Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Mamanuca, Fidji

Matamanoa Island was the highlight of our 2 week Fiji trip. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay on the Island - this was the true Fiji you dream of, warm/hot weather, blue skies, sunshine, lapping clear blue ocean, snorkelling off the beach, beautiful infinity swimming pool, relaxing meals & comfortable accommodation along with friendly staff. Great overall resort experience & enjoyed the relaxing evening entertainment, staff singing/guitars & serenade singing as well as knife throwing/dancing & fire show. The restaurant is only one which some may find a little restrictive but after travelling around Viti Levu & other resorts for 10 days prior, not havibng to choose or decide where to go to eat was actually kinda nice. Breakfasts were American style, fruit & pastries/choices of cereal/starters & then cooked options of egg styles & fish - we ate a lot of fish !! All brought to your table & included in room rate. Great substantial breakfast, making you feel very lazy for the rest of the day. We did some snorkelling of beach (I stayed close to shore) but hubby went out further to reef & saw some big fish/starfish etc. We took out the hobbycat briefly one afternoon, would liked to have had time to do again. Took the guided snorkelling trip one afternoon - with 20 of us / 2-3 guides. Out to deeper reef...I was very nervous but stayed close to hubby & guide & after a while really relaxed & thoroughly enjoyed - really recommend this little trip. A friend from NZ who had just been, also recommended this trip. Others on island were doing the Village trip to another island but we just ran out of time & had seen quite a few villages on Viti Levu. I could have easily stayed 5-7 nights - was just really wound down & just loved it.

All in all a good hotel to recommend further. However I am struggling a bit with the organizational structure. Why is beachcomber not customer oriented in a way to arrange pick up directly from the airport? They leave customers allone just mentioning the office at the harbor. So you have to deal on your own with all those sharks that are trying to take out all your money from your pocket to get to Denarau. Then there are those so called „scheduled“ and „non-scheduled“ departures whereas the second part cost you the almost the double price. There is no real explanation why it is that way you just have to accept or you stay on the main island. So in the morning we were suddenly told the 5pm departure is not taking place and we have to wait for the 7pm departure. We just arrived from the airport and there was no other option then to wait. Being a family with 3 and 5 year old children, coming from a long-term flight, you cannot imagine how terrible and impatient they can be except you are parents. So we staid on our costs, lost the afternoon we wanted to stay on island, without any real excuse or potential compensation. Then the stuff over there is obviously trying their utmost to make your stay feeling as comfortable as possible. But we don‘t understand how fast they csn get overhelmed if you start asking questions. For example, when you say please share one cup of hot chocalate by 2. you always get 2 full cups of hot chocolate. When you ask for äa extra plate at dinner you can spin a coon wether or not you will receive an extra plate. Once they completely mixed up our meal with aünother table and we haüd to wait longer to get our meals served. At least there we got a free of charge drink to compensate for this mess. There should be 3 times a düay complementary snorkeling tours. Out of 3 days ir happend only one day. In the second they morning tour they mentioned something about engine problem. On the third day there was even no official comment about it. We booked the full pension offer, but drinks like coffee are not included. To get your free of charge water you have to make yourself your way through the restaurant to the bar and then the way back so that every single guest can see that you don‘t want to afford a drink at the restaurant. There are some tiny things here and there they could do better from a customer point of view. For example excavator work at the beach front side during the day, exactly throughout our stay. Construction work on the island, including drilling noises also during evening times. For all those things there is no communication or excuses at all. Quality of food is very good and the location us such is beautiful. Shows are cool, we very liked the kava sessions with dance or to see how lovo is preparred.

Installations: les installations dans la chambre sont bien, certaines maisons sont un peu vieilles Hygiène: la chambre est pas bonne, mais la salle de bain est à l'extérieur, il y aura des insectes 🦎 petits. Environnement: chaque jour, comme dans le paradis, l'ouverture de fenêtres est la mer éclatante Service: Le service est très bon, mange bien tous les matins et les soirs, vous pouvez explorer différentes îles et plages. Il y aura des spécialistes qui vous embarqueront, vous plongeront et vous assureront de votre sécurité.

