L'hôtel est bon, la nourriture est bonne et l'emplacement est raisonnablement proche de l'aéroport.

Great location for our travel purposes. Nice and quiet, with plenty of shops and amenities (no gym but they have a separate clubhouse that requires you to pay a daily fee, but worth it as the facilities were amazing). Staff were very kind and helpful. Wished the rooms were a little cleaner but nothing too crazy. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place closer ti nature.

The only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

Sebagai seorang solo traveller, aku menemukan kenyamanan dan ketenangan setiap kali memasuki kamar hotel setelah hari yang panjang menjelajahi kota. Ada rasa kebebasan saat membuka pintu kamar, meletakkan ransel, dan melihat pemandangan dari jendela—seolah seluruh perjalanan ini adalah ruang pribadiku sendiri.

The room quality was pretty standard. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The price felt a bit high for a 3-star hotel, possibly because of the location.

Room is very very spacious, and bed is comfortable. Bathroom is perfect with 2 sinks, comfy bathup, and perfect water pressure and heat. Downside is probly on weird electrical situation - im not sure why but the electricity went on and off few times. But to me the best part is the resourcefullness of the staffs. I'd also like to personally thank Mba Mega and Mba Riani for the way they check up on us and warmly help us, making our stay even more comfortable and lovely. Vivere is deff a great place to stay.

The check-in experience was pleasant — from the security to the front office staff, everyone was welcoming and had a nice smile, which made a good first impression. However, the staff stationed at the lift entrance appeared quite unfriendly. I understand that I checked in late at night, so that might have been a factor. During breakfast, some of the staff also did not seem very warm or approachable, which slightly affected the overall experience. The breakfast itself was decent and fairly standard, but unfortunately, the coffee was not enjoyable at all. Overall, it was an okay stay, with some areas that could be improved, especially in terms of staff friendliness and coffee quality.

Ce fut un séjour très agréable. Le service était aimable, attentionné et réactif. La chambre était propre et lumineuse, avec tout le confort moderne. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le service de blanchisserie, très pratique ! Je me suis senti comme à la maison, avec tout à disposition et à portée de main. L'eau minérale gratuite à volonté était fantastique, et j'ai trouvé l'hôtel incroyablement attentionné.

Pour une escale rapide pour se reposer et se détendre si vous avez un vol le lendemain. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et propose un réveil si vous avez un vol tôt le matin. L'hôtel dispose d'une navette gratuite depuis et vers l'aéroport. Chambre confortable et propre avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous rafraîchir. Il y a aussi une belle piscine pour se détendre. Non loin de la ville mais très proche de l'aéroport. Il nous a fallu environ 5 à 10 minutes pour arriver à l'aéroport.

Great hotel if you want to transit only, its a about time to upgrade your room up to the demanding standard.
