La location est fantastique ! La vue sur la nature est très relaxante : la vue , la nourriture et le service sont toutes bonnes. Je suis allé à cet hôtel il y a quelques années et cette fois, il est un peu différent et il est compréhensible parce que l'hôtel est tout aussi vieillissant - je veux dire, il n'est pas aussi bon que avant la qualité, surtout dans la salle de bains n'a pas été maintenu.

The staffs were very nice and communicative. The rooms were clean and neat when we came. We got the access to the swimming pool—not that long and only 1.2 meter depth, if your looking for one to exercise, but still good enough to just swim—and gym center that has vary equipments. A plus point to have such facilities for the customer. We also had an enjoyable breakfast since there were many choice of food & beverages.

Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

Le petit déjeuner est plutôt décevant, le café blanc (américain ou long-black-doesnt avoir une que je suppose) est aqueux,,Pas d'arôme de café mauvais goût. Les prix sont trop élevés pour les clients et les clients. Top (seulement adapté à l'extérieur, quand la Pluie est terminée. Il devrait y avoir des moyens de fournir une partie intérieure.. La pluie était juste éclatée Lorsque j'avais un verre de vin. Eveeythibg est mouillé. Ezeot haute chaise au bar. Et il n'y a pas de musique. La musique en direct ou DJ est seulement samedi. La salle de salon de design minimaliste, spacieux et moderne. Mais, pas de touche à l'atmosphère parahyangan ou sundan. Except angklung ornements au sol M. Ceci pourrait être en jakrta ou dans toute autre ville métropolitaine. Exécuter le long corridor au G étage connecté à Pelataran Resto La chambre de luxe avec lit de taille King et vue sur la montagne est grande. Wifi et TV sont également très belles. Cependant, la structure de la salle de bain (douche) avec trop de murs de séparation en bois donne plutôt un petit sentiment spacieux. La piscine est trop petite pour deux hôtels adjacents Tower (Pullman et Ibis Style) . Just good for Kids.

The hotel location is quite strategic, near Yogya Junction and Grage Mall and it has free shuttle to and from train station! The service is great and the food quite tasty while the vegetables and fruits are always fresh everyday.

Comparez les autres hôtels à proximité. C'est le meilleur pour ce prix. Nous avons vérifié auprès d'autres hôtels du coin, et le mobilier intérieur est toujours moderne, et la chambre offre encore de l'espace pour se déplacer. Le petit-déjeuner est raisonnable pour ce prix. Je ne me plains pas. Propreté

Bedroom was oke, i doubt if the twin bed is 120cm, i guess its just 100cm, not sure 🤔 didnt bring any ruler. Breakfast was good, i like their croissant. Swimming pool : their small pool (the round one, prv was jacuzzi i think) has warm water. Staff was friendly, Surprisingly they have ‘mini market kejujuran’ (honesty mini market) the price was so cheap considering inside 4star hotel, and they have UMKM CANTEEN which was cheap too i dont know about the taste as i didnt try. Walking distance to braga street, I had attend mass in the morning, next to this hotel is Cathedral, the mass on Sunday is at 6am, 11am & 5pm. I walked to Bandung Indah Plaza it was still walking distance for me 😁 (1km) and i can borrowed their umbrella incase its rain, they write my room number & return the umbrella after im done. Parking lot for cars is in the basement, staff was really helpful. Overall was a good stay.

L'hôtel est situé dans une zone très confortable, surtout pour la cuisine. Le service de bureau frontal était inévité et tout s'est bien passé. La chambre était propre et configurée comme demandé lors de la réservation. Les équipements sont complets comme prévu à partir de l'échelle de cet hôtel. Ac, chaud et cannel d'eau fonctionnaient parfaitement. Le petit problème avec la plomberie dans le réveil de l'hôtel, pour certaines raisons, les tuyaux étaient ratings quand les voisins utilisaient leur eau. Le parking peut être difficile à l'arrivée pendant la pluie, car le parking couvert est très limité. En général, j'ai séjourné ici plusieurs fois, et je ne plains pas chaque séjour.
