L'endroit est très propre, le service est très sympathique, le petit déjeuner est très délicieux, et il est proche de l'aéroport et propose également une navette pour l'aéroport, c'est le meilleur.

The hotel is nicely located. Has a nice pool as well. Staff is helpfull and friendly.
We stayed for a total of 3 nights here. 1 night at the arrival of our vacation and 2 at the departure.
The breakfast is really good.
For the two nights at the departure, we were offered an upgrade (from garden view to lake view). The room we booked was a kingsize bed but we got a twin room instead. So it wasn't really helpfull for us. Also the airconditioning in the room was a bit off. Only could do mega cold but since we we're away a lot, It didn't really bother us.
All in all it's a nice stay, but the upgrade didn't make sense.

Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!

Staff is very friendly, and was helpful sending a iron to my room when we needed. On the 16th floor there is a HUGE infinite pool, jacuzzi, gym and a basketball court!! Great stay in a business district!

Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, j'ai beaucoup aimé la soupe claire au poulet et il y avait beaucoup de sauces chili spéciales. J'ai accidentellement perdu mon élastique à cheveux et le personnel de service a osé me chasser et me le donner. C'était vraiment attentionné. L'hôtel propose une navette aéroport, le chauffeur est sympathique et professionnel

Slight inconvenience during check in. Receptionist passed id card to her colleague for photocopying then totally forgot to return it. On the third day got whatsapp message ”when do you plan to take it?” , instead of writing ”tried to contact you but failed, when will be the convenience time to return in to you?”
But then the most surprising thing is that when we met the same receptionist that welcome us, she gave the id card while abrubtly say ”please let me take your photo” and pointed the camera to my face. Without any time to answer, she just take the photo without permission. What is the point of asking when you already snap the pic? Who's at fault so that the right owner of the id need to be taken photo of?
Manners certainly needs to be upgradedl. apart from that everything is fine.

Great hotel to stay vacation, although it looks like vintage hotel, but still comfortable. Room very clean and tidy. But there's only one electricity socket that works. Need more attention and maintenance for electricity.

C'est un hôtel récemment ouvert. J'ai entendu dire qu'il a été investi par un propriétaire chinois. La décoration chinoise est agréable. Une table à thé est à votre disposition dans le hall, avec de la soupe aux haricots mungo offerte, des boissons gratuites en chambre, ainsi qu'un lait et des fruits pour la nuit. La chambre est également très spacieuse et le petit-déjeuner est excellent, idéal pour les bébés chinois. Je le recommande vivement. Le seul problème est que les rayons ultraviolets sont relativement forts ; pensez donc à porter de la crème solaire avant de sortir.

Area for Improvement
The quality of the gym towels must be addressed. I used the gym twice, and on both visits, the supposedly clean towels had a strong, foul, or stinky smell. This issue with the towels significantly impacted my experience and is an area I urge you to improve.

LLC666I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

AAToiJ'ai séjourné à l'hôtel de l'aéroport de Jakarta pendant une nuit avant de prendre un vol tôt le matin le lendemain. Bien que l'hôtel soit assez basique et ait besoin de quelques rénovations, la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel ont rendu le séjour supportable.
Les chambres elles-mêmes sont un peu démodées, avec des meubles démodés et un manque d'équipements modernes comme un sèche-cheveux ou un fer à repasser. Le coffre-fort de ma chambre était également cassé et la chasse d'eau des toilettes était assez faible. De plus, la taie d'oreiller de mon lit avait une tache visible. En demandant un remplacement, la femme de ménage qui nettoyait la pièce voisine m'a rapidement fourni une nouvelle taie d'oreiller.
Malgré les défauts de l'hôtel, je dois féliciter le personnel pour sa véritable hospitalité et sa volonté d'aider les clients. Le concierge a été particulièrement utile pour fournir des informations et répondre à mes demandes.
L'hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner gratuit, simple mais suffisant. Il se composait de produits de base comme du pain, des céréales, des œufs et du porridge matinal indonésien traditionnel.
Dans l'ensemble, le Jakarta Airport Hotel est une option décente pour ceux qui recherchent un lieu de séjour pratique et abordable près de l'aéroport.

KKusumaUn bon hôtel de front de plage. Il était de mon hôtel préféré depuis 2015. Cependant, il est très décevant maintenant. Pour ce prix, il y a beaucoup de choses qu'ils peuvent améliorer, en particulier la qualité de l'alimentation. Il est difficile de trouver un restaurant approprié dans cette région, j'espérais vraiment que nous pourrions compter sur le restaurant de l'hôtel pendant notre séjour, mais nous sommes déçus. Le dîner de buffet est tout mauvais, trop doux, trop salés, pas frais de mer (poissons rattés), la viande est aussi trop sec et pas frais, peut-être déjà congelée pendant trop longtemps, mais le prix n'est pas bon marché. La chambre est un peu obsolète, la salle de bain n'a pas de hanger, où nous attendons de mettre notre toile quand on prend la douche? Sur le sol? J'aime vraiment cet hôtel, c'est pourquoi j'ai écrit cette révision honnête et j'espère qu'elle s'améliorera pour que nous puissions revoir cet hôtel dans notre futur voyage.

I stayed here because I had a 9:00 AM flight the next morning. The hotel offers an hourly airport shuttle, but the 8:00 AM option felt too tight, and 7:00 AM was a bit too early, so I opted for a taxi instead. Overall, the experience was great—I even had time for a 30-minute gym session before dinner. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, reaching 20°C for a good night’s sleep. Excellent stay!

I stayed at Aviary Hotel in Bintaro Sector 9, South Tangerang, Indonesia on June 20–21, 2025, together with my family. We booked the Suite 2 Bedroom Apartment, which was designed for four people, and it perfectly suited our needs for a comfortable and convenient family staycation.
The room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances such as a fridge, microwave, and kitchenware—perfect for families who prefer to prepare meals during their stay. A dining table was provided, seamlessly connected to the living room, creating a cozy communal space for us to relax and dine together.
Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which added to the convenience and privacy, especially when traveling as a group. The amenities were complete, clean, and well-maintained, contributing to the overall comfort of our stay.
In summary, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I would gladly recommend the Suite 2 Bedroom Apartment at Aviary Hotel to families or small groups seeking a spacious and well-equipped accommodation in the Bintaro area. It's an excellent choice for a short getaway or a weekend staycation.
