love the room layout n decor.  front desk was busy did not spend enough time giving us heads-ups on local events n recommendations.  the breakfast spread was impressive n service from allen n summer went above n beyond.  staff should have mentioned 萬象城 the mega mall of 6 stories is a skip n a hop away.  not even have to brave the weather with the walkway inside.  it’s heaven for ladies n shopaholics.   every luxury brand imaginable n then some.  food court on level 6 was fabulous.

A fantastic hotel, with a Southeast Asian-inspired jungle in the lobby. It was very fun to be in such a unique hotel. The hotel seems to be split into three sections - savannah, sea, and forest. The corridors and rooms in all three were very nicely decorated with the artwork and carpets matching the theme. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with many options and the hot pot dinner was a real highlight.

Tout le monde à la table de front était très utile et hébergé. Chambre nouvelle, propre et spacieuse. Hôtel de design moderne et goûtant. Paysage et environs sont propres et agréables à l'œil. Très recommandé.

Très bon hôtel piscine spa et massage sont excellent. Chambre calme confort et propre avec super vu sur le parc. Accueil excellent Qq détails secondaires pourraient être améliorer: La salle de bain est vite fait terrain glissant Porte douche et toilette pas à la hauteur quand on ferme elles peuvent faire de bruit. Bien que le lounge est très sympathique le concept de la salle du breakfast n’est pas à la hauteur trop bruyante encombrante et le service est dépassé

Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

L'hôtel est situé à côté du centre commercial et très confortable pour manger et faire des courses. Ils offrent également un humidifier pour ce temps sec et hivernal. Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de disposer de chauffage dans la chambre et nous avons demandé aux fans de disposer d'une ventilation. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux avec une grande variété de nourriture et de boissons! Il y a aussi un mini-robot envoyant vos commandes taobao ou ******* dans la chambre ! Excellent service et très recommandé !

Environnement : L'environnement environnant est très bon, près de la rivière, la bibliothèque municipale K11 et le Palais des sciences et technologies de la ville sont à proximité. Le plus important est la rue gastronomique, qui est vraiment géniale. Ce n'est pas une rue gastronomique ordinaire avec de petits stands. . Ce sont toutes des chaînes de magasins. J'y ai mangé. Ils sont tous si délicieux. Service : Service très complet Equipements : Les équipements sont très bons, la piscine est très bien, les enfants l'aiment beaucoup Hygiène : bonne, interruptions rapides, réponse aux demandes Merci Wency

hôtel à proximité de la ville, mais très confortable; la gare de shopping et la station de métro est à la porte. Le personnel général est attentif. Ils ne font pas de fabuleuses améliorations de cette chambre, de grands sourires ou de souvenirs. Le personnel de la salle de bains est très attentif, mais je peux me sentir très attentif, comme le personnel des femmes dans la salle de gym, le personnel de réparation envoyé à ma chambre pour réparer le problème de climatisation; 2 tumeurs pour leur véritable esprit de service.

We were travelling as a famliy of four with two boys. We chose the hotel because of reviews and great location. Locations is outstanding, a lot of places to eat nearby, german restaurant on B1 floor, several big shopping malls in walking distance (don't make our mistake, there are TWO big supermarkets in those buildings, one in Mykal, the better and bigger one in the building in front of it). In shopping malls there are restaurants and food courts which is convenient. For us it's been useful because my younger boy is quite selective in food preferences. Hotel personnel had been nice and helpful, not a single issue with them. In the hotel there is swimming pool and some bathing area with smaller pools at different temperature. A great place to attend after long-long day in Dalian. Food selection for breakfast is also quite nice. What issues we had during our stay: Aircon had been barely working. Definitely insufficient for four people in one room, it was too warm to sleep, we had to keep window open at night to try to make it to comfortable temperature. Mosqiutos were terrible, it was suprise that insects made it to 18th floor, but I believe they got in through aircon system. In-room refrigerator had been terrible and not cooling anything. It would probably be similar if there was no refrigerator at all. Overall great place to stay.

I’ve stayed at this Hyatt location 3 times this past year. It is definitely my favorite staycation city getaway ! The location, large rooms with spectacular sea views, tubs and waterfall showers. friendly staff, and all the best amenities: poll, hot tub, spa, restaurants on site, and an overall relaxing vibe. I’m already looking forward to my next future stay.