We stayed on Serenity Island for four nights and took the last boat (5 pm) back on our final day. We had booked the boat pickup from the marina through the hotel, assuming it would be ready upon our arrival. However, we later found out that it didn’t actually depart until 6 pm. The restaurant food was fine, but the menu never changed, apart from the chef’s special offered at lunch and dinner. If you’re staying for more than a couple of nights, as we did, you’ll likely find yourself repeating the same dishes. During one lunch, we waited an hour for our meals — mine arrived first, and I had finished eating by the time my partner’s dish finally came. We were only made aware of a few tours during our stay and were disappointed to discover, on the day of our departure, a newly displayed schedule of weekly activities such as cooking classes and Fijian language lessons. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any of these offered while we were there and felt we missed out on some great experiences we would have loved to join.

Après avoir séjourné 2 nuits, je sens que la maison est propre, le premier jour n'a pas de bains d'eau chaude, le lendemain il y a de l'eau chaude. L'environnement de vie est bon, vous pouvez voir la mer à partir de la fenêtre, l'hôtel est également vert. Le repas est très bon, j'ai mangé quatre repas, un simple, trois autres repas riches, auto-aidant, il y a de la viande et du plats, et c'est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est un peu simple, il y a du fruit, du lait, des pains, etc. Les œufs de cuivre que vous voulez ne sont pas payés. Chaque repas boit de l'eau, prends-le. L'attitude du service peut aussi être prise.

Le rapport coût-efficacité de cet hôtel est très bon, le service est également bon, il y aura aussi des guitares pour recevoir et accueillir quand on entrera et on quittera l'île. L'île d'or et de argent est également une petite île du Trésor, très calme, le paysage est magnifique.

Un personnel enthousiaste, des activités riches, une excellente expérience de plongée en apnée, un service de chambre plus efficace seraient meilleurs.

衞生：海島酒店不可避免的還是有些沙子，尤其是室外浴室和泳池，還有些小蟲子。但是基本上還是非常乾淨，管家進門會拖鞋。 環境：環境超級好，訂的沙灘別墅，出門就是沙灘和大海。 設施：房間有室內室外兩個浴室，室外浴室還有浴缸。泳池邊有一大兩小三個躺椅，沙灘邊還有專屬的床，可以躺着看海。活動超級多，免費的有槳板、皮划艇、水上自行車和浮潛面罩，每天還有免費冰淇淋，晚上還有露天電影院。付費還有浮潛，摩託艇，廚藝課，瑜伽課等等。順便説一下按摩超級好，管家説是全斐濟所有酒店的第一名。 上島費如果是拼船的話是440斐濟元一個人，下島價格一樣。 服務：所有人見到你都會説bula，每個人第一次見到你都會問你的名字，下次一定會記得你。

We really enjoyed our stay at Serinity sands glamping. The glamping tents are brand new and really fancy!  The infinity pool was stunning with sea views. The sunbeds were the comfiest. The decor around the pool/ restaurant is stunning.  Great to have access to a gym whilst on the island.  We loved the turtle feeding & the activities they provided each day! We really enjoyed having a tea and cookie in the afternoon also, was a nice treat! The staff were very friendly everywhere we went and always helpful!  Thanks  Matt

Le tout est toujours très bon, le paysage est très beau, la chambre est très grande et saine, l'activité de plongée est très utile, je vois les pirates et les pirates, la plupart du personnel sont très aimables, surtout les chansons de plongée sont très écoutées et très touchées, mais ne vous attendez pas vraiment à obtenir le même service de vacances. Mais la première nuit de séjour, l'alarme anti-incendie de l'hôtel a émis un son très énergique et très énergique. Nous sommes vraiment fatigués, mais nous sommes tous réveillés, et nous sonnons tous une fois, je ne peux pas dormir, appeler la réception pour appeler, il n'y a pas encore une demi-heure, Enfin, nous avons fait la batterie. L'hôtel est désolé, il n'y a pas de compensation. En outre, nous avons fixé deux ordres de la même chambre, équivalant à une soirée de résidence. Nous avons contacté Trip.com avant de communiquer avec le client et l'hôtel pour que la chambre originale soit inchangée. Nous avons dit au personnel qu'il fallait changer de chambre. Bien, tout est compréhensible. La nuit précédente, nous avons décidé de changer de chambre avec la réception, Le bagage est prêt à être rassemblé au réceptionnaire le matin, il n'y a pas de quoi changer, il n'y a pas d'avis, il y a même la nuit.
