Had a fantastic time at Docklands Marriott! Location was great, the room was lovely and the welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch 😊 staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooftop pool was relaxing and beautiful. Tho it had a fair bit of people, it didn't bother us as everyone just kept to their own spot. It has lots of eateries around, Woolies, Chemist and free tram stop are all right across from the hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend!

Exceptional service and delightful welcome together with five star facilities. Location is safe and close to DFO shopping and many restaurants. Black out blinds ensure deep uninterrupted sleep. Porters make immediate eye contact and extremely obliging to assist in every way. Buffet breakfast to die for with so many enticing varieties to tantalise everyone's taste buds. They make you feel warmly welcome & special. Always a pleasure to stay

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stayed in Oakwood Premier Hotel. The receptionist guy on Friday Morning, 10th Jan, was super nice, friendly and kind. He changed our room facing the city view. We went straight to the hotel after we arrive in Melbourne to put our luggage in their luggage storage because the check in start at 3pm. However, our room were already ready, so we managed to get some sleep and rest. The bed is so comfortable and we got a amazing view! So I really enjoyed our stay there for the whole time! What a great first travel experience in Melbourne! Surely, we will be back!

Il est à seulement deux minutes à pied de la route St Kilda et vous pouvez prendre l'un des sept tramways à la ville. La chambre est très décente en taille et la vue est belle. La seule plainte que j'ai est que les lumières du plafond sont si dimées que je ne pouvais même pas emballer/déballer mes bagages le soir. Les lumières de la salle de bains sont déclenchées et ne fonctionnent que quand il est assez sombre. J'ai eu des difficultés à raser le matin.

Le Balgownie Estate Yarra Valley est un beau lieu de séjour, entouré d'un beau vignoble. La chambre était confortable et confortable, ce qui permet de rester relaxant. L'hôtel nous a aidé à changer de chambre qui n'avait aucun problème. En général, il est un grand endroit pour une passerelle pacifique dans la vallée de Yarra, avec un magnifique paysage et une atmosphère tranquille.

Spent a little extra to upgrade to a high city view room . Well worth the extra $30 , view was great . Room large but a little tired looking ,decor dated especially the bathroom . Hard to control the temperature in the room. Bed was comfortable though and suited us for Grand Prix weekend. Would likely try another brand next time though as needing a revamp

Nous avons décidé de rester à l'Adina Apartment Hotel parce qu'il était plus proche de l'aéroport pour notre vol de matin, et est sur le site de l'ancien Pentridge Prison. Le bar est situé dans les murs de la pierre bleue de l'ancienne prison et semble étonnant. Le bar et le restaurant de l'hôtel ont été fermés lundi soir, mais nous avons dîné avant d'arriver à l'hôtel.

It is not fair to comment on the facility and interior of the hotel because I made a mistake on date. I tried immediately amend through the app, but the robot does not give me options. I called the apps customer service, but was told that I have to wait. I try to take things on my hand to handle it calling the hotel but getting into the call center. everybody at the call center says that they cannot help with third-party reservation. But the third-party which is Trip.com told me through its agent and it’s robot that it’s talking to Hotel and it’s checking if the hotel can help me to change the date. This is not true the hotels I told me that they cannot touch the reservation. I’m not sure which side is lying, but I know I’m being kicked around by both side. OK fine. I will never use you again and I will do my best to make sure that everybody knows my experience. Thank you very much.

The RACV Resort in Torquay is a wonderful place to stay, stylish, classy, well positioned & maintained. Overall facilities & service offered makes your stay so enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.

Not a 5 star hotel, anymore. Booked for 7nights though I only need 5nights as early check in and late check out aren’t available, but that’s ok, I understand it’s business and I don’t mind it. HOWEVER, Aud7 delivery fee required for asking a chopsticks to my room. Was told by front desk drinking water only free when you check in as a welcome drink. Thankfully Choices of Breakfast is as of a 3 star hotel if not worst. Location is not as vibrant as early years of crown, almost dead. Tablet instructions weren’t working in the beginning. Thankfully it was fixed after complains were made. Requested housekeeping in the evening and was told it’s not available anymore at this hours. There’s a food stain on the coffee table when I checked in. Could be easily cleaned, did not complain, it’s still there the day after, it shows how “thorough” this hotel does their house keeping work. Bottomline, not value for money, not a 5star, won’t be back, not recommended.
