L'endroit est très propre, le service est très sympathique, le petit déjeuner est très délicieux, et il est proche de l'aéroport et propose également une navette pour l'aéroport, c'est le meilleur.

The hotel is nicely located. Has a nice pool as well. Staff is helpfull and friendly. We stayed for a total of 3 nights here. 1 night at the arrival of our vacation and 2 at the departure. The breakfast is really good. For the two nights at the departure, we were offered an upgrade (from garden view to lake view). The room we booked was a kingsize bed but we got a twin room instead. So it wasn't really helpfull for us. Also the airconditioning in the room was a bit off. Only could do mega cold but since we we're away a lot, It didn't really bother us. All in all it's a nice stay, but the upgrade didn't make sense.

Hotel is in a really good condition, good service, hospitable staff. Food was delicious but pastry needs to be improved. I really liked the pepper mint smell of soap, washing gel and shampoo!! Wanna buy myself one

Very lovely swimming pool, the receptionist all very nice. The security also very nice. They helped me take my things to the basement to weigh

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, j'ai beaucoup aimé la soupe claire au poulet et il y avait beaucoup de sauces chili spéciales. J'ai accidentellement perdu mon élastique à cheveux et le personnel de service a osé me chasser et me le donner. C'était vraiment attentionné. L'hôtel propose une navette aéroport, le chauffeur est sympathique et professionnel

Slight inconvenience during check in. Receptionist passed id card to her colleague for photocopying then totally forgot to return it. On the third day got whatsapp message ”when do you plan to take it?” , instead of writing ”tried to contact you but failed, when will be the convenience time to return in to you?” But then the most surprising thing is that when we met the same receptionist that welcome us, she gave the id card while abrubtly say ”please let me take your photo” and pointed the camera to my face. Without any time to answer, she just take the photo without permission. What is the point of asking when you already snap the pic? Who's at fault so that the right owner of the id need to be taken photo of? Manners certainly needs to be upgradedl. apart from that everything is fine.

J'ai séjourné ici avec ma famille pour un voyage d'Eve pour explorer la zone PIK 2. Le personnel de l'hôtel était incroyablement généreux; puisque le type de chambre que j'avais réservé n'était pas disponible, ils nous ont mis à niveau et nous ont inclus le petit déjeuner gratuit, qui était une merveilleuse surprise. La vibe est très traditionnelle chinoise, donc elle se sent très bienvenue pour les voyageurs chinois ou pour quiconque apprécie la culture. Il est également assez moderne nous aimé la fonction de contrôle de la voix pour les lumières et les cortinas! Les petits détails ont fait la différence : nous avons reçu des boissons bienvenues et même la crème de glace mochi gratuite dans le lobby. Pour le petit déjeuner, ne vous attendez pas à un massif buffet international comme dans les hôtels énormes, mais la sélection est décente. Recommandé pour tout le monde à la recherche d'un endroit confortable pour rester dans PIK2!

I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience. One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!
