶着長者孩子。兩天一夜非常人性化，早上9點早早的來了以後就可以直去遊玩，行李也幫我們直接運到了房間門口，12點多吃飯以後剛好可以回房間休息，兩就拿到房了，除了酒店裡麪可以玩的手工串珠以外，在仙沙島，還有很多項目都是VIP，這個VIP確實非常的好，不然要排一兩個小時，一天都玩不到幾個項目，孩子特別喜歡駱駝，連着玩了兩次，還有全地形車也是連着玩了兩次，最後一天去了越沙島玩了幾個項目，但月沙島呢，不能有VIP，所以每個目都等了半小時。一定要訂房間，因為有VIP通道，真的非常合適，對於長者孩孩子非常優好，還有晚上的酒店，篝火晚會，煙花會，還有嗯，到了9:50有關心，非常具有教育意義，清早還會帶我們去看日出，5:50。整體旅程非常的開心，很值得一來。

L'hôtel est propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon avec la variété appropriée. Concierge a été très utile. Ils ont réservé mon voyage au mausolée de Genghis Khan à un prix réduit de RMB300/- Le mausolée occupe une grande zone et pendant cette période, il n'est pas foulé. Un truc pour tout voyageur étranger.

We stayed here for 5 nights with our family and overall had a very comfortable experience. The room interior, the soft carpet, and the view from the window made the room feel cozy, relaxing, and almost brand new. However, the daily housekeeping was below our expectations. The staff only emptied the trash and replaced the toilet paper. During our 5-night stay, the carpet was never vacuumed. Since we were traveling with children, there were small crumbs on the carpet, but it was never cleaned. The floor was also never mopped. Another issue was the bathroom. Water would splash onto the shelf around the sink, but it was never wiped dry. As a result, the silicone seal around the mirror had turned yellow and looked worn because it was constantly left wet. The refrigerator was locked, so we couldn’t use it to store our food, which was inconvenient for a family with children. It was also difficult to communicate these issues because there were no English-speaking staff members available. Despite these points, the room itself was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay overall. With better housekeeping and easier communication, the experience would have been excellent.

Le centre de Xilamuren est un magnifique hôtel de luxe, avec un éventail de jardins traditionnels et de logements modernes uniques. Les fenêtres de pleine longueur offrent des vues sur les prairies expansionnistes du jour, tandis que les jardins ont également un design unique pour la réveillance des étoiles sur les nuits plus claires. Le petit déjeuner était très simple au tarif local, principalement porridge avec des côtés comme des piquets et des œufs, très rempli. Le déjeuner et le dîner n'est pas inclus, mais il y a un grand menu que vous pouvez commander. Le resort a aussi son propre bar! Je crois qu'il est ouvert la nuit pendant la saison de pic de juillet/août, et en fonction des volumes des clients à d'autres moments. Le chef M. Da et son personnel étaient si bienvenus et si gentils. Le chef Da m'a également amené à quelques sites et des sites locaux, car j'avais pas mon propre moyen de transport (Merci à Da Boss!). Si je reviendrai à Xilamuren, le Xilamuren Grassland Mongolie Sainte Terre Resort serait certainement mon hébergement de choix.
