Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Front desk was very helpful and recommended good eating places and helped take care of the car. Parking was very convenient just out in front of the hotel.

Un membre du personnel Rude a ruiné un séjour décent autrement J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Esplanade Zagreb avec de grandes attentes en raison de son prestige historique, mais le comportement non professionnel d'un employé a considérablement rendu mon expérience. À l'arrivée, j'ai mal entrai dans la zone de stationnement de l'hôtel, lorsque la porte de stationnement a été ouverte. À ce moment, un gareur de stationnement s'est confronté agressifment à mes mains sur les hanches, parle dans un ton condescendant, et demande comment j'ai eu accès à la zone. Le personnel de la première chambre et du concierge étaient très polis et efficaces. Mais pour un hôtel se marquer comme un établissement de luxe, même une interaction hostile est inacceptable. L'incident pose des doutes sur les normes de formation de l'hôtel. Pourquoi existe-t-il une telle disparité dans les attitudes du personnel? J'espère que la gestion abordera cela, car aucune tradition de siècle ne se justifie par la rudesse. Jusqu'à ce moment-là, je n'hésiterais pas à retourner ou à recommander Esplanade Zagreb sans précaution.

Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que le check-in et nous avons eu notre chambre tout de suite. Nous avions une chambre deluxe avec lit king. Belle chambre et propre. L'hotel est bien situé et à distace de marche du centre 10-15 min. Tout se fait bien à pied. Très bon déjeuner, beaucoup de choix. Le service de cet hôtel est excellent. A chaque soir je demandais un bac de glace et le tout était livré à la chambre en 5 minutes. Le personnel est gentil et poli. Je recommande cet endroit, vous ne le regretterai pas ! 😀

Very nice hotel with great amenities; a welcome drink, pool, gym, and a spa (extra cost). There was also a rooftop space/bar (didn’t go to see) - the reception staff were very pushy to get people to attend giving a 10% discount for consumption. The room was very nice and clean, a smart TV welcome with the guest name, free water, coffee and tea. There was also a smart panel to control the lights and air conditioning, it did get warm in the room and the temperature didn’t seem to correlate to the ac thermostat. The bed was comfortable however it was a hard mattress, may find it a little difficult to find comfort if used to a softer mattress. The hotel is an art lovers paradise, there were artworks throughout the public spaces and room by the artist Boris Bućan - the hotel offered a guided tour to view all throughout the hotel. Great location and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.

Really enjoyed my stay at The Westin Zagreb. The room was comfy and had everything I needed, plus a nice view of the city. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The location’s great – easy walk to the main sights. Would definitely stay here again!

It wan not easy to find the parking nearby, as the hotel one seemed overpriced. Yet the excellent gym facilities helped in soothing that pain.
