The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

The staffs are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Food was excellent with so many varieties. Fresh and delicious. Rooms clean, spacious and very good views.

On 24/6 I ordered fried eggs during breakfast, yet the quality of the eggs were not up to standard, yolk was not normal and with no taste at all, yet I ordered same on the next day with a different chef, that was back to a normal egg, I wondered Sheraton would use such quality of eggs! Another opinion is that gym room facilities are not enough, thanks!

Great location for the theatre. We could see the Michael Jackson show sign from our room. Car park is off site and horrible to try and get a park in but only 5min walk from the hotel and $25/ day. Close to parliament station. China town and easily accessible to all city areas. Check-in and check-out were easy, staff were polite, and the happy hour was a nice touch. The room itself was compact but quiet, even being right by the lift. The bathroom, however, was tiny. No way two people could fit at once. The fan didn’t work so the mirror fogged completely, and the shower glass wasn’t long enough, leaving the floor soaked after every use. The bottom of the door showed water damage. Blinds let in light around the edges, and while the air conditioner was noisy, it didn’t really bother us. The luggage space wasn’t big enough to hold a hard case flat without tipping, which was a bit annoying but manageable. Breakfast was unfortunately the biggest low point. Service felt disorganised and slow. We waited almost 20 minutes for the rabke we were sat at to be cleared. The continental breakfast was uninspiring and pastries didn’t seem fresh. We paid an additional $5 per person for menu items since continental breakfast was included in our booking, but if I had paid the full $30–$35 separately, I would’ve been disappointed. Bacon was American-style (crispy), and they did do well offering coffee and tea promptly on arrival. However, the juice service was confusing. No glasses, limited plates, and unclear service flow. Amenities were almost non-existent. The “gym” was about the size of the bathroom with no treadmill or bike, and the rooftop could be much more inviting if it had a covered area or bar. Overall, the location saves it. Ok for a short city stay if you’re here for convenience, but not somewhere I’d choose for comfort or amenities. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again and not great value for money in my opinion.

Very comfortable bed. However if you are close to the lifts, expect some noise spillage. I stayed during school holidays, so it was quite chaotic. Take breakfast early, from 8-10pm is the adults only pool time, ask for a room away from the lifts. Aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

La chambre de l'hôtel est située dans le coin de la maison. Le jour de l'arrivée, alors que nous étions en train de charger nos bagages de notre voiture (il y avait quelques sacs comme nous venions juste à un vignoble et nous avions achetés 4 bouteilles), les 2 gardes à l'entrée de la porte arrière, qui nous ont clairement vus, Mais ils n'ont pas aidé avec le bagage, ni informé le bureau de front pour nous aider. Nous avons fini de porter les bagages multiples (avec les 4 bouteilles de vin) alors que les gardes regardaient. Le deuxième jour, les gardes étaient amis - ils nous ont aidé avec les portes et nous ont salu. En termes de nettoyage, après la première nuit, notre paste dentaire était vide, mais le personnel de nettoyage n'a pas remplacé un nouveau kit, mais la chambre était globalement propre à la norme de base. Mais notre chambre était un peu bizarre la seconde nuit (la première nuit était bien) pas sûr de ce que c'était, mais elle sentait comme la cuisine cuisine (nous ne cuisineraient pas là). Le petit déjeuner était de bonne valeur et le personnel qui y travaillait était ami et très réaliste, je dirais probablement que notre expérience était la meilleure chose que nous puissions faire pour le petit déjeuner.

Les chambres étaient très propres et les lits étaient énormes! Très confortable et le lieu était confortable et très central. La seule question que nous avions était la localisation de l'hôtel. Nous avions des problèmes de trouver, car le GPS ne pouvait pas nous y rapprocher. Nous sommes cependant très reconnaissants que Ayden, qui a travaillé à la Concierge - a proposé et pris l'initiative de marcher avec nous et nous guider de là où nous avons parqué notre voiture, qui était à 10 minutes à pied, pour conduire nos bagages au lobby de l'hôtel. Nous sommes reconnaissants pour un service si merveilleux et si merveilleux !
