they prepared a greeting for my parents’ anniversary. ty! some confusion in the room booked tho, added few hundreds for the deluxe room king bed or 2 twin beds because it looks new but only the premier deluxe is new. enjoyed playing pickleball. playroom enjoyed by kids but only til 7pm. could add TV there also for movie nights. annoying calls prior to checkout should be stopped. great view. overall good stay

Was happy to stay here. The room was actually big for 2 of us being girls, one queen bed each which makes for a really good sleep. Overlooking the window was an enormous tree, it was so nice to look at. It's a bit tucked away, just beside a golf course. It only had one Korean-Chinese restaurant outside with almost NO options for vegetarians/plant-based. The hotel staff were all kind.

Its not too bad, but its not great either... our room was very near to a mango tree where mangoes are falling to a roof of a house under it and its quite disturbing coz It sounds like someone throwing something to our window. The bathroom plug is not working as well once I plug it in, its so hard to pull it out. We always asked our room to be clean but it seemed they just tidy up the beddings but not really changed it. Also, my sister slipped om the wet floor right after she step out of the elevator and there was no safety sign that the floor was wet. But the receptionist is brilliant !

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well throughout our stay. One thing we particularly loved was the hotel's pleasant scent. The lobby and common areas always smelled fresh and inviting, creating a great first impression. The location is very convenient, with several restaurants and dining options within the area. There is also ample parking available for guests with private vehicles. For those without a car, transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. One thing future guests should be aware of is the ₱2,000 security deposit per room, which is cash only. It would be helpful if this requirement were clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid surprises upon check in. The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The dining area is quite limited for the number of guests, especially during busy periods, and the food selection could be expanded. The hotel should consider implementing a better system for managing guests during breakfast hours to minimize waiting and crowding. On weekends, opening a function room as an additional breakfast area could be a practical solution to accommodate more guests and improve the overall dining experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, accessibility, and convenient location. With some improvements to breakfast operations and clearer communication regarding the security deposit, the guest experience would be even better.

Hôtel abordable et agréable. Il n'est pas situé sur la route principale, ce qui est plus pratique si vous avez une voiture. Le prix par nuit est compétitif par rapport à d'autres hôtels. L'établissement dispose d'une chapelle. Les chambres sont petites mais propres. Le Wi-Fi est faible à l'intérieur. Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée et la salle de jeux. Pour le petit-déjeuner, il faut choisir un plat à la carte ; ce n'est pas un buffet. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour. Le personnel est également très aimable.

We always had a great time staying at this hotel, but the location is far from downtown. I hope next year they will fix the hot water in the shower and provide mosquito repellent in the room. I also hope the construction by the pool will be completed next year, and that there are no windows in the new building they are constructing, as it would be intrusive if someone could watch you swimming in a swimsuit. Overall, it was a good stay. The staff at Queen Margarete are nice.

We recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect. Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

It was truly a perfect place to relax, bond, and create beautiful memories together. Our package included a scrumptious breakfast, which we really enjoyed. We also had a wonderful dining experience inside the dome, where we enjoyed our delicious meal while taking in the beautiful surroundings. It made our family meal feel extra special and memorable. There were also plenty of recreational activities for everyone. We had so much fun swimming, bowling, and playing billiards. The hotel’s amenities are great, especially for families looking for a relaxing getaway with activities for both adults and children. One of the best things about our stay was that there was no need to go out just to enjoy Tagaytay. We could simply relax at the hotel, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and cool weather, and admire the beautiful scenery. The breathtaking views overlooking the mountains and Taal Volcano made our stay even more special. The hotel is a wonderful place for families and groups who want a combination of relaxation, recreation, delicious food, and beautiful views all in one place. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and left with many happy memories. Highly recommended for families, relatives, and friends looking for a relaxing and enjoyable staycation in Tagaytay! ❤️

L'endroit est sympa, nous avons demandé le service de massage leur signature mais malheureusement ils m'ont donné un mauvais service, au lieu de massage du visage, ils nous ont fait un massage du corps ! Et le couvre-lit me démange beaucoup, je ne sais pas pourquoi ! Je n'arrive pas à me concentrer sur le massage du corps car mon attention se porte sur les petits insectes qui me rongent le dos

The facilities were clean. It’s in the center of Tagaytay so its very accessible. Have mall and restaurants that are just walking distance.
