We are a family of 4 stayed in a 3-bedroom suite, the entire experience was fantastic from check-in to check-out. The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and features a relaxed, welcoming ambiance that made it feel like a true home away from home. The jacuzzi pool is the highlight of the stay as it is built in the balcony imagine soaking in heated bubbling water in genting crisp cool air with  vapor coming off the pool to your face. The kitchen included every essential detail, down to a full-sized built-in oven which is great if you have a long stay.

Mon séjour au Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel a été un véritable enchantement ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec un sourire chaleureux et un service impeccable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, offrant un accès facile aux principales attractions et aux quartiers d'affaires. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et joliment décorées. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables, garantissant une nuit de sommeil réparatrice. Les installations sont modernes et bien entretenues. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la salle de sport et la piscine. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est un véritable atout, avec un large choix de plats délicieux. Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et toujours prêt à vous aider. Que vous voyagiez pour affaires ou pour le plaisir, je recommande vivement le Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel. Il a dépassé toutes mes attentes !

L'hôtel dispose d'une très bonne location, au centre de la ville, d'un accès facile au centre, à 2 minutes de marche devant l'hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse, tout est bon jusqu'à ce que j'essaie le baignoire un peu tersumbat, et la boîte de sécurité hors batterie... donc demandé de changer la chambre mais le gestionnaire a refusé d'inviter la maintenance à vérifier d'abord, enfin après vérification, comme je l'ai dit, ce problème de chambre, Heureusement, j'ai une autre chambre qui résout cette question. Mais je pense que l'hôtel doit donc améliorer toutes leurs chambres.. coffre-fort et le coucher en particulier, le reste encore en ordre .. En tout état de cause, cet hôtel a toujours une très bonne demande .. ;)

Disappointing experience – facilities and room maintenance need improvement The Grand Ion Majestic development is quite impressive in size, comprising M1 (Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel) and M2 & M3 (1001 Nights Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham). We booked mainly because of the attractive images and TikTok videos showing the high-floor views, floating clouds and the many facilities available within the development. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to our expectations. We were particularly looking forward to the floating-cloud views. However, during our stay, these views were apparently only available from the higher floors, around the 30th floor and above. At check-in, we were also informed that there was an additional RM50 charge for our higher-floor request, which we paid. We stayed in M1 Tower, and this is where things became very confusing. The lifts in M1 display facilities located not only in M1, but also facilities in M2 and M3. However, many of these facilities are not directly accessible from M1. We, along with several other guests, spent quite some time trying to locate these facilities, only to eventually be told that they were in the other towers and required us to go back down to the lobby and walk across to another tower. For example, Hard Rock Cafe is in M3, while some of the other advertised paid attractions such as Hoverland and the Sky Walk are in the other towers. This arrangement is not clearly explained, and the information displayed in the M1 lifts is therefore quite misleading. It would be much better if the hotel clearly indicated which tower each facility is located in and whether it is accessible directly from M1. There were also several maintenance issues in our room. The room telephone was not working when we checked in. The TV cable was unplugged, and we had to call maintenance when the TV was not functioning properly. The shower dispenser holder was loose and kept dislocating. The balcony air-conditioning vent door could not be properly secured because the latch was jammed. During strong winds, the door kept banging, and we could also hear similar noise from neighbouring units. The balcony itself had a nice view, but unfortunately there was no balcony furniture, so we could not sit outside and enjoy the view with a coffee. This was a missed opportunity, particularly for a hotel that promotes its high-altitude views as one of its main attractions. We also tried the food at Cloof Café & Bar, but unfortunately found it bland and lacking in flavour. Overall, the property looks impressive and has a lot of potential, but the actual experience did not match what we expected from the promotional material. The confusing layout between M1, M2 and M3, the lack of clear information about the facilities, the additional charges for higher floors, the room maintenance issues and the disappointing food all contributed to an underwhelming stay. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not return to this property or recommend it to others. .

Beau hôtel et grande chambre. Tous les membres du personnel sont amis. Le petit déjeuner est un menu agréable mais limité. Il y a peu de choses que je voudrais mentionner qui pourraient être améliorées Nous n'avons pas reçu de boissons et de serviettes de bienvenue pendant que nous attendions que les chambres soient prêtes. Le premier jour de petit déjeuner, nous avons commandé un classique américain et une omelette de haute terre. Nous avons choisi une omelette de haute terre parce qu'elle n'a pas de viande bovine. Ma femme ne peut pas manger de la viande bovine en raison de la religion. Nous avons servi 2 ensembles de classiques américains tous deux ont de la viande bovine. Le petit déjeuner de 2e jour, j'ai commandé une omelette de Highland à nouveau. Cette fois, j'ai dit au serveur No BEEF, il a dit que l'omelette de Highland n'avait pas de viande. Si elles ne servent pas l'omélette Highland, il faut le retirer du menu, il ne causera pas de malentendu. C'est plutôt irritant quand nous voulions juste une omélette et pas de viande. Tout le reste est parfait.

Resort very strict with the maximum guest for the room capacity. So make sure to comply with the requirements ya. But the check in process if very much different from another resort. Its like you are purchasing a chanel bag and waiting for the sales advisor😍 the check in lobby is at the parking area so they will monitor the in and out guest and the car as well. The villa is so unique and spacious. Perfect for a holiday. However, the restaurant is not a buffet concept where you can take any amount of dish or whatever u want to mix and match the food. But the restaurant staff very good in the etiquette 👍🏻the beach also good but cannot swim ya. Very relaxed enjoy the sounds of waves

Bon hôtel avec belle vue. L'hôtel lui-même est très confortable et agréable de rester. Le seul côté est qu'il est un peu loin des restaurants halal. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu un grand séjour et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre temps ici!

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

La première fois, vous devez vous rencontrer. La chambre est totalement nettoyée. Nouveau design. Mais il a eu l'odeur au toilette et assez bruyant d'autres chambres coz le parler si loud.

We absolutely loved the chill, family-holiday vibe here. The lobby has so many cosy spots to just sit back and relax. Kids had a great time at the pool and slides, and the easy access to the beach was a big plus. 
We stayed in the family room and it was very well maintained! Good air-conditioning, strong water pressure, and overall very comfortable. You really know a hotel is well maintained when even the corners and toilet tiles are clean! The staff are very friendly and helpful! One area for improvement would be the kids’ club. Should provide more educational toys, but during our visit it felt quite empty and there was no staff around. There was also no information shared on available kids’ activities. It became a bit boring for the kids after some time. It would be nice if the PlayStation could be free to use (like Hilton), and if staff could actively engage the kids or share a simple activity schedule. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway. With some enhancements to the kids’ club, the experience would be even better. Would love to return! Thanks!
