Excellent location, la première ligne de l'océan! Luxury avec balcon et vue sur l'océan. Mais la chambre n'a pas vu une réparation ou au moins un nettoyage général. Mobilier couché dans les lieux, tapis à lit sale. Pour 5 entrées et même 4 ne tire pas du tout.

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
The Front office in charge Mr Shiv Das was very understanding and helpful !! The lunch was grand and nothing sort of a mini Sadhya with the most affordable price! Great experience overall. Gudos to Team Krishnavalsam

This is one of the best hotels that you can get in entire Kerala, let alone Munnar.
Everything related to the hotel is EXCELLENT.
Service, amenities, staff, food, location, cleanliness, room size, anything and everything is 10/10.
We stayed in the standard room, which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The view is superb.
Kudos to the hotel’s management, to make this an extremely memorable trip for us.
Would definitely stay here, only, in case we go again to Munnar.

I am very impressed with the hotel. Everything was really really good. Very friendly staff who were ever willing to help . I enjoyed the food like never before . to be honest how ever hard i try to find a fault with the food i would be a failure.

L'un des meilleurs choix d'hôtels, très proche de l'aéroport, avec de bonnes options de restauration à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des locaux. Chambres bien aménagées, une excellente expérience d'enregistrement et j'ai été ravi du geste de service proposé en termes de surclassement de chambre et d'options de départ tardif. Dispose d'un bon restaurant avec une délicieuse cuisine chinoise que j'ai essayée. Il est en cours de rénovation, mais cela n'a pas beaucoup d'impact sur le séjour ici. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour agréable, à l'exception du fait que j'ai laissé un chocolat coûteux dans le mini-réfrigérateur de la chambre et que je n'ai pas pu le récupérer lorsque je l'ai demandé le jour même.

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds.
Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place!
Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Le bureau de front était soigneux et utile et offrait un environnement très accueillant. Vérifier le midi passé était rapide et efficace. Les chambres étaient grandes et le lit et la cuisinière étaient de haute qualité. Nous avons pu dormir dans 5 minutes. Aircondition était propre et frais.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Leur professionnalisme et son approche chaude ont encore amélioré l'expérience. J'ai également apprécié l'excellent suivi de l'hôtel, assurant que tout se déroule bien. Globalement, une séjour vraiment agréable et satisfaisante – fortement recommandé!

IInvitéSmall little cosy resort. Very convenient location and boat jetty, waterfront, top restaurants are all very walkable and near. The room is clean, has old heritage feel and tasteful furniture.
Staff is very helpful, specially Sumith was managing the breakfast crowd nicely and helping everyone.
plenty of autos are around the place and do not forget to visit several cafes nearby for old world charm and tasty food.

IInvitéI was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in. They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

TTraveling TanI recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay.
The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day.
However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications.
Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team.
In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests

IInvitéWe were in Kovalam at this property for a week. First things first, the rooms we got were nice, had a decent balcony overlooking the front of the property, the air conditioning and hot water worked well. It is really close to a wonderful beach, some small shops and local food joints and only a short walk away from a quiet beach and spots that you could enjoy.
The property itself had a lot of work going on, so I can understand that they were preparing for a major tourist season and it might become better. The pool was dry and I was hoping that I'd get to enjoy some pool time but that did not happen. Perhaps due to the low tourist season, the restaurant had limited dish choices but the food was good. The staff is very sweet and nice but the hotel can do with some more thorough upgrades with housekeeping, such as providing fresh towels timely and so on. Otherwise, the hotel is nice but my family and I felt that for the price we paid, we could have gotten more for the price. Nevertheless, it is a good and decent hotel, I wouldn't keep high expectations. It will certainly get 10/10 for it's location and sweet staff.
This is not to reflect on the hotel management or staff directly or negatively but it would be nice if they set ground rules for some big tourist groups they get, particularly the Gujarati tour groups, in reminding them of maintaining the calm and quiet on the property. Again, it is more about the tourist behavior than anything on the hotel itself.

IInvitéШикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.
