The room is quite decent, but the bathroom feels a bit outdated and worn. It's affordable, especially with breakfast included. However, keep in mind that the breakfast options are limited in variety.

Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

Hôtel vieillot. En entrant, la chambre sentait mauvais, les rideaux étaient très sales et devaient être changés. Il y avait une tache de chaussures sur le drap et la serviette n'était plus blanche et semblait sale à cause des taches sales. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, mais il faudrait l'améliorer. Le seul point positif est l'emplacement.

Tout est bien dans cet hôtel, seule la propreté devrait être améliorée. Comme je l'ai vu, les draps sont déjà utilisés et même s'ils ne sont pas sales, mais pour des raisons d'hygiène, ils devraient quand même être changés. Dans l'ensemble, c'est bien et l'hôtel est proche de la gare.

I had a pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung as this is my second visit. The hotel has got outdoor jacuzzi with a large pool. All hotel staffs were friendly. However, the gym facilities needs renovation and the smoke detector alarm in the room disturbs us a lot as the alarm was suddenly active without a reason.

C'est toujours mon hôtel quand je visite. Plusieurs centres de commerce et de cuisine à proximité. Les chambres elles-mêmes sont bien entretenues et en bonne condition. La télévision a accès aux canaux gratuits de base, mais rien de prime, donc il n'y a pas de Premier League, etc. La seule défaillance est l'eau chaude, où l'eau n'est pas assez chaude.

The hotel location quite close to centre. What i like most is the breakfast with menu super delicious and authentic Sunda food. Im staying for 6d5n and the breakfast menu change everyday. The downside is the lift not sufficient enough during peak season and u got que quite long and there’s no staff to handle the lift entry.
