I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and enjoyed the overall experience. I especially appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, which made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the strategic location of the hotel, with its proximity to nearby shopping malls and easy access to the hospital, was incredibly convenient and added to the overall comfort of my stay. However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the buffet breakfast. I noticed that the current selection of breakfast items is somewhat limited. Adding more variety to the menu would greatly enhance the dining experience for guests. Perhaps including more options such as a wider range of fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and local delicacies could cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences. Thank you for considering this suggestion. I look forward to experiencing an even more delightful breakfast during my next stay.

I recently stayed at Wiwo Hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the hotel's modern and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt right at home. The facilities at Wiwo Hotel are outstanding. The fitness center is well-maintained, with all the equipment you could need for a good workout. The pool area is a true gem, offering a relaxing space to unwind, complete with comfortable loungers and a serene ambiance. The hotel's dining options are also excellent, with a restaurant that serves a delicious variety of dishes, catering to different palates. As for the room, it was simply superb. The space was spotless, elegantly decorated, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep, and the high-quality linens were a lovely touch. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, featuring a large shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I also loved the attention to detail, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the thoughtful layout that made the room feel both cozy and functional. Pour mieux décrire cet endroit, c'est comme un mini paradis au sommet d'une falaise surplombant la magnifique mer, avec une touche de séjour dans de grands ponceaux cylindriques. Vous pouvez facilement le repérer le long de la route de Damai avec son grand logo circulaire à sa porte. Il était fermé à mon arrivée à 15 heures, mais comme l'entrée principale était facilement visible depuis la zone de réception, il ne leur a pas fallu longtemps pour ouvrir la porte, et je suis entré directement. La réceptionniste était très polie et accueillante, décemment professionnelle également, après nous avoir enregistrés, on nous a fait faire une visite rapide, mettant en évidence les installations et les espaces publics. La chambre elle-même, étant assez originale à sa manière, n'est pas trop difficile à manœuvrer, tant que vous ne vous précipitez pas et ne vous bousculez pas dans la pièce relativement petite. Des marches adéquates sont construites pour aider à monter et à se déplacer, avec des espaces de rangement simples autour du lit, qui à lui seul occupe environ la moitié de la pièce. L'autre côté de la chambre est la salle de bain, qui est étonnamment spacieuse. Un lit et une salle de bain résument donc toute la pièce cylindrique unique. L'hôtel lui-même est bien conçu, les clients peuvent se faire dorloter en choisissant leurs endroits préférés situés autour de l'endroit et profiter d'une vue magnifique sur la mer. Il y a aussi une petite plage privée tout en bas de la falaise. Les installations comprennent des piscines, un sauna, des machines à laver et à sécher, une salle de sport, une bibliothèque, etc. sont assez chouettes si vous en avez besoin. Je dirais que l'endroit est idéal pour les couples et pour un court voyage de remise à niveau. Techniquement, je vis en ville à seulement une demi-heure de route, mais pour faire une pause du travail et me détendre ici pendant une journée, je recommanderais cet endroit sans hésiter. Assurez-vous simplement d'avoir les jambes pour monter et descendre l'endroit !

this is my genuine review. Location is superb, very near to city center, roughly about 5 mins grab ride (which usually costs about RM4.50-6). Hotel is relatively new so cleanliness is a 10/10. I got a room at level 5, hence i did not experience any noise that disrupted my sleep except honking from vehicles on the road. Do note that the hotel enforces strict rules but imo its reasonable of them to have such rules. Example are no stains to be spotted on bedsheets, else rm50 will be charged. I also like how they use smart technology here. Keyless entry to rooms, and no need to trouble yrself to call the receptionist like many other hotels. They communicate via whatsapp & i have to say their response is quite fast. I asked for an extra towel before and not long after a staff knocked to pass me one. Only thing i would suggest to improve is to not have many staffs lingering around the room for too long. Idk why eveey morning, afternoon, evening and even night, i see the housekeeping staffs outside hahaha. Also do note that there isnt any gym (i think!) and for muslim travellers, the restaurant below serves alcohol but is claimed to serve ‘halal’ food (this is common there). So if you’re like me who takes this seriously and prefer to dine at legitimately halal restaurants, do take note on this. However, there is Anuar Steamboat located about 8 minutes walk from the hotel. do try that out. Overall, i would definitely come back. Reasonably priced, great location, good cleanliness, responsive.

A decent boutique hotel with restaurant attached. It requires own transport due location is bit out from town. Personally find the bathroom size small. Mattress is firm enough because it doesn't cause me backache the next day..lol overall is good.

Lock on our door didn't work so were moved to another room with a double bed which was small and very bouncy. Then moved to another room which smelt of cigarette smoke...non-smoking hotel but guests ignore that. Breakfast was okay. Options for Western and Malay tastes. The pool area is lovely to sit out in the evening with a view over the city and ocean in the distance. The staff at this hotel are very helpful, want to make sure you are comfortable and always smiling

The overall staff services provided is excellent including the receptionists, male and female,all of them are showing me their smiling face while asking for information especially Robert, allaisteir and few female, l can’t remember her names. Room facility is a bit run down and no renovation done. Hotel building exteriors looks good but room interior is with 80s furniture . The water colour is yellow especially the toilet and wash basin, l need to flush for 5 6 times, then the water becomes clearer. Bath towel upon request from laundry , not available in the room. The bathtub is leaking at the corner edges each time we took our shower, the floor nearby the toilet bowl will be watery and can’t comfortably use the toilet as our bare foot will get wet. With the rate l paid through trip.com is still acceptable. Housekeeping forgot to provide the daily drinking water for my 2nd day but managed to have it after inform receptionist. Eatery areas can be find easily, there is one infront of the hotel ( famous for Sarawak laksa)and across the road, commercial shop lots with a lot of kopitiam and aircond restaurants they upgraded our room due to running high occupancy ( association rooms booking)
