The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

Very noisy could hear all the neighbours shouting  at each other! And needs sound proofing as could hear everyone showering!!  Clean and great food but don’t get a room on level 10 or 11. Not worth the $$$$

T'was my third time here and they don't disappoint. Room is clean and sleek. Breakfast is good quality. Toiletries needs to be requested all the time- it's not always convenient especially that you need it daily and you stay for 2 weeks.

Nous avons été là une nuit, nous avons réservé le vol de balon chaud. Ainsi, nous n'avions pas beaucoup d'opportunités d'utiliser n'importe quel établissement sauf le restaurant. Nous avons noté que certains membres du personnel ne prêtaient pas beaucoup d'attention aux invités asiatiques. Tout en serviant la nourriture à l'invité occidentale, le personnel introduit la nourriture en détail mais pas à nous. En outre, il a fallu longtemps pour obtenir nos désserts.

J'aime le service et l'exclusivité. j'aime comment accessible à l'arcade adulte. marche dans la zone était étonnant. J'ai demandé un check-out tard, mais il était déclin ): en dehors de cela, vraiment aime le séjour. entièrement rechargeé. environ 20 minutes à pied à DFO. si vous conduisez, Rappelez-vous de jouer dans l'arcade adulte pour déduire les frais de stationnement! Les services de la salle de rencontre sont à charge !!

We had multiple issues with our 7 nights stay. Which some has been addressed and fixed immediately. One thing we do recommend to confirm check upon arrival or when booking. Lack of view - we’ve booked the 1 bedroom premium room. From the pictures it looked like floor to ceiling big windows with open view but we were assigned to a room situated in the heritage floors (2nd) which the windows are 1.5m high so have to tippy toes to see the view. Limited sunlight also, bathroom has no window. Issues we encountered 1) hall way light - wasn’t working on the first night when we checked in at 11pm. We couldn’t even find our room number cause it was so dark, we used the torch on our phone. Wasn’t a nice first impression if you are scared of dark hallways. The sensor was fixed the next day. 2) phone wasn’t working - so we couldn’t contact the front desk. We got in late with a toddler, so we put on ‘do not disturb’ sign but someone banged the door at 8am, to reach us to ‘fix the issues’. Not sure why can’t they just slip us a note under the door. 3) so many flies - the breakfast restaurant have serious pest issues. There were more than 10 flies flying around the buffet and the tables. We didn’t feel comfortable eating there after one visit. The whole duration of the meal, we were waiving off the fly. Major hygiene concern! 4) housekeeping was very average, barely cleaned the room daily. Only made the bed. 5) overall the staff were all friendly, special appreciation to the male staff at the breakfast room. The lady duty manager didn’t seem friendly, carries an attitude and likes to talk over you. Location is great, round the corner from the tram line. Will I stay again, most likely not. Feels more like a 4 star hotel, definitely not 5 star.

The location is perfect for citywalk, a wonderful stay at Le Meridian ~~also the breakfast is as good as other people recommended ~~all are satisfied except encountered a rude staff (high and thin lady) at the breakfast buffet time, I did understand the computer was out of order that day, but she interrupted for questioning last name, room no and personal belongings for 3 time, hard to believe that , as there was a foreign lady help to check-in manually before anyone entering the restaurant , I saw her stopped aother lady and questioned the last name when the lady was on the way to take food as well, quite annoying and unexpected to happen at series by Marriott ~~

Nous avons séjourné ici trois nuits au total. L'hôtel a été converti d'un bâtiment historique daté des années 1890. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner inclus dans le restaurant Alluvial. La chambre classique du roi que nous avons séjournée est spacieuse, elle est située dans la zone 1 de Melbourne. L'hôtel est à pied de nombreuses attractions de la ville de Melbourne nous pouvons même prendre un repos dans la chambre dans notre voyage à pied en ville prévue au milieu d'un jour très chaud d'été. La salle de bains est équipée de toilettes Byredo, mais la décoration est un peu date et a besoin de refroidissement et nous ne sommes pas satisfaits du niveau de service du personnel. Par exemple, la fonction sans main n'est pas fonctionnelle; la sécurité est selon l'hôtel ”dans le processus de remplacement” et ne fonctionne pas non plus; la appelle au ”Service instantané” Pour l'aide, il a souvent pris plus de 5-seconds ring surtout pendant la nuit. Il y a même une faux alerte de feu pendant l'une des heures du matin de notre séjour. Je doute qu'il soit un standard d'hôtel Intercontinental ou un hôtel 5-star noté. Pour ceux qui envisagent de rester dans cette chambre type de cet hôtel, veuillez noter que les fenêtres sont fixées et devant la hall, de sorte que la chambre dispose 1. n'a pas de lumière solaire naturelle 2. n'a pas d'air frais et 3. il faut fermer les curtains tout le temps si vous préférez la vie privée. Un autre point qui mérite d'être remarqué est que le sol de la salle de bain est très vibrant après la baignoire, je l'appelle une piège de mort si vous portez les pantalons à usage unique qui sont fournis dans la chambre car vous pouvez facilement obtenir un pantalon et tomber sur le sol de la salle de bain même pour un adulte.
