Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Dorset, Royaume-Uni

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Heathlands la nuit dernière et j'ai passé les meilleures nuits de sommeil de ma vie car le lit était très confortable et la literie était confortable également et la couette n'était pas trop épaisse. La salle de bain était très propre et bien rangée mais petite, le restaurant était fermé. mais on pouvait commander de la nourriture au bar, ce que j'ai fait. J'avais du fish and chips et des pois, ce qui était correct mais pas de bonne qualité car le poisson était trop croustillant mais raisonnable pour le prix mais je n'ai pas apprécié le bar était très calme donc J'ai pris mes boissons dans ma chambre qui était 126 et j'aurais certainement à nouveau cette chambre dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un bon séjour et j'ai bien dormi

Le personnel de l'hôtel est poli, serviable et instructif. Chambre au troisième étage, l'ascenseur ne passait pas directement du rez-de-chaussée au troisième étage, il y avait des escaliers. J'ai des problèmes de mobilité, donc c'était un peu un problème. Il y avait une montée mais c'était assez long. Le petit déjeuner était en supplément, je n'ai pas pris de petit-déjeuner car je ne mange pas beaucoup. Lit beau, grand et confortable. Chambre chaleureuse, je ne suis pas technique mais les radiateurs ne fonctionnaient pas vraiment. Je ne me suis pas plaint car je ne restais que quelques jours et la chambre était chaleureuse. Chambre décorée propre et bien rangée, meubles usés et démodés. Salle de bain, juste quelques éléments à mettre à jour. Douche excellente, beaucoup d'eau chaude et beaucoup de pression. La vue depuis les fenêtres donnait sur l'arrière de l'hôtel, c'était l'arrière de l'hôtel. Je n'ai pas eu beaucoup d'expérience en matière de séjour dans des hôtels, c'était correct pour moi, le bar était immense, avec beaucoup de canapés et de chaises confortables.

Le lieu a pu être fait avec une peinture et je trouve étrange que ma chambre ait été nettoyée/rempliquée un jour et pas l'autre, mais le personnel était gentil et heureux de participer aux demandes. La chambre est confortable pour quelques nuits et l'hôtel est à quelques pas de la rue et de la plage.

L'hôtel est en train de se rénover. Nous avons eu une chambre familiale qui était magnifiquement décorée, les lits étaient confortables. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Nous avons utilisé la piscine qui est très date et petite pour la taille de l'hôtel, mais un bon bonus. Le personnel était excellent, amiable et utile. L'hôtel dispose de nombreuses familles qui y séjournent, il serait agréable de faire un disco précoce / quelque chose pour les enfants à utiliser la zone vide du bar

Great location with parking space, which is quite luxury in Bournemouth at this popular season. We were arranged a large room next to the road. However, the night club was so annoying in the evening. After complaining, the staff immediately changed a quieter room. The high ceiling in the guest room is a good selling point. However, the swimming pool is a bit tiny and close too early at 8:00. Over all, it meets our expectations.

We recently stayed here as a family of four and found the superior room much smaller than expected. It felt quite cramped for a family, and the bathroom was also very small. The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. The regular price is around £230 per night, which I don't think is good value. I booked it on a deal for £170, but even at that price, it still felt overpriced. Another disappointment was the air conditioning. Even when set to the lowest temperature (16°C), the room never became properly cold. On top of that, we were constantly disturbed by heavy footsteps from the room above, waking us up every couple of hours around 12am, 2am, 4am, and 6am, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. No fridge at the same time which other hotels cheaper have. We also had an issue with the toilet, which wouldn’t flush throughout our stay. This was a major inconvenience and should have been fixed promptly. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool was also clean and well maintained. Overall, while the service and pool were good, the small room, tiny bathroom, ineffective air conditioning, noise issues, and high price made the stay disappointing.

