Hôtels 5 étoiles à Alajuela, Costa Rica

Very nice and beautiful hotel, built with high-quality materials and a great design. However, my biggest disappointment was that a 5-star hotel did not provide complimentary water in the room, instead selling it for $4.50 per bottle. This is especially surprising in Costa Rica, considering that the room costs over $1000 per night. It feels quite disappointing and even greedy that they are unwilling to meet basic international standards of service. In my opinion, the management should take inspiration from hotels in Asia and the Middle East, where guest service is often much more thoughtful and complete. I felt that instead of providing small essentials as part of the service, they were trying to charge extra for everything, which negatively affected the overall experience.

Absolutely loved this place. The grounds were beautiful and you felt like you were really in the middle of the jungle, but with all your creature comforts. Breakfast each morning was great, with a good choice of local and western options. Would definitely stay again.

預訂了雨林房，晚上可以聽見露台外的蟲鳴鳥叫，天然的助眠白噪音。温泉很棒，入住免費，不入住也可以付費進入。温泉天然而且非常大，個人感覺就是幾條河的大小。

Le spa est très confortable et très confortable. Je recommande de venir tôt et de passer au spa et ensuite profiter de votre expérience de spa thermique avant d'obtenir votre chambre à 15 h. Vous pouvez vous rencontrer plus tôt. Tout est payé à la fin de votre crédit.

C'est pas bon, comme la chambre est grande, le restaurant est plus délicieux et la position est également pratique. Mini bar gratuit. Désavantages: L'hôtel est très grand pour se débarrasser de tout le haut et le bas, il est très fatigué. La piscine est super nombreuses, l'atmosphère n'est pas très récréative. Et cet hôtel n'a pas de chaleur, je veux laver le chaud pour aller à un hôtel spécial.
