L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable.
Le bureau de front était soigneux et utile et offrait un environnement très accueillant. Vérifier le midi passé était rapide et efficace. Les chambres étaient grandes et le lit et la cuisinière étaient de haute qualité. Nous avons pu dormir dans 5 minutes. Aircondition était propre et frais.

I had a great experience staying at The South Gate Residency. The room was very spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. Cleanliness was also good—the room and bathroom.
One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It's just a short walking distance from the railway station, which made it incredibly convenient for my travel plans. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great accessibility.

The Coast View hotel felt a bit dated, but it was generally clean. The TV wasn't working, but it was fixed immediately. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were delicious, and the staff were very helpful.
Unfortunately, I didn't receive a detailed statement of my credit card payment at checkout.
Despite multiple email requests since returning home, I haven't received a detailed statement of the total amount, so I'm confused about what was charged to my room and how much.Could you please attach it to an email as soon as possible?

從入住到離店的3天，每個時刻都像回到家一般，被‘’親友‘’團隊關照呵護着。前台每個人都很熱情，即使入住當晚有婚禮也不會敷衍了事。早餐豐盛不説，服務的小夥和女孩們各個都英俊美麗，心地善良。自助晚餐也很好吃。泰餐廳（最後幾張照片）的設計實在令我驚艷。然而最驚喜的是保潔團隊！不但精心做到應該做的，更是用心為我準備花和花瓶，還留下温暖的文字。有幾次還聽到他們在工作間的歡笑聲。客服經理，一位美麗的女士也與我一見如故，知道要趕早上的飛機，還在我出發前準備了免費的茶送來。這麼多年的旅行，這次要數極致！高度讚賞管理層的領導力，下次如果再去克欽Kochin一定會再住

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds.
Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place!
Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Nous avons eu un bon séjour. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel et les restaurants. Surtout ne manquez pas le restaurant au premier étage, où vous pouvez obtenir un grand repas Kerala traditionnel dans une feuille de banane. Le service est également excellent.

the only thing that might to improve is their morning breakfast might be good to have more intercontinental choices instead of 90% of south kerala food... can always go to YouTube and check it out some of the good Asians and intercontinental food.

IInvitéthe base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded.
breakfast options were very limited.
the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

IInvitéI was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in. They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

La chambre elle-même était magnifiquement – propre, spacieux, bien équipé et confortable, offrant un magnifique départ après un jour d'exploration de la ville. Il est évident que l'hôtel est très fier de maintenir des normes élevées de propreté et de satisfaction des clients.
Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel était raisonnable, avec une sélection décente d'articles qui se développent dans différents goûts.
Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais le centre de la ville est très bien situé. C'est quelque chose que la direction de l'hôtel pourrait vouloir réexaminer ou au moins donner aux clients l'option de ne pas communiquer.
En outre, il y a eu un incident malheureux avec un des membres du personnel qui m'a dénoncé pour ne pas les informer à l'avance que je manquerais le petit-déjeuner buffet à une occasion. Cette abruption était surprenante et ne correspondait pas à la norme de service autrement excellente fixée par le reste de l'équipe.
En résumé, mon séjour à l'hôtel Time Square était délicieux sur de nombreux fronts, avec un personnel louable, de belles hébergements et des options de repas raisonnables. Les expériences générales sont cependant légèrement révélées par les tactiques de marketing du spa et par l'incident isolé avec un membre du personnel.

IInvitéWe were in Kovalam at this property for a week. First things first, the rooms we got were nice, had a decent balcony overlooking the front of the property, the air conditioning and hot water worked well. It is really close to a wonderful beach, some small shops and local food joints and only a short walk away from a quiet beach and spots that you could enjoy.
The property itself had a lot of work going on, so I can understand that they were preparing for a major tourist season and it might become better. The pool was dry and I was hoping that I'd get to enjoy some pool time but that did not happen. Perhaps due to the low tourist season, the restaurant had limited dish choices but the food was good. The staff is very sweet and nice but the hotel can do with some more thorough upgrades with housekeeping, such as providing fresh towels timely and so on. Otherwise, the hotel is nice but my family and I felt that for the price we paid, we could have gotten more for the price. Nevertheless, it is a good and decent hotel, I wouldn't keep high expectations. It will certainly get 10/10 for it's location and sweet staff.
This is not to reflect on the hotel management or staff directly or negatively but it would be nice if they set ground rules for some big tourist groups they get, particularly the Gujarati tour groups, in reminding them of maintaining the calm and quiet on the property. Again, it is more about the tourist behavior than anything on the hotel itself.

AAshwiz2kL'un des meilleurs choix d'hôtels, très proche de l'aéroport, avec de bonnes options de restauration à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des locaux. Chambres bien aménagées, une excellente expérience d'enregistrement et j'ai été ravi du geste de service proposé en termes de surclassement de chambre et d'options de départ tardif. Dispose d'un bon restaurant avec une délicieuse cuisine chinoise que j'ai essayée. Il est en cours de rénovation, mais cela n'a pas beaucoup d'impact sur le séjour ici. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour agréable, à l'exception du fait que j'ai laissé un chocolat coûteux dans le mini-réfrigérateur de la chambre et que je n'ai pas pu le récupérer lorsque je l'ai demandé le jour même.

IInvitéШикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.
