My wife, in particular, absolutely adores this hotel, and it's easy to see why. From its strategic location in the heart of Bandung to its comprehensive facilities, Aryaduta Bandung truly stands out as a premier destination for both leisure and business travelers.The seamless experience began long before our arrival, with the hotel's impeccable pre-booking and after-booking services. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly answering all our queries via WhatsApp, which made the planning phase entirely stress-free. For families, the dedicated kids' pool and kids' club with daily activities, along with amenities like a chessboard, billiard, and mini bird park, ensure entertainment for all ages. The direct access to Bandung Indah Plaza Mall is an added convenience, making shopping and dining effortlessly accessible.We were also incredibly impressed by the diligent housekeeping team. A particular thank you to the cleaning/housekeeping guy with glasses; his meticulous attention to detail in making up our room ensured a consistently clean and inviting environment throughout our extended stay. Thank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :) But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it. Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore. Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

Fantastic stay with great service and perfect location!I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and checked us in very quickly. Our room was spotless, modern, and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. I also loved the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful family stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect escape from the busy city. The hotel is very family-friendly, with great facilities for children — from the playground to the swimming pool and spacious outdoor areas where kids can freely play. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxing family stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options for both adults and kids. What we loved most was the serene natural environment — it truly felt like a refreshing retreat where we could spend quality time together as a family. We will definitely be coming back!

La place Crowne Bandung était un séjour agréable pour quelques nuits. La chambre était ok, mais elle se sentait plutôt bruyante avec les mufflers motocyclistes ubiquitous bruyants filtrant dans la chambre toute la nuit. Les fenêtres ont besoin d'une nettoyage complète et les tapis de chambre qui semblent plutôt sales dans les parties. Sur une note positive, le lit est confortable, la situation est favorable et toutes les interactions du personnel de l'hôtel étaient amicales, utiles et polies. Il s'agit d'une mention spéciale au gestionnaire de restaurant qui a aidé gracieusement à offrir et à livrer un jus sain spécial délicieux à mon table au petit déjeuner pendant plusieurs jours. Le petit déjeuner du restaurant a une variété de plats délicieux locaux indonésiens ainsi que les habituelles stalles occidentales. Notre chambre est située à l'exécutif Lounge, qui est une chambre spacieuse et relativement calme pour profiter des canapés et des boissons. Une autre mention spéciale à Faisal pour son aide avec nos billets de train et avec tout le personnel obligatoire du salon qui répond à mes multiples demandes de café et de boissons. Le piscine au niveau 5 a été invité à nager avec une vue agréable sur la ville et vers les montagnes. Toutes les personnes qui ont pris la porte et le concierge ont été très utiles, ainsi que le service spécial qui aide à traverser la route occupée de l'hôtel a été apprécié.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et conçues pour le confort. Les installations de l'hôtel, y compris la piscine et le centre de fitness, offrent de nombreuses possibilités de relaxation et de réveil. En outre, la position centrale de l'hôtel le rend pratique pour explorer les attractions de Cyrebon. Globalement, l'hôtel Cordella dépasse les attentes avec son attention aux détails, aux excellentes installations et à l'engagement à la satisfaction des clients, en assurant un séjour mémorable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed. Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. This is not just a hotel stay—it was a memorable family experience that we will always cherish. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was how runner-friendly the location is. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks. We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back.

Nous avons passé une journée entière à l'hôtel et nous avons profité de son restaurant Kardon interne sur le toit avec le vent de froid de Bandung. Les cafés à proximité ont le meilleur nasi goreng et mie goreng indonésie. Pour les amateurs de golf, il y a cette gamme de conduite et le cours de golf à seulement 5 minutes de route. Plus important encore, j'aime les fournitures illimitées de bouteille d'eau, comme je l'ai eue pour boire beaucoup d'eau chaque jour. Le passage à la ville prend environ 30-45 mins dépend de où vous allez. J'aime cet endroit.

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

SUPER RECOMMANDÉ !!! Cela fait longtemps que je n'ai pas séjourné à Puncak, peut-être plus de 15 ans, je suis revenu ici avec les enfants et j'ai décidé de rester au Royal Safari Garden, et c'était le bon choix. Emplacement : très stratégique, avec supérette SM, parc safari et snack. Installations : complètes !!! Pas seulement des chambres, mais aussi un mini zoo, un spectacle d'oiseaux, un parc aquatique, un petit-déjeuner avec des animaux, une aire de jeux, une salle de jeux et bien plus encore. Service : tout le monde était très sympathique, depuis la sécurité, la réception, le concierge, l'équipe du restaurant, jusqu'à la fréquentation de la piscine, tout le monde était très bien, sympathique et très serviable. Recommandation personnelle, si vous pouvez rester plus d'1 nuit car ce ne sera pas suffisant si vous passez la nuit, un hôtel très agréable pour des vacances en famille.
