Mme Özge nous a accueillis lors de notre arrivée ; elle a été très aimable et attentionnée. Elle a parfaitement répondu à toutes nos demandes. Nous tenons également à remercier Mme Seyma pour son aide précieuse. Cinq étoiles, c'est insuffisant !

La chambre est propre, le serveur est plus amiable, le transport n'est pas très pratique. Si vous avez besoin de prendre un taxi, vous pouvez dire directement au serveur de l'aide pour appeler un taxi.

Great location! Near tram station and is right next to the largest mall in Kayseri. Room is clean and spacious, with good mountain view. Also just 10 minutes car ride to the airport. The swimming pool is awesome with great mountain view. Just remember to bring your swimming cap or you can buy one there for 200 Turkish Lira.

출장중 며칠 머물렀던 호텔이며 위치는 시내에서 가까우나 주변에 식당이 많지는 않음, 호텔1층에 big chefs있음, 다만 가격은 비쌈. 호텔 직원은 친철하며 조식식당은 루프층에 있는데 식사하기에 좋았음. 7시반 시작으로 들었으나 더 일찍 오픈하는것같음. 객실이 복도끝이었는데 약간 추웠음(온풍켜면 또 너무 건조함).

Je connais l'hôtel Ibis depuis longtemps et j'ai toujours séjourné ici. Malheureusement, lors de mon voyage, j'ai remarqué que l'hôtel arrive lentement dans les années et nécessite une rénovation. Les meubles sont endommagés les murs sont en partie sales et certaines choses ne fonctionnent pas comme les jalousies, et en outre, le froid a traversé la fenêtre, bien que celle-ci était fermée! Il est absolument nécessaire de procéder à une rénovation. Sinon, tout va bien.

This hotel is ideal for those arriving or leaving by train - the station is across the road! That does mean there was some train noise - I enjoyed that - but there are only a handful of trains for those not so keen. I was on the top floor facing the station and road - when I closed the windows, traffic noise almost disappeared. It is a couple of km to the centre of town, which is why I only made location a 4, but there are plenty of buses. There are some fast food places nearby - the pizza place is pretty good. Hotel supplied breakfast, pretty standard for Turkey: sausage, cheese, bread, some veg, hot chips, eggs and tea. The room was great - comfortable bed, a very useful desk and chair as well as a soft chair to relax in, decent shower and good wifi. I stayed three nights - they didn't service my room (I actually prefer that) but it was nice and clean to begin with. They had forgotten to supply a cup, but I grabbed one from another room. All in all, a very pleasant hotel, and at the lower price point for the area.

L'hôtel est tout ce que je peux vous recommander. J'ai cherché à court terme une possibilité de séjour et j'ai rencontré cet hôtel. Les chambres sont très confortablement équipées personnel très gentil et surtout le prix est exact. Je peux en recommander avec bonne conscience.

Everything was great, nice and clean hotel. I liked the fact that it was close to the airport in Kayseri. I had a relaxing stay, swimming and using the sauna and steam room as well. I had an early flight, so l wasn’t able to have breakfast. I will stay here again if l ever come back.
