Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Mississippi, États-Unis

Service was for the most part great but i asked for a higher floor in the notes when i booked but was placed on the first floor which was no No problem! I specifically booked this hotel because of the 2 tvs in the room because I’ve stayed before but upon arrival and seeing my room didn’t have both tvs i immediately wanted to change rooms because that’s what i specifically booked for along with the sofa bed because thats what the picture displayed ! I asked to be moved to another room, and was granted the request! But was also informed the hotel was removing the 2 tv option but was banking on a room that still had it available and i saw the hotel was busy that day and didn’t want to be on the first floor with so much traffic! So anyway the receptionist granted my room change to the 4th floor, PERFECT! So me and my family gathered our things and went to the 4th floor only to find a much smaller room, no sofa bed, only a chair and i was like this is worse than the original because if not the tvs i still needed the sofa bed for my boys ! Immediately called and voiced my concern about the cramped room and can we go back to the original for more space, receptionist informed me she had sold it ! It had only been about 5-10 mins top, i was livid at this point! She stated the room i booked was a king room and the room i originally booked was the only one with the sofa bed, like whatttt why was i not informed before the move, i wouldve stayed so i had to deal with this cramped room with me, my boyfriend and our 2 boys ! The bathroom was TRASH, i mean absolutely garbage! I asked to upgrade to 2 queens rooms but she said i couldnt because i booked thru 3rd party and i would have to basically buy the room separately! I mean it didn’t make sense whatsoever to me to not be accommodated in some sort especially when i had kids in a 1 bed basic room! Never going back! But the receptionist was cool, i just wanted some type of relaxation for 3 days but we made it work but we will not be returning! And the bathroom was covered in mold, just disgusting!

We never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor. Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!! I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog. When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

La chambre est très confortable et confortable. La salle de bain était propre et avait tout ce qui était nécessaire pour une douche et une lotion après. Il y avait un garde-robe qui était bien entretenu avec un panneau de fer et de fer. Bon chambre grande. Le lit roi grande a beaucoup de pièges et de lits plus nombreux. Il peut être un peu élevé pour quelqu'un de plus court ou qui a des problèmes de monter dans un lit qui est élevé. Très fondamentale café machine dans la chambre. Il y a une caisse et un réfrigérateur aussi qui est agréable. Le personnel est très aimable. La première fois, il y a une jeune dame, Shi, qui était à la table de la première et elle était si douce et si bien placée pour répondre aux questions que nous avions. Le jour où nous avons quitté, nous courions derrière et nous avons manqué le petit déjeuner. Je me demandais s'ils avaient peut-être des rouleaux ou des muffins supplémentaires pour nous prendre sur la route. Elle était assez douce pour nous permettre de rentrer dans la salle de petit déjeuner et de prendre ce que nous avions besoin avant de partir. Elle nous a salus et nous a dit au revoir avec un sourire, ce qui a certainement fait de notre expérience de plus en plus meilleure.

The grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

Overall the stay was OK… the bed was comfortable, the carpet r need to be vacuum and shampooed, the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned..Make sure you have slides to wear while you’re in the room… the breakfast was better than other places I have stayed…the weekday front desk staff much nice and friendly than the weekend staff besides the young lady who was there Monday Morning 5/12/25 not so nice .

Le week-end dernier, j'ai séjourné avec ma fille dans cet hôtel 7/29. Nous étions vraiment fatigués quand nous sommes arrivés et nous sommes allés juste au lit. Le matin suivant, j'ai réalisé quelques questions importantes et parlé au bureau de front de ce sujet. Je l'ai même envoyé à la gardienne qui était en charge. Elle était très excusée et c'était la dame qui travaillait au bureau de front. Mais quand le directeur, je pense que son nom était Corey, il est arrivé.... Son attitude était horrible. En fait, je ne savais pas qu'il était le gestionnaire quand je l'ai vu entrer, mais quand je l'ai dit ”Bonjour”, il ne s'est pas arrêté de marcher. Alors peut-être qu'il avait un mauvais jour.. INDEMNE, c'est pas ma faute. Il a proposé de me donner quelques points, mais pour la question que j'avais, ce n'était pas suffisant!! Il n'a pas essayé de faire autre chose, même après que j'ai exprimé le fait que je ne suis pas satisfait. Et je l'ai dit de bonne façon, mais je n'ai reçu rien que une mauvaise attitude en retour!! Je ne partage pas la vidéo ici, seulement parce que la Petite-déjeuner Lady était excellente... et le travailleur de la table frontale était un doux.... Mais ce gestionnaire était le pire 👎🏾

L'hôtel était dans une grande position. Il y avait beaucoup de restaurants et de shoppings. Le jeune homme qui nous a vérifié était très agréable et amiable. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était belle, mais la personne dans la chambre, soit devant moi, soit derrière moi, a fumé toute la nuit. J'ai touché et je me suis évanouie en raison de la cigarette. J'ai essayé de couvrir la tête, j'ai couché sur l'autre bout du lit, mais il n'a pas aidé. J'ai laissé une gorge très douloureuse. Elle ne m'a jamais demandé de mon séjour. J'avais des questions sur mes factures qui n'avaient pas été expliquées avant de réserver l'hôtel, elle m'a expliqué les différentes charges, bien que je ne les concorde pas.

La maison de la maison est en plein air, et elle est en plein air. Le samedi soir, à minuit, il était vraiment chaud dans la chambre, donc j'ai contacté le bureau de front et lui ai dit que l'air ne fonctionnait pas. Il est venu demander si nous touchions l'unité et qu'il est ensuite sorti et rentré avec un vacuum de magasin et l'a vidé et dit qu'il serait bon de partir et dit 74 est une température parfaite. Il n'a pas fonctionné, donc je leur ai dit de nouveau et cette fois, le « homme d'entretien » était maintenant le « gestionnaire ». Je me demandais si nous pouvions changer de chambre. Ils ont dit qu'ils n'avaient plus de chambres doubles. Enfin après 30 minutes-1 heures, ils m'ont finalement donné une chambre unique. Je n'ai pas été remboursé pour un double pour cette nuit. Je ne resterai probablement plus ici. Le « homme d'entretien » ou « gestionnaire », quel qu'il soit, était très rude.
