An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

Nous avions réservé une suite. Nous n'avons réservé cet hôtel qu'après avoir lu les critiques selon lesquelles il était propre et sans odeur. Dans l'ensemble, c'est vraiment propre et la chambre est assez grande, mais il y a aussi de nombreux défauts. 1. Dans une si grande maison, il y a de nombreuses prises de chargement et interfaces USB, mais il n'y a qu'une seule prise sur le coin de la fenêtre à côté de la fenêtre pour le chargement. Le reste n'est que des décorations. Je ne sais pas quelles autres pièces sont comme. 2. Le petit-déjeuner que nous avons commandé était inclus, mais lorsque nous sommes allés manger le matin, le personnel du service du restaurant nous a dit que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus. Nous avons expliqué. Au bout d'un moment, une autre personne est venue et a dit que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus. Nous avons expliqué encore une fois ; après un moment, nous avons expliqué à nouveau. , un autre est venu, un total de sept ou huit personnes sont venues nous demander, et c'était comme manger et boire. Nous nous sommes plaints à la réception et avons reçu des excuses, mais finalement personne ne s'est occupé du problème. 3. Le service n'est pas bon, et je me sens un peu discriminé ! Bref, la réputation n'en vaut pas la peine, et le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas élevé !

The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, the Mövenpick Hotel Amman is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. With its exceptional service, comfortable accommodation and convenient location, it certainly lives up to the Mövenpick standard. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Antana et W sont probablement les deux bâtiments les plus hauts de la ville. En un coup d'œil, vous pouvez voir le plus grand centre commercial d'Amman de l'autre côté de la route, ce qui est pratique pour voyager. La chambre n'est pas grande, mais elle est assez pratique. Le modèle de Petra Mountain Road dès que vous entrez est une particularité. Seul le personnel de l'hôtel peut vous aider à vous garer, vous devez donc attendre un moment pour récupérer la voiture. Le service est très bon et l'attitude est correcte. Il est convivial avec les enfants. Il y a une carte de bienvenue manuscrite exclusive et des boissons et desserts de bienvenue pour l'enregistrement. Les enfants sont très heureux.

La chambre est très bien, la literie est très confortable, les serviettes, draps, etc. sont très propres. La salle de bain est relativement grande. Je suis l'hôtel le plus satisfait de ce voyage de 24 nuits au Moyen-Orient. bien. Le personnel a un bon service, des sourires chaleureux et tout le monde travaille du gardien de sécurité à la porte du restaurant de la réception. Le personnel est très bon. Il y a un grand centre commercial en bas. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité et il y a un. bon restaurant chinois. Dans l’ensemble, je suis très satisfait. Recommandé.

L'hôtel était spectaculaire, les chambres étaient très grandes et propres, le lit était tout à fait confortable. Le service de la piscine ne pouvait pas être meilleur, et la nourriture de l'hôtel très bon, le bar de la terrasse était spectaculaire, 100% recommandé. Je reviendrais avec les yeux fermés. Les existent font des fêtes dans la piscine du jour, tant pour les enfants que pour les adultes, avec Dj y compris. Et avec beaucoup de sécurité, donc vous sentez comme chez vous.
