La chambre était belle. La chambre était propre. Le personnel était ami. Ils ont besoin d'ajouter quelques articles pour le petit déjeuner. Il n'y avait que des œufs cramés et des liens de sauce. Il n'y avait pas de biscuits ou de bacon, je retirerais les liens de sauce et ajouterais des pattes de sauce.

When I first arrived at the desk to check in, I was greeted very cordially by Constance and Hannah, who were very pleasant and friendly, polite, and professional. They took great care in helping me get the room that was just right for me!
The room was clean, modern, nicely decorated, with everything you'd need for a pleasant stay - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and coffee (they also have free coffee in the office), plenty of fresh, clean towels), nice lighting (they actually have the more expensive 'yellowish' LED lights that create light that is better for your eyes - some lesser hotels have the stark, unpleasant 'blue-ish' LED lights. So, even the lighting in the room was nice. :) The TV is very nice, with many, many satellite channels, and they have a digital clock that allows guests to plug in their USB devices so they can wake up to their favorite music, or news.
They offer a REALLY great breakfast, including breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, juice, milk, and much more. What really impressed me, though, is that when I said I'd be leaving too early to take advantage of the breakfast, Constance and Hannah replied, ”Oh, well, if that's the case, you can come get breakfast anytime you want. The office is open 24 hours a day. That kind statement really made my day, because when I travel, I rarely get to take advantage of the free breakfast offered by many of the hotels, since I usually get on the road around 4AM. Thank you for that, ladies!!!!
I also wanted to mention Joshua, who made checkout really easy with HIS professional, polite, and friendly help.
I highly recommend this hotel. It's nice, but the staff there make it REALLY special. Thanks to all three of you!

J'aimais tout sur cet hôtel. Contrôle était facile. L'hôte était très ami. Il nous a vérifiés quand ils nous ont vus dans le lobby. La chambre était propre. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Le personnel était très gentil. Je réserverais certainement ici encore

Les nouveaux hôtels, les équipements sont neufs, les services sont bons, le lieu est confortable, il n'y a pas longtemps de ce sentiment satisfaisant, la période de l'épidémie est plus tranquille, le personnel est très attentif, laisse les voyageurs tranquilles. Vraiment merci!

機場下來的路上就在考慮肚子的問題，很棒的是酒店樓底下就有餐廳。
提前用google預訂好座位，人到了座位早就ready，餐食很local，好吃。
酒店我們住在了一樓，整體都比較乾淨，而且非常的安靜，非常不錯。
如果下次還有出差行程，還是會考慮這家酒店。

IInvitéService was for the most part great but i asked for a higher floor in the notes when i booked but was placed on the first floor which was no No problem! I specifically booked this hotel because of the 2 tvs in the room because I’ve stayed before but upon arrival and seeing my room didn’t have both tvs i immediately wanted to change rooms because that’s what i specifically booked for along with the sofa bed because thats what the picture displayed ! I asked to be moved to another room, and was granted the request! But was also informed the hotel was removing the 2 tv option but was banking on a room that still had it available and i saw the hotel was busy that day and didn’t want to be on the first floor with so much traffic! So anyway the receptionist granted my room change to the 4th floor, PERFECT! So me and my family gathered our things and went to the 4th floor only to find a much smaller room, no sofa bed, only a chair and i was like this is worse than the original because if not the tvs i still needed the sofa bed for my boys ! Immediately called and voiced my concern about the cramped room and can we go back to the original for more space, receptionist informed me she had sold it ! It had only been about 5-10 mins top, i was livid at this point! She stated the room i booked was a king room and the room i originally booked was the only one with the sofa bed, like whatttt why was i not informed before the move, i wouldve stayed so i had to deal with this cramped room with me, my boyfriend and our 2 boys ! The bathroom was TRASH, i mean absolutely garbage! I asked to upgrade to 2 queens rooms but she said i couldnt because i booked thru 3rd party and i would have to basically buy the room separately! I mean it didn’t make sense whatsoever to me to not be accommodated in some sort especially when i had kids in a 1 bed basic room! Never going back! But the receptionist was cool, i just wanted some type of relaxation for 3 days but we made it work but we will not be returning! And the bathroom was covered in mold, just disgusting!