L'hôtel est un peu ancien, le niveau national de trois étoiles, mais il est propre et propre. Très tranquille. Environ 100 à 200 mètres de la côte, très proche, mais il faut une petite colline d'environ 50 mètres. Le temps de juillet est encore un peu froid, il est impossible de descendre en mer. La ville est très petite, le point de départ de l'hôtel est environ 1 kilomètre à droite de la roue de grille. Vous allez à Old Harry Rocks et Durdle à la porte de la voiture dans une demi-heure et une heure, pas loin.

Booked this hotel as I stayed before in some Ibis hotels. When came to check in the person from reception asked us to wait until he checks the room.( it was around 4pm)? I assume room was meant to be checked before. Took him about 10 minutes or so. Took the keys room was nice, comfy, minimalistic If i can say so.(i would have a mini fridge). In about 20 minutes while we weregeting ready to go out AC stared to lick quite badly. When went downstairs told the same person at the reception he only nodded ( I mentioned as its for the interest of the hotel as everything is geting wet, floor, wall). After we came back, enetered the room was quite hot as the AC was off. Couldn't turn on, tried to contact reception through the WhatsApp number that is offered in the room ( saying phones are such a 1980's), no one answered after about half an hour tried to call the same number, again no answer. Tried to call the hotel, went through the AI. Went downstairs in the end to ask how to turn on the AC. Person at the reception said it is off from them and he can turn it on for me, which he did. After about 1 hour i had to go downstairs back to ask to turn it off as the water dripping was getting on my nerves and the AC could not be turned down either from the room. At least I was given a fan that helped to solve the issue, and I was told to complain in the morning if I need. Another thing I want to mention is that therr is no ice in the hotel, as when i went downstairs and asked for it been told they dont have any, neither fridge is available in the room. So my fathers treat away was unfortunately ruined by the hospitality of the hotel. At least weather was good.

Double sea view room with balcony. Spacious bedroom with nice seating area. Clean and in good decorative order. Comfy bed, quality linen. Wonderful, original metal-framed window and French door opening out onto huge balcony. Unfortunately, the sea view tuned out to be when looking left from the end of the balcony and not from the actual bedroom. Kettle needed descaling. Bathroom well appointed, nice towels and quality Elemis toiletries, but would benefit from a really thorough deep clean and a lick of paint. Absolutely fabulous public rooms, not ‘dated’, as some reviews suggest, but furniture and fixtures appropriately in keeping with the style and period of the building. Wonderful! Beautiful outdoor pool area and indoor spa. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Extensive woodland to the rear of the hotel. Just a few minutes walk to Knoll Beach, through the hotel’s extensive grounds (which includes tennis courts and a golf course) just over the road. Absolutely no information provided about any of these brilliant amenities, or indeed anything at all, in our bedroom. Also, no information about Wi-Fi, no information about breakfast times, no information about how to even contact Reception on the telephone provided in the room … The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was let down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the following day’s breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated from the same kitchen.

C'est notre deuxième visite à cet hôtel, nous avons malheureusement eu la même expérience deux fois. L'hôtel lui-même est magnifique avec de grandes installations. Les chambres sont belles, les lits sont énormes et extrêmement confortables. Fluffy, serviettes de luxe. La piscine et la piscine sont belles, vous sentez que vous êtes à l'étranger en un jour chaud. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'une baignoire solaire. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est facturé à 22 £ à l'hôtel, mais il est à 15 £, donc ne tombe pas dans cette piège. Le personnel n'avait aucune idée de ce qu'ils faisaient. Ils n'ont pas pu obtenir notre commande de boissons en premier lieu, puis ils ont détruit notre commande de petit déjeuner simple. Le petit déjeuner était très petit, nous n'avons pas reçu de la moitié d'un champignon ?? Pour 22 £/15 j'attendrais au moins une salle de champignon entière... Ils n'ont pas su comment utiliser la machine à carte.  Avant de quitter le centre de l'hôtel, nous avons utilisé le spa, petit mais bon. La sauna était fermée et la piscine était congélée. Le tube chaud n'était pas très chaud.  Il n'y a pas eu de grande expérience, nous ne reviendrons pas.
