We had a lovely stay at Crowne — the room, facilities, and overall experience were excellent. Everything was comfortable and well-presented, and we really enjoyed our time there. However, we did request room cleaning on the first day, and unfortunately no one came. We had to follow up with the concierge the next day to have it arranged. Given the price point, this was a little disappointing as we expected a more seamless level of service. That said, aside from this hiccup, everything else was very good.

As rated 5 starts, the hotel has fallen short of the standard. We stayed for 4 nights. The room cleaning was not done properly. Hair was still on floor, toilet bowl not cleaned properly and amenities not  filled.

Nous avons eu un grand séjour à Balgownie. Le personnel était toujours ami et utile. La chambre était belle et spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié la nourriture et nous avons absolument recommandé dîner ici et le goût du vin pendant votre séjour.

We stayed at Liz-Carlton four nights for our Melbourne trip. I had communicated with the reservation staff through multiple emails regarding request for special decorations or arrangements for my daughter’s birthday on the day we arrived. I thought it would be a great surprise for my daughter. Unfortunately, we arrived in the room with nothing arranged, not even the welcoming music or note card. Also “Requested” for a connecting rooms as one of my daughter was not feeling well. Staff promised to reply me back first thing in the morning. But again, no response until I reached to the front desk to ask about it. One room had one pair of slipper and the other room even had no slippers at all. Rooms were poorly cleaned and re-supplied.

Mon copain et moi avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Oakwood Premier. Le réceptionniste du vendredi 10 janvier au matin était vraiment très gentil et attentionné. Il nous a changés de chambre pour une chambre avec vue sur la ville. Nous sommes allés directement à l'hôtel après notre arrivée à Melbourne pour déposer nos bagages à la consigne, car l'enregistrement commençait à 15h. Heureusement, notre chambre était déjà prête, ce qui nous a permis de dormir un peu. Le lit était très confortable et la vue magnifique ! J'ai vraiment adoré notre séjour ! Une première expérience de voyage formidable à Melbourne ! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

The hotel staff were welcoming and ready to help. The hotel ammenities and location itself were perfect, from the pool there was a magnificent view of the sunset overlooking the city buildings. The charging ports in the room were practically placed, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was modernly designed and spacious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, inviting, clean and modern, making its shared spaces comfortable to relax. Its convenient location allowed access to ”The District” on Docklands with a range of restaurants and shops alongside public transport. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern and enjoyable stay in Melbourne.

The concierge was polite and very good at his job. The room is a good size. The room was clean and I was very happy with the service and the amenities.

L'un des hôtels les plus centraux de Melbourne. Service excellent. Chambres très confortables. Je n'ai rien à redire sur cet hôtel.

Great location and service good. Our room lacked coffee pods and not enough tea bags The TV kept turning off. N0t having the ability to watch AFL footy on TV saturday night . was a disappointing - I would have been happy if we could have streamed it through our phone on Kayo love walk in shower as i have a disability and space i n room for my walker.

Very noisy could hear all the neighbours shouting  at each other! And needs sound proofing as could hear everyone showering!!  Clean and great food but don’t get a room on level 10 or 11. Not worth the $$$$