LLisaWe never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor.
Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!!
I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog.
When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

IInvitéThe grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

IInvitéOverall the stay was OK… the bed was comfortable, the carpet r need to be vacuum and shampooed, the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned..Make sure you have slides to wear while you’re in the room… the breakfast was better than other places I have stayed…the weekday front desk staff much nice and friendly than the weekend staff besides the young lady who was there Monday Morning 5/12/25 not so nice .

AAmenaliaLe week-end dernier, j'ai séjourné avec ma fille dans cet hôtel 7/29. Nous étions vraiment fatigués quand nous sommes arrivés et nous sommes allés juste au lit. Le matin suivant, j'ai réalisé quelques questions importantes et parlé au bureau de front de ce sujet. Je l'ai même envoyé à la gardienne qui était en charge. Elle était très excusée et c'était la dame qui travaillait au bureau de front. Mais quand le directeur, je pense que son nom était Corey, il est arrivé.... Son attitude était horrible. En fait, je ne savais pas qu'il était le gestionnaire quand je l'ai vu entrer, mais quand je l'ai dit ”Bonjour”, il ne s'est pas arrêté de marcher. Alors peut-être qu'il avait un mauvais jour.. INDEMNE, c'est pas ma faute. Il a proposé de me donner quelques points, mais pour la question que j'avais, ce n'était pas suffisant!! Il n'a pas essayé de faire autre chose, même après que j'ai exprimé le fait que je ne suis pas satisfait. Et je l'ai dit de bonne façon, mais je n'ai reçu rien que une mauvaise attitude en retour!! Je ne partage pas la vidéo ici, seulement parce que la Petite-déjeuner Lady était excellente... et le travailleur de la table frontale était un doux.... Mais ce gestionnaire était le pire 👎🏾

JJerrica JLa maison de la maison est en plein air, et elle est en plein air. Le samedi soir, à minuit, il était vraiment chaud dans la chambre, donc j'ai contacté le bureau de front et lui ai dit que l'air ne fonctionnait pas. Il est venu demander si nous touchions l'unité et qu'il est ensuite sorti et rentré avec un vacuum de magasin et l'a vidé et dit qu'il serait bon de partir et dit 74 est une température parfaite. Il n'a pas fonctionné, donc je leur ai dit de nouveau et cette fois, le « homme d'entretien » était maintenant le « gestionnaire ». Je me demandais si nous pouvions changer de chambre. Ils ont dit qu'ils n'avaient plus de chambres doubles. Enfin après 30 minutes-1 heures, ils m'ont finalement donné une chambre unique. Je n'ai pas été remboursé pour un double pour cette nuit. Je ne resterai probablement plus ici. Le « homme d'entretien » ou « gestionnaire », quel qu'il soit, était très rude.

IInvitéSomewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

IInvitéLe petit déjeuner était très décevant. Ils n'ont pas été nettoyés dans toute la zone. J'étais la première personne et je devais leur rappeler qu'il était temps de tourner les lumières. Le couvercle était sale, le fer de vache semblait être utilisé, pas de jus d'orange ou d'orange dans la machine, ils disaient qu'ils étaient hors. Il semblait que la nourriture avait été placée là-bas hier soir et est parti jusqu'au matin. La machine à café/café n'a pas goûté comme le café. Le lit était confortable, la salle de bain était propre. Le personnel semblait vivre là-bas, en portant le bébé sur leur cou, ils n'essayaient pas de montrer une empathie avec la question de la tempête d'hiver. J'ai quitté un jour tôt pour ne pas être coincé dans la ville, ils ne me donneraient pas de rabais pour le jour, pas d'empathie.

IInvitéFront desk staff for dayshift is always friendly and so helpful. Unfortunately, mid-shift only has one staff member working the desk and they were not available for 20-25 minutes upon arrival due to helping other customers upstairs. The room was clean, but the sink was slow draining and almost overflowing. Front desk did make maintenance aware so it would be fixed for the next customers who occupy that room. There was quite a bit of dust on the access panel to the tub right beside the toilet. Most disappointing is that the printer in the lobby/lounge area doesn’t work and I needed to print documents for a training I was attending. Overall I will stay here again, mostly because of the staffs cheerful disposition and willingness to assure my stay is the best.
