Staying 3 days 2 nights, last minute booking and requested a room on the top floor but unfortunately there were no rooms available that time. Stay in block C with hill view and new cable car. Can see a little bit of the Skyworld ice age game. Fortunate to picture a clear view on daytime and night. Satisfied because the cooking equipment and washing machine work well especially the dryer. There will be more famous f&b shops will be opened soon. Although there is only 1 access key and parking isn't free, I am still satisfied with the facilities available especially the outdoor and indoor playground, swimming pool, hidden garden, hammock, stargazing, wall climbing, trampoline all free. Other extra activities such as bowling, darts & pool, golf simulator and karaoke are also available and the fee is also affordable. Comfortable for families to have fun in privacy. More interestingly, the staff are also very quick to act when receiving complaints. To go up to Skyworld, you can also go through the skybridge and walk 20-30 minutes. If you are lucky, you can use the buggy provided. Wheelchairs and strollers are also available at the customer service counter on level G. Highly recommended for large families. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and definitely will come back again.

Mon séjour au Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel a été un véritable enchantement ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec un sourire chaleureux et un service impeccable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, offrant un accès facile aux principales attractions et aux quartiers d'affaires. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et joliment décorées. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables, garantissant une nuit de sommeil réparatrice. Les installations sont modernes et bien entretenues. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la salle de sport et la piscine. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est un véritable atout, avec un large choix de plats délicieux. Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et toujours prêt à vous aider. Que vous voyagiez pour affaires ou pour le plaisir, je recommande vivement le Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel. Il a dépassé toutes mes attentes !

Dès notre arrivée, la grandeur du lieu et l'accueil chaleureux du personnel ont donné le ton positif à notre séjour. Le processus de réception a été accompagné de serviettes chaudes et d'un délicieux thé fait maison, préparant le terrain pour une expérience luxueuse. Guidés vers notre chambre au premier niveau, l'ambiance de cottage colonial bien préservé du bâtiment était évidente. Entrer dans notre chambre a été un moment d'émerveillement - spacieuse, luxueuse et ornée de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Des peignoirs et pantoufles aux articles de toilette, en passant par une machine à café et des provisions de thé, chaque détail a contribué à un séjour confortable et indulgent. Le lit, semblable à un sommeil sur les nuages, était complété par le confort inattendu d'un traversin. Nous avons choisi de rester à la maison pour la soirée et avons dîné dans la salle à manger sophistiquée. Malgré le scepticisme initial des critiques en ligne, l'expérience culinaire a dépassé nos attentes. Nous avons commandé : 1. Soupe aux champignons - 9/10 elle était accompagnée d'un parmesan cuit au four qui était un peu rassis. La soupe elle-même était vraiment épaisse et crémeuse. 2. Soupe à la citrouille - 10/10 C'était vraiment délicieux. Notez qu'elle est plutôt sucrée. 3. Steak australien - 9/10 c'était doux et tendre, les éléments du plat allaient bien ensemble. La saveur du steak était vraiment bonne, mais je pense qu'il pourrait être un peu salé. Si vous n'êtes pas un gros mangeur, vous pouvez certainement partager ce plat avec 2 personnes. 4. Crumble à la banane - 6/10 C'était délicieux mais il manquait de bananes. 5. Gâteau fondant au chocolat - 10/10 Nous avons terminé cette assiette propre. Le fondant au chocolat n'était pas trop sucré et avait la consistance parfaite. Le personnel attentionné a encore amélioré l'expérience culinaire. En revenant dans notre chambre, nous avons été agréablement surpris de trouver le lit fait, les rideaux tirés et une ambiance propice à l'heure du coucher. Bien que les effets personnels soient restés intacts, ce geste attentionné a ajouté une touche unique à notre séjour. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner à la carte, disponible en chambre ou dans la salle à manger, a présenté un dîner de haute qualité. Malgré un menu limité, les plats remarquables comprenaient le Roti Canai (10/10) avec un curry de poulet savoureux et le Nasi Lemak (10/10) avec un sambal exceptionnel. Le jus de pastèque s'est avéré un choix rafraîchissant et la confiture de fraises maison avec le pain a été une délicieuse surprise. Le Cameron Highlands Resort offre un refuge parfait pour se détendre au milieu de la beauté de la nature. Bien que le séjour ait été entaché de désagréments mineurs liés à la carte-clé, l'expérience globale a été superbe, justifiant un retour pour de futures escapades reposantes.

Resort very strict with the maximum guest for the room capacity. So make sure to comply with the requirements ya. But the check in process if very much different from another resort. Its like you are purchasing a chanel bag and waiting for the sales advisor😍 the check in lobby is at the parking area so they will monitor the in and out guest and the car as well. The villa is so unique and spacious. Perfect for a holiday. However, the restaurant is not a buffet concept where you can take any amount of dish or whatever u want to mix and match the food. But the restaurant staff very good in the etiquette 👍🏻the beach also good but cannot swim ya. Very relaxed enjoy the sounds of waves

This was my second stay here in the same month because I simply couldn't get enough of this amazing place. The breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect destination to relax and recharge. During my first stay, I chose the Mountain View room, which was incredibly calm and serene. This time, I stayed in a Genting View room, and the night scenery was absolutely stunning—watching the lights come alive was truly unforgettable. A special mention to the Front Office team for their exceptional hospitality. Despite the busy check-in crowd, they remained warm, professional, and incredibly responsive. The heated pool is definitely one of the highlights of the property. It was the perfect place to unwind, and I enjoyed every moment there. Huge kudos to the chef at Majestic Pizza. The pizza was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and one of the best I've had. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable experience. I can't wait to return again!

Had a great stay at this hotel. We stayed on level 41, and the experience was amazing with a cool temperature of 16°C—very refreshing with cooling and fresh air throughout the space. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Amenities were good and met all our needs during the stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. Overall, a pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

La première fois, vous devez vous rencontrer. La chambre est totalement nettoyée. Nouveau design. Mais il a eu l'odeur au toilette et assez bruyant d'autres chambres coz le parler si loud.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la décoration élégante du hall et le personnel de la réception était très poli et accueillant. Le club enfants est formidable : nous avons joué à la PlayStation et fait du coloriage. Il y a une salle de sport à proximité et les toilettes du club enfants sont impeccables. L'hôtel est vraiment idéal pour les familles avec enfants et les miens ont tout adoré. Ma chambre était propre et le service de ménage était impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. ❤

I had a great stay at Crockfords Genting. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a true luxury feel. The hotel’s atmosphere was calm and elegant, and the location within Resorts World Genting was very convenient. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.
