Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour s'est bien passé. Le personnel était généralement sympathique, même si l'enregistrement a été un peu désagréable au début. Heureusement, la situation s'est améliorée par la suite grâce à l'excellente assistance de Mme Bayan. Cependant, l'hôtel paraît trop cher par rapport à d'autres options situées tout près d'Al Haram à Médine. Un inconvénient majeur concernait les couloirs : ils étaient souvent remplis de restes de nourriture laissés devant les chambres, ce qui était désagréable et donnait une mauvaise impression. Le personnel de sécurité aurait besoin d'une formation plus poussée pour être plus accueillant envers les clients.

J'ai réservé la chambre pour un membre de ma famille et il a dit que dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était correct. La distance du Haram est acceptable. Cependant, les produits de toilette étaient indisponibles : pas de café, pas de sucre, rien d'autre qu'une bouilloire électrique hors service.

Je pense que Banyan Tree est l'un des meilleurs hôtels d'AlUla. Les chambres sont grandes. Le complexe Banyan Tree Al Ula dispose de 47 tentes de luxe, de deux restaurants, d'un spa et de deux pavillons d'observation. Les gens peuvent explorer la longue histoire du désert sans aucune entrave et admirer la beauté naturelle des dunes de sable et des parois rocheuses. La piscine de l'hôtel, avec des falaises des deux côtés, est également l'élément le plus apprécié de cet hôtel ! Banyan Tree a maintenu ses normes de service constantes. Vous pouvez prendre et déposer l'hôtel en voiture lorsque vous vous rendez à Maraya, et vous pouvez également l'y envoyer gratuitement lors de votre enregistrement à habitas. Le petit-déjeuner est buffet et à la carte, et le goût est très bon. Notre chambre fait face à la salle de concert Maraya. Vous pouvez voir le lever et le coucher du soleil depuis la salle et vous pouvez allumer le feu gratuitement. classe!

My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

Excellent. Son emplacement est magnifique, tout près de la Mosquée du Prophète (porte 303). Le restaurant est superbe et propose une carte variée et savoureuse. L'accueil et les serveurs, Barakat et Irfan, sont particulièrement excellents et très serviables. Les chambres sont magnifiques et l'hôtel dégage un charme historique. Il dispose d'un parking et le personnel de la réception est charmant et toujours souriant. Je suis ravi d'avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel.

L hotel est juste à côté de l entrée du masjid Nabawi cote homme. Et l entrée arrière permet d accéder au mall avec un musée des magasins et une grande food court.

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

Excellent hôtel, propre et bien situé. Seul bémol : certains membres du personnel du service en chambre sont peu coopératifs et prennent du temps à servir, même après avoir demandé. Le plus étrange est que l'un d'eux ment en prétendant que nous refusons le service. La plupart des choses que nous demandons sont indisponibles, et les capsules de café arrivent malheureusement en retard du restaurant.

Very good hotel overall. The buffet was excellent, and the staff working there were extremely polite, kind, and attentive—they served us very well. The location is also very good and nearby to key places. Highly recommended.

L'emplacement est idéal. La mosquée est accessible à pied en quelques minutes et il est facile de se rendre à pied dans tous les commerces. Le personnel est exceptionnel et toujours soucieux d'améliorer votre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et varié, mais manquait de diversité chaque jour. Le personnel est très serviable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Seul bémol : les machines à café semblaient toujours avoir des problèmes techniques. Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes de maintenance, mais le personnel est intervenu rapidement et la plupart des problèmes ont été résolus dans les meilleurs délais. Un conseil : demandez une chambre donnant sur le centre commercial. De l'autre côté, le bruit de la circulation était constant.
