The affordable price reflects the hotel’s desperate need for renovations. The first room we were given smelled strongly of stale cigarettes even though it’s marked as a non-smoking room. The second room smelled ok but the window was broken, the bathroom toilet & shower were chipped and stained, and the bed wasn’t super comfortable (just felt like an old mattress). The hallway carpets don’t look like they’re ever vacuumed. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but it appeared to offer waffles, juice, and some assorted muffins & fruit. The staff was nice.

Hands down absolutely the best hotel and staff I've encountered in a long time. And I've been to some pretty good ones. clean, nice up to date hotel and rooms. Access to channels if you want to watch television. Plenty of plugins for your electronic devices. Lots of lighting in the the rooms. Then, there's the breakfast, absolutely the most options of ever seen at a continental style breakfast at a hotel. Everything was appesred fresh. Everything tasted good. Plenty of options even if you have allergies. Convenient hours for breakfast also. Starting with a front desk staff, I should have mentioned, they were super friendly, helpful and patient. This Meridian location has a nice little selection for snacks, microwave small meals and other amenities. If you're traveling, this is so nice, not to have to drive and to somewhere else. If you forgot something or have an urge for a diet Coke. They even have a a filtered drinking fountain to fill our big water cups, plus a lemon water with ice dispenser in the lobby. We will be staying here again.

booked a room with 2 queen sized beds for 3 days. called 3 days before hand and spoke to Diedra (?) and told her that because of mobility issues I would like a room towards the west end of the property. She was very accommodating and said has she would be the one to do the room assignments she would make a note to make sure it was handled. When we arrived, the night auditor, Robert, acted somewhat put out and acted like he was doing us a favor by ”finding” us a room in the requested area...when we entered the room it had 1 king sized bed and we were too tired from the drive to go back and request a change. The tub/shower was impossible for me to use because it was too high and there we no handles to use. Again, mobility issues was mentioned and obviously ignored. The used dental flossers in the cubby under the nightstand was nice as well as the garbage pickup right outside our room at 6:45 am Friday morning.

FairBridge looks like an older hotel, but Management has done a good job of keeping it clean, maintained and have worked to update rooms (finishes, furnishings, digital PTAC's, etc.). My one night stay was comfortable, room was clean and well put together. Complimentary breakfast for a property of this size was sufficient with two Golden Malted waffle makers, cold and instant hot cereals, boiled eggs, fruit (apples this time of year), coffee, teas, milk and at least one juice choice. Though the hotel was quiet on the night of my stay, I would guess given the age of original construction, sound proofing is not likely up to current standards, so if one is overly sensitive to outside disturbances, it may not be the right choice during peak ski season. But for the rest of us, is absolutely satisfactory.

Check in was 3:00pm. I arrived at 5:15pm. There is no map of hotel and parking around hotel available for guest to review. Took 15 minutes to fine a hotel layout which didn't help. Walked into a used room. Nobody cleaned it up by 5:30pm I was told it would be 30 minutes at least to clean it up. Manager complained about higher workers (not my problem). Phone in room was flashing red light for messages, but there was not messages. Front desk person came up to verify it was not working correctly and took phone out of room. Sink dripped water all night. Put hand towel in sink to quiet the noise. Harley Davidson bar within 100 feet of hotel and the noise echoed through room most of night. Only things good was staff listening and responding and the breakfast. Bananas went quickly.

La chambre était propre et nous étions agréablesment surpris par la mini-kitchenette. Les enfants ont vraiment aimé la piscine. Nous appréciions les serviettes supplémentaires à la piscine. Les cons étaient : le fond de la piscine était assez gros. Je trouve la nécessité de traction, mais elle a déchiré les pieds crus de mes enfants. Il n'y avait pas de tube chaud. Le garage de stationnement attaché à l'hôtel est ouvert au public, donc si un événement populaire se déroule au centre-ville (c'est-à-dire l'Eve Potato Drop de la Nouvelle Année), le garage sera rempli alors que vous étiez ailleurs. Laisser vous trouver ailleurs pour parker, même si vous avez prépayé pour parker dans ce garage.

Le personnel est très bien, très attentif. Chambre propre. J'ai séjourné pour un spectacle de chien avec mon jeune Mastif. Le personnel était si gentil pour nous et s'est servi à nos chambres très spéciales. Je planifie la réservation l'année prochaine dès que les dates des événements seront annoncées.

This is a fantastic hotel. It opened in December. We stayed here prior to flying out of Spokane on our way to Nashville for a convention at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel (which charges several hundred dollars per nights stay) The Hyatt hotel in Post Falls was MUCH nicer, cleaner and WAY more affordable than the higher priced hotel in Nashville! Very friendly staff. Breakfast is not included with the stay but is also more affordable at $11 per person than the Opryland Hotel at $36 per person!! The closest airport is about 2 hours away from us so we will definitely plan to stay here again prior to flying out of Spokane International. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Le paysage extérieur de la fenêtre est très beau, l'hôtel appartient à un hôtel de vacances en plein air, avec une piscine et une petite piscine chaude extérieure, le petit déjeuner est très simple, même trois jours sont un, les autres sont bien, le service de réparation de la chambre d'hôtes est bon.
